Profitez de levers de soleil spectaculaires, sur une plage de sable privée avec Ocean Breeze et une piscine privée d'eau salée chauffée avec bain à remous. Quai pour bateau et pêche.
Le premier niveau offre une chambre avec lit king size, avec vue sur l'océan, accès séparé à l'étage. Le premier niveau n'a pas d'accès direct à l'étage supérieur. Le premier niveau dispose également d'un vaste espace de détente extérieur abrité et d'une buanderie. Had a great stay with the family

We rented this place with my parents and took our children also. Had a great stay. Beautiful home that feels very secluded. We also enjoyed the surrounding area and had plenty to do. We would definitely come back here!

Sunshine Relax Repeat

This property was great. Located on millionaires row between Key Largo and Islamorada made it perfect for going out to eat easy and quick. When staying on the property the long driveway and gate make you feel safe along with being quiet since it is so far from the road. Would definitely stay here again!!

Perfect,

Beautiful property which met all of our expectations! Our family of 7 enjoyed our week and would love to return. Would highly recommend staying at Sanroc. Photos are accurate, the property was very clean and Jim even sent us a text early in the week to make sure everything was going as expected!!

Wonderful Week Stay

It was a wonderful place to stay for our family of 8. The home was extremely clean and well maintained when we arrived. Great location, private with fabulous ocean view,the sun rising in the morning , absolutely spectacular! The pool was fantastic with such a large spa. We swam all day, all week. We had a great time. I definitely would recommend this house to families and for a fun adult getaway.

SAN ROC Week Vacation

My Husband and I rented San Roc for a week, we had never visited the Florida Keys and looked forward to our trip. We invited friends to join us during our stay and we were thrilled when we arrived and saw how great the home would accommodate our guest for the week. Enjoying our time at the pool and fishing off the pier was a great time shared by all. The location was great and convenient for shopping and great dining.

Perfect Getaway

This was an incredible place to stay. There's a long winding driveway that ends at Mediterranean style Keys house with a huge sandy yard, large pool, and spa. It has the best ocean view we have ever seen. It's very private yet close to marinas, shops and restaurants in Islamorada. We fished every day, it was fantastic to have our boat docked at the house. These is a covered patio where we enjoyed grilling and ocean breezes. This is a great house for everyone.

Relaxing Oasis

Our family stayed at San Roc and enjoyed a wonderful week of beautiful views, cool breezes, and relaxation! The pool and hot tub were so refreshing, we found ourselves anxious to get in each day after snorkeling, shopping and fishing. The location of this property was great, close to our favorite restaurants, and shops. San Roc provided us with a private and serene place to relax. We also enjoyed fishing off the dock, and sipping Pina Coladas under the palms! We plan to return next year!

Great home for the family. Large private lot with beautiful pool and dock.

The house was just right for us, our kids and the grandchildren. The home was everything we needed but the huge private lot and beautiful pool was everything and more than we could have hoped for. The kids spent the day running around the property and playing in the pool and spa. Combine that with the nice dock to fish off of and there wasn’t really a need to leave the property. Everything we needed was there. We will definitely be back!

Truly relaxing!!!

Loved our stay at San Roc! It was truly relaxing and exactly what we needed! We lucked out with a week of no rain, and just an ocean breeze! The view from the house was gorgeous from sunrise to sunset! And the pool/hot tub were the best!!! The house had everything we needed and the property is truly private. We appreciated that Jim checked on us mid-week. I would highly recommend staying at San Roc. We had such a great week and can't wait to be back in the Keys! (our happy place!)

Met All Expectations

A beautiful home, tastefully decorated. The kitchen contains everything one would need. The home was extremely clean. We have been renting single family homes in the Florida Keys for 13 years, this being our first time in Islamorada. We would not hesitate to rent this home again in the future. It clearly met all of our expectations.

So Relaxing

This is a beautiful property. The beach and seawall are clean and neat, and the dock is a wonderful location to fish. The pool is a great extra, and I was please to see the maintenance folks out to clean it twice during our stay. The house is a great layout, with one bedroom and bathroom separate on the first floor, and 3 bedrooms with two baths on the top floor. There's enough room for everyone. Everything was neat and clean and comfortable. Our family had a wonderful Christmas, thanks Jim!

Great family get-together at San Roc

We thoroughly enjoyed our one-week stay at San Roc. Three couples, two teenagers and a baby. The accommodations were perfect, extremely comfortable and practical. The location was very private at the end of a long driveway, with an open view to the sea. The boys took the paddle boards out on a very calm sea. We all enjoyed the salt water swimming pool. You couldn't get us out of there! It can be very hot in Florida in June, but the breeze by that pool was wonderful. With shopping and restaurants nearby, Islamorada is an ideal location. Even the fishing trip was a success! We will go back. Thank you, Jim, for the opportunity to enjoy your lovely house!

Fantastic setting for 2018 Spring break!

After Irma hit the keys, we were a little worried about what we would find when we arrived at San Roc. Honestly, you would never have known that this beautiful setting had experienced a hurricane less than 6 months ago. We traveled with 2 families of 4 and the accommodations fit us perfectly. I cannot say enough about the views. I woke every morning to one of the most beautiful sunrises! The kids lived in the pool when were not fishing, snorkeling, diving or exploring the Keys. The house has all you need for eating/grilling at home. The restaurants in the area are exceptional as well. We would rent this home again and recommend to our friends and family. Thanks to Jim and Jo Anne Thibeau (property manager) for maintaining such a beautiful property!

Property Perfection!

We booked this property almost a year ahead, and I had much communication with the owner prior to the trip. Jim responded to my questions immediately! This home is even better than in the photos (if that is even possible). The driveway is so lush and private.....then you come to THE VIEW! The kitchen was better equipped than any in other homes we have rented previously. The house was so clean upon our arrival; and we had plenty of both beach and regular towels. There were spices as well. We loved the fire pit in the evenings. San Roc is a gem, and we highly recommend it! The only thing we would hope for to improve the stay would be higher quality/fluffier pillows. Enjoy!!

Beautiful and private property

We stayed at San Roc for a week during the pandemic. All communication with Jim the owner was prompt and very helpful. The property is huge and very private which was helpful in minimizing contact with others. The best part of this property was the huge back yard, view, and pool. The house itself was clean and nicely appointed. We cooked every meal and had everything we needed. Plenty of towels, linens and starter supply of detergent, paper towels and TP. The downstairs master bedroom has the best view as the other bedrooms have narrow rectangular windows that are high on the wall and don’t allow you to take in the amazing view. The downstairs bedroom is separate from the rest of the house which could be good if you want privacy but sub optimal if you want to be all together and have easy access to the kitchen and living room as you have to go outside and walk up the outside stairs to access the rest of the house. The location in relation to things to do is OK. We enjoy biking and there are some side roads in a nearby neighborhood you can bike to, but not as scenic or convenient as Marathon where We have stayed previously. Also no beach nearby to access if you want to swim in the ocean. We did drive to Founders Park beach but it had closed to non-locals due to COVID. We enjoyed kayaking over to the tiny island off of the shore from our dock and also paddle boarded. We rented bikes, kayaks and stand up paddle boards from Backcountry Cowboy outfitters which gave us plenty to do without leaving the house. The only things we would suggest is that It would be nice to have a kayak or 2 included at the property as well as some basic fishing rods. We have seen this included with other properties we have rented and prevented us from having to spend hundreds more for a week of equipment rental. If we were to rent in the Keys again we would go to Marathon near Sombrero beach where there is beach access nearby (walking/biking distance) and more to explore in the surrounding neighborhoods/town.

Love at first sight!

This property takes your breath from the very minute you enter into the drive. It’s absolutely private and secluded. The driveway is wrapped in gorgeous foliage and opens up to the most breathtaking view you could ever imagine. The palms surrounding the amazing pool and the view from the 2nd floor will stop you in your tracks! We had a boat for the week and it was nice to dock it right there. The house is equally amazing! Our entire family fell in love. Thank you Jim! We will definitely be back next summer. This property will not disappoint anyone!

Summer Vacation

We always have a summer vacation in the Keys, but this was the best so far. The house is very private with a huge yard for the kids and dog to play. We brought our boat which we docked on the property. During the day we fished and in the afternoon grilled our catch under the covered patio. The pool was a hit with the kids there was a wide shallow area for them to play in while the adults enjoyed the spa. There was always a breeze off the ocean which is a must in summer. Many wonderful family memories were made. We will be back next year.

We had a wonderful time at this beautiful location

This property is beautiful and the location is nice and very private. The owner is very easy to work with. Everything we needed was there. Kitchen is well stocked, beds were comfy and towels were soft. All appliances and ac worked well. The weeds were very heavy along the entire coastline which caused a strong odor but with the ocean breeze there it didn’t keep us from enjoying the outdoor area. There is a small island not far from the house that is perfect to paddle board or kayak to. Grocery store is close and there was starter supplies so we didn’t have to go until the next day. We caught tons of mahi and tuna offshore and snapper off the reef. There are several reefs close by for snorkeling as well. There are many great restaurants close by and lots to do with kids. We will definitely we back!

We Loved It!

We really enjoyed our stay. The pool was a huge hit with our kids and us! The ocean views and sunrises were outstanding. We would definitely stay here again as there was plenty of room for everyone and a wonderful location. Thanks so much for a wonderful vacation.

Keys Perfection

San Roc estate was the perfect vacation for our three families. The downstairs suite was so private and the upstairs three bedrooms were laid out to perfection. The house was incredibly clean and well stocked with plenty of towels and beach towels as well. We caught many mangrove snappers from the great dock and made yummy fish tacos two different nights. We also caught several bonnet head shark and large barracuda. The kitchen was well stocked and all appliances worked great as did the air conditioner! The pool and hot tub were immaculate and the pool service came once during our stay. The whole property is picture perfect and we got great pictures for our Christmas card. If we could give it 10 stars, we would !! Just a great vacation and the perfect location to good restaurants and charter boats.
