Votre réservation dans cette superbe unité de coin comprendra le linge de lit et de toilette, les lits fraîchement préparés à votre arrivée et le ménage de départ. À partir du 8ème étage, le balcon offre une vue imprenable sur la plage et comprend une grande table pour les repas en plein air! Les décorations et les meubles donnent l'impression d'être chez soi. Ce condo est conçu pour accueillir une grande famille élargie ou 2 petites familles avec un maître et une chambre Mini-Master - chacune avec un lit King. Les deux autres chambres ont chacune 2 lits Queen.

Prenez vos repas dans la cuisine entièrement mise à jour - comprend des comptoirs en granit, des appareils électroménagers noirs, une cuisinière / four, un lave-vaisselle et de petits appareils électroménagers. La cuisine est entièrement équipée avec verrerie, vaisselle, ustensiles et batterie de cuisine. Ou cuisez en utilisant l'un des cuiseurs Green Egg du complexe!

La table à manger peut accueillir 6 personnes et le salon dispose d’un canapé, d’une causeuse, d’une chaise et d’une banquette supplémentaire.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The overall experience was good. The cleaning of the condo was a little to be desired. A used Q tip was left on the window sill. My son walked around barefooted and his feet were filthy. At least the living room furniture seemed to be fairly new and clean. The kitchen was fairly well equipped. I would rent the place again if the beds mattress’s were replaced. They were extremely uncomfortable. I had excellent customer service.

Views for miles

Beautiful views from the dining room let you enjoy the beach even when you are not on the balcony. With elderly parents, this was important to my family. The kitchen was well stocked, and the 4 bedroom layout was perfect for our group. We have stayed in many 4-bedroom condos in North Myrtle Beach, and this is my favorite.

Beach condo

Great view from balcony of the beach. Management fixed problems we reported. Kitchen was fairly well stocked. We stayed during high winds and the patio doors did whistle a bit. Overall goid stay for us.

Great stay

The condo could benefit from new couches and a paint job/new carpet but I’m sure the price would go up quite a bit. It was clean and had lots of pots/pans for cooking. We had a great stay!

Family Beach Vacation

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Crescent Shores! The view from our balcony was beautiful. The space comfortably fit our family and having the option of swimming pools/hot tubs was great, if you want a break from the sandy beach. The kitchen had plenty of utensils and cookware. The furniture is showing some age, but overall, still comfortable. Our family had a wonderful time!

For such a large house, more than 2 families are bound to come. It would be nice to have more than a couch and love seat in the living room so everyone could relax together.

The condo was larger than what we needed.(4 bedroom’s) The furniture and carpet is worn out. The view was Great and good access to the beach to walk every day. Great Job Tracy 😀

Great layout, location, property and property manager.

The condo was fantastic. We have already talked about staying in the same unit next summer, except for 2 weeks! Now, as others have mentioned, the beds were comfortable, the kitchen equipped with everything needed, the balcony was amazing…..but the furniture (couches specifically) could use a deep clean or replacement, same as with the carpets. Understand that sand is extremely abrasive, and damaging to carpet and furniture….both could use deep clean or upgrade. Even this did not even need it a dent in the wonderful place, layout and incredible relaxing time we had. We certainly will return.

Would definitely recommend this condo. The staff from beginning to end were very professional and polite. I want to acknowledge Tracy who listened when I needed to be heard and was very soothing. Tracy thank you so much for being a blessing and for your words of encouragement. My son passed away at 4:15pm on July 15th. He hung g on till I got there.

Summer Break

Nice location! Wonderful view of the beach. Kitchen had everything a cook could possibly need. Condo was clean and great for all my family! Having 3 baths and 4 bedrooms was great! Condo had anything you needed in the storage unit, boogie boards, sand play toys, floats for the pool’. Our children had a hard time deciding what to take! I must say anything, thank you! We didn’t have to purchase any beach toys! The only issue we had was the beds were firmer than we are use too. Facilities - no reflection on condo we stayed iin. The Pools were not heated. Only 1 out of 3 elevator were working, the lazy River was being renovated.! We had a great trip!

Worst Vacation Rental

The place was completly junk. There were holes in the ceiling in the living room and the patio furniture was broken and someone ended up getting hurt and had to go to the er. We brought our issues up to the vacation rental place and they just said to throwbthe broken stuff away and that they had a newbone coming but would not fit in the elevator so they had to send it back. The couches were old and broken down and dirty as can be inside of it. We brought that up as well and got told the same story that the new couch would not fit in the elevator. The dryer was broken upon arrival but they did have it fixed next day. and they had washcloths covering vents. The kitchen set was so junky that if an adult sits in them it would break. The security gaurd came knocking on our door at 10 at night to try and tell us that the truck we had would fit in the parking garage bevause he held his arm up to the truck and used it to messure the hight. It was nothing but a hassle. One person tells you one thing and someone else tells you another and we ended up woth violations. The property is a HOA and we was never told that prior to booking or during the booking process. It was told at checkin. I would not reccomend this place to anyone. When yoy try to to talk to the property manager they tell you there is nothing they can do to help. Ifni could give a 0 raiting i would.

Famlity Getaway

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: First time renting direct and not VRBO. I must say it was a different experience and much more complicated. I did not feel welcome at all the whole time we were there. The location is great, minus the bar next to the building, our room was on the corner and Friday night and Saturday night after closing gets very loud. Make sure you bring trash bags, toilet paper and paper towels, as well as kitchen sponge and soap, and laundry detergent. It is a non-smoking property, but we had neighbors smoking weed and it would get so bad, you could not sit on the balcony all hours. Overall, the space was perfect, but the beds were very hard, kitchen is small but has all you need. Pool is ok, but it gets packed and very loud. The beach access is perfect. You are very close to Barefoot landing and only 30 minutes from Broadway at the beach. There were 10 of us and we were comfortable in the space, it did not feel crowded.

Nice Unit

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This unit held our family of 9 very comfortably. It had almost everything we needed. We bought the household items needed and left them for others to use. Please know this unit is at the end and you cannot leave anything outside the door. You must also know that the wrist bands must be worn at all times. The security is top notch. No noise. We enjoyed our stay and would rent again. The unit is ongoing some upgrades. The new upgrades were very nice. THe unit could use more seats outside.

The bathrooms were great, the laundry was used a lot.We really enjoyed the balcony. It was our first time in North Myrtle Beach, but it was close to everything we wanted to do.
