À propos de cet hébergement

Vous cherchez des vacances avec beaucoup d'espace et de nombreuses activités pour tous dans votre groupe. Ce condo est une unité en bord de mer situé dans le Crescent Shores Resort et est de 4 chambres à coucher 3 salles de bain et entièrement aménagé avec tout ce dont vous avez besoin et puis certains! Beaucoup de nos commentaires ont été combinés avec notre autre condo car ce n'est qu'un des deux répertoriés avec VRBO, l'autre liste est 125397. Nous avons loué et possédé les deux condos depuis l'ouverture du Crescent Shores.

La région de North Myrtle Beach est parfaite pour les familles / familles élargies. Tous les conforts de la maison sont ici, chaque chambre dispose d'un téléviseur / magnétoscope / DVD. Et en parlant de chambres, elles sont toutes grandes avec beaucoup d'espace pour s'étaler. Pas de quartier exigu ici! Nous avons récemment installé tous les téléviseurs à écran plat. Toutes les chambres ont des surmatelas mis en place pour cette saison.

Le balcon est de 27 pieds de long et peut facilement accueillir votre groupe pour dîner avec vue sur une belle plage. Les cuisines et les salles de bains ont toutes des comptoirs en granit. Salle de bain principale le Crescent Shores est un bain à remous à jets et il y a une douche autonome. La chambre principale s'ouvre sur le balcon. Toutes les chambres ont des placards et sont meublées pour accueillir de grandes familles. Tous les meubles sont haut de gamme et chics; pas de bon marché en front de mer ici. Il y a des livres et des vidéos pour votre usage ainsi que des chaises de plage dans les placards extérieurs.

Et les vues - Eh bien, vous ne pouvez pas les battre. Vous pouvez voir des kilomètres même depuis les autres chambres. Nos unités sont des unités d'extrémité, donc vous n'avez pas l'impression d'être dans une grotte ici. Beaucoup de lumière et de vues de jour et de nuit.

À côté de Crescent Shores, Molly Darcy est un super bar / restaurant, vous n'avez donc pas besoin d'aller loin pour prendre un verre et une bouchée rapide. Cette plage est utilisée pour lancer les promenades en parachute ascensionnel et en banane. Les prix sont négociables avec eux, essayez! Il y a au moins un mini-golf à distance de marche. Nous savons ce que c'est que de nourrir une armée et d'essayer de le faire avec un budget. Il y a un Super Walmart à proximité. Un peu plus loin à South Myrtle Beach se trouve un Costco and Sams Club. Notre réfrigérateur pleine grandeur vous sera utile.

Si vous préférez manger au restaurant, les choix se poursuivent encore et encore. De Barefoot Landing aux nombreux restaurants individuels, vous avez des centaines de choix pour chaque palette. Il y a plein de magasins en quelques minutes. Un théâtre de douze plex récemment rénové à 10 minutes en voiture du centre commercial Colonial.

Awesome family vacation

Property was exactly as described accommodations were perfect for 11! Clean views were spectacular to! My grandchildren want to go back to the same rental to. A few minor bumps but they were immediately resolved. Can't wait to go back next year!

Nice unit/facility/view/location, but some issues to be aware of

June 2024 - 10th floor - 7 adults *The smallest bathroom is for 6 people. Also has mold on the ceiling and walls at sides of shower due to water overspray from shower head. Barely any storage. *Crumbs on all the placemats that were on table, coffee makers were so gross we decided not to even use them. *Zero hand towels provided for bathrooms or for drying dishes. We alerted the management company and were told “we don’t do that”. Very dismissive. *Not even one tiny hotel sized soap bar to get us started. People arrive and have to use the bathroom after being in the car a long time…) Have all supplies with you at arrival. *Four chairs on the balcony isn’t adequate compared to number of guests this unit can hold. *2nd bedroom sharing the bathroom is very small, yet has a king bed. Storage not adequate. *Parking deck is across the street-max height 6’-4 and lanes where cars pass are NARROW. * Cleaning crew tried to rush us out at 8:30 on checkout day (10 am checkout). Owner is very responsive prior to the stay. (But once you arrive, all communication will need to be with building management/call center - see above.) *Awesome views, number of beds in the unit is fabulous, plenty of elevators available *Private storage room is small but great to have. *Location is great and beach access is easy *Security/maintenance presence on the property is abundant. *Very large dining table - 6 chairs, but could accommodate 8 with the two additional folding chairs we found in a closet.

We had a great experience with this condo! The beds were comfortable! The kitchen was well stocked! The Keurig and crockpot were a pleasant surprise. The balcony view is amazing! Looking forward to booking again in the future.

Negatives outweigh the positives

The listing was very misleading. The unit is very outdated and is in desperate need of updates. Listed below are some issues that made our stay very unpleasant. 1. The WIFI is very poor quality. We had poor reception in the unit and ZERO reception on the balcony. Very frustrating to sit on the deck and not be able to connect. 2. All of the parking is across the street. I was made to believe the parking was underneath the condos. 3. The den furniture (couch and loveseat) are awful. Super cheap. Velour. It’s as if the two pieces came from Goodwill or he picked them off of the street. 4. The dining room table and chairs are extremely old, scratched and the chairs are super heavy. Again, Goodwill or street furniture. 5. The cable system is SO basic that the owner only pays for a cable box that has no way to see a guide (programming listing of what’s on). Incredibly frustrating. Guests have to scroll through each channel to see what’s on. The remote has a “guide” button, but the owner has the cheapest cable box available, so it’s of no use. Very limited cable channels. 6. The den tv (at least) needs to be a smart tv so guests can at least watch programming that they have subscriptions for, like Netflix, Fubo, Hulu, YouTube Tv, etc. 7. No Keurig. Really? Again, the cheapness of the owner. A unpleasant vacation

Great location some minor annoyances

Property was nice, great location. Getting luggage to condo was a zoo. Disappointed no toilet paper, paper towels or soap in condo, this is the first one I ever rented that did not supply at least a roll per bathroom and a roll of paper towels. Bathrooms had some mold. Roomy and comfortable.

Wonderful place to unplug and unwind with family right on the beach! You can’t beat the location and the views from the balcony are spectacular. We really enjoyed our time here and there was plenty of room for our family.

Close enough to all the fun but not in the middle of all the congestion. Nice roomy place with everything you need. A few minor maintenance issues when we got there. Maintenance guy was there immediately and very helpful and very nice. Only minor complaint, The pool was very cold. But we would definitely stay here again.

Our friend and family 2021 vacation

Property was nice, however it could have been cleaned much better. The remotes also didn’t work most of the time. The sliding glass doors were extremely hard to open and they were supposed to come fix them, however they never came. Many of the lightbulbs were burnt out. The vacuum didn’t work in the unit. The 2 king mattresses were extremely uncomfortable. The blind in the living room was broken and the AC temp was set at 72 and was locked so we weren’t able to change it. All in all it was a nice property. I would recommend having a working vacuum and keeping extra light bulbs and extra batteries for the remotes and also labeling the remotes for which room they properly belonged to. View was great! The weather was perfect! Even with the issues we had, I would still recommend this property.

Not the cleanest, Awesome location and facilities

Check-in process was annoying since we were delayed an hour and a half. Finally in the room at 4:30, I feel like Saturday was already gone. Trash noticed under beds and behind a dresser. Property management did tell us to let them know if things weren’t acceptable but I wasn’t going to be delayed even longer getting the room with tired young children, so we just dealt with it. Mold on the ceiling in the master bathroom over the shower. Kitchen not well stocked and refrigerator handle rickety. Chocolate stains on rug in living room that I easily wiped up with a baby wipe. Location and facility itself was wonderful! Loved the pool and lazy river, very clean and well maintained. Would like to stay in the building again, just different condo perhaps.

Good Location; Needs some updates

Nice, Large Condo- but for price , property is outdated and did not feel it was cleaned thoroughly at all. Tried to sweep rug ourselves and vacuum did not work properly. Check in was delayed - which is never a good start to a trip when traveling to a destination 11.5 hrs away with. family. . I will say the property owner was very nice when contacted and did contact property managers. Went over a Holiday and pool had to be closed for 3 days d/t glass being broken in it- so not an owner issue- but general complex seemed “loud” if you enjoy a peaceful setting. Nice location- and had fun with family despite some concerns so 4 Stars given.

Great place to stay

Our family had a wonderful week together at this Crescent Shores South property. The condo was just right for 7 adults and a child. It was clean, and beautifully located right on the beach at the lifeguard station. The queen beds were extremely comfortable as was the master bed. The other king was a little firm for those sleeping there but overall the sleeping experience was great and the condo had everything we needed. There was also plenty of parking across the street.

Great Family Vacation

We had the best time!! We had our kids plus their kids ages 4months to 56 (my husband) Lots of room to spread out and for the kids to play. Perfect location on the beach. The condo is great lots of extras in the kitchen and the outdoor closet. A couple different pools and lazy river- the kids used the pools- we preferred the beach. Already planning a return trip and hoping to get the same condo.

Perfect family getaway!!!!!

One of the best vacations I've had with family. Something for everyone. We were all together BUT able to have privacy when needed. The sunrise and sunset from the master bedroom and living room was breathtaking. Plenty of space in every room and everything you have at home. I wish I would've taken more pictures. The ability to walk straight to the ocean or pool and have a front row seat to parasailing and banana boat rides was perfect. Friendly people. It felt like home away from home. The kids and adults had a blast. My 1.5 year old granddaughter and 9 year old grandson smiled the entire time. OMG!!!!! Parking was very convenient along with shopping and dining. Two small things. My daughter forgot her phone in the room after we checked out and we couldn't retrieve it due to the weekend. I spoke to the manager (very reachable) so I really hope we get if back. Since our visit was so great I hate to say this but since I'm charged $300+ for cleaning it needs more cleaning. I'd enjoy returning every year. Thanks.

Great North Myrtle Beach Vacation

Our family had a great time and found this property to be perfect in size and location. Booking was easy and Damian was very generous with information and suggestions for local shopping, etc.. The view from the large balcony was fantastic, especially since we spent evenings in while social distancing. I think this was our favorite aspect of the condo. The rooms were comfortable and had plenty of seating and space for the kids to have their own rooms. Be prepared with some general supplies when you arrive as cleaners, TP, trash bags, etc. are not provided. The kitchen pots, pans, dishes and utensils were abundant. There were plenty of coffee cups but not as many drinking glasses, which we were fine with since we mostly used our own Yeti cooler cups. The area was experiencing high COVID infection rates so we kept to ourselves and for the first time ever, did not go to restaurants. We did visit Platt's for fresh seafood and had fun cooking at home each night. Beach access was excellent, a little crowded but still possible to find a nice spot where we could keep our distance from others. The pools, as well as the next door lazy river were nice and large and got some use from us but we preferred the beach. The outdoor closet provided a convenient place for beach chairs and umbrellas and had some beach gear already available. We had a beach wagon that made it easy to drag as much to the beach as we needed. There are a few steps on the walkway to the beach, but there were easy to manage, even with the wagon. There was some construction going so the normal loading and unloading area was blocked. There were plenty of carts available to help get luggage and provisions from the parking garage to the unit. The elevators were packed at check-in but otherwise there were plenty to to serve the size of the property and we could normally ride alone. Since there was hardly anyone wearing a mask, make sure you take precautions if you are staying while this pandemic is going on. We would be very happy to stay here again. My only suggestion would be to provide a few starter provisions like one roll of TP in each bathroom, a garbage bag, and a few dish towels.

We keep our condos in the best of shape replacing furniture, beds and electronics on a continuing basis. We also repaint and perform deep cleanings at least once a year. this means you get updated and fresh accommodations.
