Style méditerranéen contemporain. environ 200 mètres carrés de surface bâtie sur 2 étages, 3 chambres avec air conditionné, 3 salles de bain (dont 1 en suite), salon et salle à manger spacieux avec une vue de rêve sur le port et la mer, Loewe TV, cuisine ouverte avec îlot (Smeg, gaz), Bosch Réfrigérateur / congélateur et lave-vaisselle, lave-linge et sèche-linge Miele, débarras séparé. Chauffage central. Tout le chambres ont des climatiseurs séparés. Équipement individuel de haute qualité avec de jolis détails.
Espace extérieur avec terrasse et salon, grande table à manger pour 6 personnes et piscine au niveau séjour avec cuisine extérieure, barbecue au charbon. Deux coins repas ombragés sur la grande terrasse et au bord de la piscine avec 4 + 6 places assises. Une vue panoramique inégalée depuis la terrasse et depuis l'étage supérieur sur le port et la mer et une vue directe sur le coucher de soleil sur la côte ouest.
La maison est située dans un quartier résidentiel calme / impasse, à seulement 400 m de la promenade de la plage. Excellents restaurants à distance de marche (6 minutes).
La propriété borde directement une grande réserve naturelle non développée avec des forêts de pins et d'oliviers.
La maison vient d'être préparée pour la location et a été rénovée généreusement et à un niveau élevé. Les réservations peuvent être annulées gratuitement dans les 24 premières heures. Il y a des frais de nettoyage final par réservation. Nous sommes heureux d'organiser une entreprise de nettoyage pour cela. Pour cela, elle facturera 250 euros en espèces. Sinon, les règles stockées chez FEWO s'appliquent.

Just returned from a fantastic weeks stay in Port De Sóller. We have stayed as a family in various villas in the port over the years and Casa del Puerto is definitely our favourite. Situated on the side of a hill with lovely views of the port, in a very quiet area. The villa itself is very well equipped and maintained to a high standard and is extremely comfortable. Ulirke the property manager was there to greet us and talk us through things, she was very helpful. The pool area offered plenty of shade with awnings to the front (electric) and side. In my opinion this is a 5 star villa.

Wonderful stay

We stayed for two weeks with our two small children, and visits from friends and family during our stay. The location is great; quiet, a short walk (8 mins?) from the beach, restaurants, and supermarket for necessities. The final hill up to the house is pretty steep, but we got used to it quickly and did not mind - even with strollers. The house is modern and nice, and the outside area has everything you need to enjoy yourself. The views are spectacular, and there is always entertainment in watching new boats coming and going every day. We took the tram to Sóller, witch was fun for the 3-year old, and we did short drives to nearby towns (so many, and very charming!). Ulrike was super attentive and helped us when we needed extra towels and a small cleaning. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

LOVELY VILLA WITH SUPERB VIEWS

Had a great holiday in Port de Soller and in all the major ways in which one could described the holiday we were very happy that Puerta de Casa exceeded our expectations. However we did encounter some minor irritation with plumbing issues in the bathrooms, an oven that failed to work properly and a general lack of kitchen utensils that we are accustomed to finding in similar quality villas. If more detail is wanted we would be happy to provide it.

Superb villa with outstanding views

The villa is exactly as described. The stunning views portrayed in the photographs are exactly what you get. The villa is spotlessly clean and was very well equipped for our needs. Prior to our stay, the owner was very receptive to answering any queries we had and provided a lot of useful information regarding the general area and restaurant recommendations. We chose not to drive while we were on holiday and used a taxi for transfers to and from the airport. This meant that we had to walk the fairly short but steep hill/ stairs to and from the town. We were aware of this before we booked , so this is not a complaint, merely to inform others that having a car may be beneficial. The views are well worth it though. We were met by the house manager who showed us around and was also very helpful. Port de Soller is a gorgeous town with great public transport links to Soller and Palma. We had a fantastic holiday.

Beautiful Villa

We stayed here for a weeks family holiday. We were a group of 3 adults and 3 teenagers. What an amazing place. The house was very clean and spacious. The kitchen was well equipped. The beds were very comfortable. And the aircon allowed for a good nights sleep. There is a lovely outside patio and dining area from which there is an amazing view of Port de Soller. The walk down to the beach front took about 5 mins. There were lots of lovely bars and restaurants. The atmosphere was relaxed and friendly. The walk back up was a little more arduous in the heat especially if you had some shopping ti carry. You could either wend your way up the road or climb a couple of sets of steps up the hillside. However the pool was there to cool off on returning. and view from the property makes the walk worthwhile. Our recommendations are a tram ride to Soller., a self drive boat trip with Maksy.boats up the coast.

Villa met all our expectations

Casa del Puerto met all our expectations and more. The location is stunning. The villa has possibly THE best views over the harbour in all of Port de Soller. The house is spacious, modern and fitted out with top quality materials and equipment. It has a small pool perfect for a quick dip. The balcony was our favourite space. It is equipped with loungers, dining tables, a sofa, ample shaded area and enough space for everyone to enjoy a range of activities. We were met by Ulrike at the beginning and end of the visit and she called to see if we needed anything during the week. One small problem was sorted immediately. The owner, Michael, provided details of his favourite local restaurants which we sampled during the week. He also made recommendations for walks, visits, sporting activities as requested by us. Casa del Puerto is a holiday home lovingly designed and cared for by the owner and it was a pleasure to stay there (27/5/18 to 4/6/2018). One point to note is that the wonderful views over the harbour come at a price. The villa is more that 150 steps up from the port and not for the fainthearted. Thank you Michael. We look forward to a return visit.

Amazing View, Excellent Home!

We stayed here for a week between Christmas and New Years and the stay was fabulous. The home is big and modern with an amazing view. The weather during our stay was great and we spent almost every afternoon out on the deck with a glass of wine. When we weren't outside, we were still staring out the windows. The kitchen is well stocked and we made a lot of meals at home since many of Michael's recommended restaurants were closed. Everything in the house worked and the house was well heated for winter. Michael was very responsive before and after booking. No question was too small for him to answer. Ulrike, the local host, met us at the house and took us through everything. She was great and always available during our stay. Parking was easy, on the street, and the walk to the port about 5 minutes via road and stairs. There are tons of hiking trails all over the valley and the house has hiking guides in both German and English (thanks Michael!). Many of them you can start at the Port. There are no bad hikes but I would highly recommend the loop hike that goes up Cami Vell de Cuber and down the GR 221 (Hike 36 in Walking Paradise, Soller book) out of Biniaraix. Hiking down the canyon on GR 221 was awesome, the cave going up was cool, and the waterfall was neat. Market day in Soller is on Saturday, and is fun to walk around. Head down the street from the main square, following the vendors, and outside the meat market hall is the good (and cheap) vendor selling pastries. All types of ensaimadas, bread, other sweets. Overall, this was an excellent stay. It was our last week of a three week trip, and the house, the view, and the town were perfect. I would definitely stay here again. Thanks Michael!

Schöne Villa mit super Blick

Wir haben unseren Osterurlaub in diesem Haus genossen. Die Fotos im Netz geben den Zustand und die Einrichtung korrekt wieder. Der Blick auf Port de Soller ist fantastisch - eigentlich noch schöner als auf den Bildern. Ab ca. 11 Uhr kommt die Sonne auf die Terrasse; bis dahin ist es noch recht frisch (April). Da das Haus nach Westen ausgerichtet ist, sind die Sonnenuntergänge sehr schön. Die Betreuung vor Ort und die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter haben sehr gut funktioniert. Im Vorfeld gab es gute Tipps und Restaurantempfehlungen (Café Med in Fornalutx war eine super Empfehlung). Wir hatten einmal ein Problem mit dem Pool, was noch am gleichen Tag behoben wurde. Der Strand und die vielen Restaurants von Port de Soller sind schnell erreicht. Anstrengend ist allerdings der Weg zurück - hier müssen 168 Treppenstufen bewältigt werden. Wenn man gut zu Fuß ist, ist das Ferienhaus eine gute Wahl.

Danke für die tolle Bewertung! Wir empfehlen allen unseren unseren Gästen einen kleinen Mietwagen, dann muss man nicht zu Fuß gehen. Parkplätze sind vor dem Haus reichlich vorhanden.

Tolles Weihnachtsfest in sehr schöner Villa

Wir haben Weihnachten mit sechs Erwachsenen in diesem tollen Haus verbracht, das in allen Punkten der Beschreibung entsprach. Die Lage hoch oben und der grandiose Blick von der wunderschönen Terrasse auf den Hafen und die Bucht waren einfach eine Wucht. Die Ausstattung des großen Küche war für sechs Leute sehr gut. Lediglich die (Filter)Kaffeemaschine war etwas unterdimensioniert. Obwohl tagsüber die Sonne ganze Arbeit leistete, waren wir morgens und abends sehr froh über die perfekt funktionierenden Heizkörper. Für sechs Leute waren die Anzahl der Schlaf-und Badezimmer optimal, und dass ein Badezimmer im Kellergeschoss war, hat nicht wirklich gestört. Der Kontakt im Vorfeld mit Herrn van Almsick und die Schlüsselübergabe und Hausbegehung mit Frau Sünkel waren herzlich und problemlos. Wir haben die Zeit in dem tollen Haus und dem wunderschönen Port Soller sehr genossen.

Wir freuen uns natürlich sehr, dass Sie einen traumhaften Urlaub bei uns erlebt haben! Sie sind jederzeit bei uns willkommen! Danke auch für den Hinweis mit der Filterkaffeemaschine. Sie ist für 10-12 normale Tassen dimensioniert. Aber Sie haben recht. Wenn 6 Erwachsene gleichzeitig unsere schönen (großen) Kaffeebecher verwenden, dann ist die Maschine leer und zum Nachschenken muss neuer Kaffee gemacht werden. Wir haben zusätzlich noch eine Nespresso-Maschine, aber wir werden eine zweite, größere Filterkaffeemaschine besorgen. Neben den Bädern und Toiletten oben in der Schlafzimmeretage gibt es ein weiteres Bad unten. Das dient auch dazu, wenn mal Gäste auf Toilette möchten. Dann müssen sie dazu nicht in die Schlafräume.

wunderschöner Urlaub

Wir haben einen wunderschönen Urlaub in diesem Ferienhaus verbracht und uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Es ist toll eingerichtet, die Betten sind bequem und alles ist super sauber gewesen. Der Ausblick auf den Hafen und die Umgebung ist einfach nur ein absoluter Traum. Wir konnten uns gar nicht satt sehen und haben Ihn jeden Tag aufs Neue genossen. Fab vacation

Property was excellent. Very nice quality and fittings. Can tell the owner has though about the guests. The view from the patio is amazing. It’s only a short walk to the beach and the port. There are quite a few steps (168) from the port so you have to be prepared for them. Overall we had a great stay.

Traumhaft schön

Die Bilder in der Anzeige sehen schon klasse aus. In der Realität ist das aber noch viel besser. Der Blick von der Terrasse ist einzigartig. Das Haus selbst ist luxuriös eingerichtet. Es fehlt an nichts. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

PERFEKT!! Besser geht es nicht. Traumhaftes Haus, sensationelle Aussicht, tolle Empfehlungen vom Besitzer ( Dankeschön für die Cocktails), reibungslose Übergabe. Ein Platz zum wohlfühlen. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Tolle Villa für einen super Urlaub in Port de Soller! Die Villa bietet viel Komfort. Insbesondere den Traumblick auf den malerischen Hafen, den Sonnenuntergang und das Meer konnten wir genießen. Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter vorab und vor Ort lief einwandfrei.

Wunderbarer Urlaub

Es war eine sehr schöne Unterkunft, super gelegen, etwas oberhalb des Dorfes. Das Haus war sehr schön, die Terrasse einfach ein Traum. Ich glaube, es war die schönste Terrasse von Soller und jeden Abend ein Sonnenuntergang wie aus dem Bilderbuch. Immer wieder Gerne. Andreas und Bärbel

Es war ein traumhafter Urlaub!

Die Casa del Puerto ist bestimmt eine der schönsten Unterkünfte in Port de Soller. Sie hält alles, was sie auf den Bildern verspricht. Das Highlight ist die weitläufige Terrasse. Der Blick auf den Hafen und auf die untergehende Sonne ist einmalig. Den Strand und die Strandpromenade erreicht man zu Fuß in wenigen Minuten. Unser Urlaub war eine perfekte Mischung aus entspannten Tagen in dem wunderschönen Haus, am Strand und am Meer und dem Genuss der vielfältigen Gastronomie in Port de Soller. Besser geht es nicht. Vielen Dank an Michael van Almsick für viele tolle Tipps und die nette Kommunikation. Ebenso herzlichen Dank an die persönliche Betreuung von Ulrike vor Ort.

Great view, but lots of steps

We had a great time in this lovely villa. The accommodation was excellent, with stunning views of the port and beyond. The property was well furnished and mostly as described , the third bedroom has the best views but was smaller than the others. This room had two double beds one raised and the other one what appeared to be roll away bases, it was comfortable but lacked a headboard, the room had an interior glass door and partition to the corridor covered by a linen curtain which was not fully opaque which made changing a slight issue as we were 3 couples rather than one family. The third bathroom is 2 floors down from the bedrooms. Whilst the view is stunning, people with any difficulty walking might struggle with the climb up from the Port. Communication with the owner was excellent, he answered all our questions very quickly and was able to accommodate all our requests. Ulrike met us on arrival and gave us a full briefing with lots of recommendations of places to eat. Overall excellent and definitely recommend this to anyone.

Thank you Rod for your great review. It was a great pleasure to welcome you as our guests! Yes, you are right. The way from the village uphill to CASA DEL PUERTO is not far, about 400m, but can be a bit exhausting, especially when it is very warm and you have to carry your shopping bags. Therefore we recommend our guests to take a rental car. Then you have the choice. A rental car also has the advantage that you can always explore the wonderful surroundings of Sóller with markets, fabulous restaurants and hiking trails.

Ein Traum

Wir waren zum wiederholten Mal in Port de Soller und auch diesmal war es ein sehr erholsamer Urlaub. Das Haus ist sehr schön eingerichtet und ausgestattet. Es hat an nichts gefehlt. Der Traumblick auf den Hafen und aufs Meer ist einmalig und lädt auf viele entspannte Sonnenuntergänge ein. An- und Abreise und alles drumherum waren perfekt und freundlich organisiert.

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

CASA DEL PUERTO is situated in the harbour of Port de Sóller with its historical old town and fishing port. The gorgeously romantic ambience of Port Sóller’s promenade and beach is a mere 6 minutes walk away. Surrounded by an impressive mountain landscape, the area harbours many shops, excellent restaurants and street cafés as well as the nostalgic tramway to Sóller. Only 30 km north of Palma, the unique natural bay lies in the Tramuntana mountains, just 3 km from Sóller in a charming little town which, with its very authentic flair, stunning architecture and cozy plaza, is one of the island’s most beautiful places. Apart from Sóller, Fornalutx and the little village of Biniaraix are situated in the valley which is famous for its orange groves and terracing fields with ancient olive trees. A few kilometres down the coast is the village of Deià. You can reach Port de Sóller in a 30 minutes’ drive from Palma’s airport.

On Saturdays there is a colourful weekly market with a wide range of offers. After a 20-minute drive along the winding coastal road, you will reach the world-famous artists' village of Deia with its spectacular vantage points.
