The ground floor offers a private, heated 7,5m x 4m swimming pool with a sundeck area with 6 lounge chairs, a traditional summer kitchen with barbecue and dining table, another dining area is in shade under a big, old fig tree next to a covered fun area with table tennis, table soccer, orbitrack, and exercise bike, you also have a toilet and shower at this level.
On the ground floor is an additional bedroom for two persons with a mini kitchen connected to the mentioned bathroom, sofa bed, and AC. It can be like a mini apartment on the ground floor.

The first floor offers: a fully equipped kitchen with a dining area, a living room with a TV, a fireplace, and an exit to a spacious terrace on the south side with a view of the village and valley.
Bedroom No.1 has a double bed 180 x 200 cm, bathroom en-suite with shower, AC, and a small terrace.
Bedroom No.2 with double bed 160 x 200 cm, AC.
Bedroom No.3 with a single bed and bunk beds (3 sleeping places 90 x 200), AC, with exit to terrace (that is connected to terrace of the living room).
Family bathroom with spacious bathtub, and a toilet, both in the hall between bedrooms.

No one is living at this property during your stay, the owners live here during off-season time and give you the opportunity to enjoy their home during the summertime.
All offered is exclusively for your use, and you have absolute privacy in the pool area and on the whole property. This property is perfect for family groups.
