Nid d'amour à quelques pas de la Tour Eiffel

Entièrement rénové en mai 2012, Tout l'équipement est neuf (cuisine, salle de bains, salon). Il est situé au rez de chaussée d'un immeuble des années 40. Il est très lumineux, confortable et intime car, il donne complètement sur la court intérieure pleine de fleurs, de plantes et un réservoir de poissons.

Le studio du 20m2, a été conçu pour bien accueillir jusqu'à 4 personnes: le salon en parquet est équipé d'un canapé-lit (140x200) et un lit double mezzanine (160x200), TV satellite, wifi illimité d'accès.
La cuisine avec une attention aux détails, a tous les conforts: place à induction, lave-vaisselle, bouilloire, micro-ondes, réfrigérateur, machine à café Nespresso, grille-pain, etc.
La salle d'eau avec un design spa dispose d'un WC, lavabo en pierre naturelle et grande douche à l'italienne où on peut se detentre


Les Transports
L'appartement, vous avez accès au plus grand nombre que 3 stations de métro: Dupleix (50 mètres), Champs de Mars-Tour Eiffel (200m) et La Motte Piquet-Grenelle (400m).
Sinon, pour une visite insolite mais original de la ville, nous conseillons de louer des vélos Vélib, fournis par la ville de Paris, à prix super réduit. La station Vélib, la plus proche est à 50 mètres.

Métro & Bus
De 'Dupleix' il y a la ligne 6, qui mène à Charles de Gaulle-Etoile (Arc de Triomphe, Champs Champes, etc) à Trocadéro, Montparnasse (la Tour de Montparnasse) Denfer-Rocheraou (pour l'aéroport d'Orly) 'Place d'Italie' et à Nation.

De 'Champs de Mars-Tour Eiffel', il y a le RER C, qui mène à la gare 'Musée d'Orsay', Saint-Michel (Quartier Latin) Cité (Notre-Dame et l'Ile de la Cité) Versailles (Versailles Résidence) Gare d'Austerlitz (trains vers le Sud de la France et l'Espagne)

De 'La Motte Piquet - Grenelle' il y a la ligne 8, ce qui conduit à des Invalides (tombeau de Napoléon), Concorde (Place de la Concorde, Tuileries) et Opera (Opéra de Paris et la Galerie La Fayette)

The house is nothing like the photos. Do not stay here if you are not able to climb a ladder to get into bed. My sister and I thought we were renting a place with a couch and a bed. We had no idea the bed was reached by a rickety scary ladder.

the apartment is exactly as shown in the photos, with a loft bed accessible by stairs and a sofa bed. The photos in the listing prove what was stated earlier. Also before their arrival, we sent a video of the Murphy bed opening where she could clearly see both beds. the guest knew how the beds were arranged even before arriving and only realized their mistake upon arriving at the flat. we are not responsable for guest's choices, and it is not fair to pay the consequences of an unfair review just because the guest made a decision error despite all photos and videos.

Very happy with Love Nest

This is a very conveniently located little apartment. The Metro is just steps away, yet the apartment, facing into a courtyard, is quite quiet. Shopping, laundry, cafés, the Seine and Eiffel Tower are all easily accessible. The apartment itself feels bigger than it appears, with a smart arrangement. We were very comfortable and happy here for our month long visit to Paris

Great location for stay in Paris

We stayed in this apartment for 1 month. The positives: Great communication with the host Excellent location - close to metro and bus, huge supermarket nearby, huge food market every Wednesday and Sunday, several bakeries and other shops nearby. Easy check-in - check-out. Fully equipped kitchen including expresso machine. Some negatives, I hope owner addresses some of them. The apartment is very small, it was ok for two of us, but that probably reflected in price. While apartment was clean, we did not like how bedding was given. Both sheets and pillowcases were not ironed and did not feel fresh. Towels was ok. Shower door was leaking. Overall, it's a good stay for the money.

Fantastic location for 2-3 people

We had a great time staying in this apartment. It was situated within walking distance of the Champs de Mars and a glorious up-close view of the Eiffel Tower. It was a bit tight with three people but completely workable if you plan to spend most of the day out and about as we did. The beds were comfortable and there were plenty of cookware/plates/utensils for meals in. We did have to buy a towel because we noticed too late in the evening that there were only two provided but that was a small oversight that we didn't mind. The only real complaint we had was the bathroom door: it was a sliding door that caught in its track every time we used it and it was nearly impossible to close all the way without pulling at it with every ounce of our bodies - which was difficult without an actual handle on the door. But overall we loved our stay here and it was perfectly situated and appointed for the price - would recommend to others!!

We are very pleased that you had a great time in Paris at our flat. However we are really surprised that you did not inform us nor about the missing towel nor about the bathroom sliding door. We could have passed at the flat to leave the towel and to see what was wrong about the door sliding mechanism. We are sorry you had to buy an unnecessary towel and we are always at guest's disposal to solve these kind of problems. We have been informed about it a week after your check-out so nothing we could do and we are extremely sorry for it.

Fantastic location

We were especially pleased with the location of the apartment. It is so accessible to the metro, bakeries, restaurants, groceries, and other shops. We liked the energy in the morning of the people and families hustling to work and school. On Sunday, we happened into the market across the street and it was superb. Our hosts were also very good and helpful. Yves met us upon arrival and departure and was very pleasant. Paolo and Anthea communicated starting a couple weeks before our arrival to be sure everything was in order. They provided useful information on transportation options from the airport that saved us from being tricked into getting a non-profit flat rate taxi. (Beware of those guys at the airport!) Anthea also helped us tremendously one day during our stay when we encountered our RER station was closed. Via WhatsApp, she helped sort out our best option and we were back on our way to Versailles. Being on ground floor, the apartment is very accessible. It is very small as we expected. I would say too small for 3 people and luggage. It was fine for us mostly because we had lovely weather and were there very little. It is definitely more suited for one or two people with not much luggage. In general, the apartment needs some love and the photos presented on VRBO are not representative of its current condition. The bathroom being the area of biggest need. There is quite alot of mildew making an unpleasant smell and feeling of it not being clean. A couple floor tiles are loose from water intrusion. There were some other issues that didn't greatly affect our stay but could greatly improve someone else's stay if they are addressed: The fireplace doesn't work as far as we could figure out which wasn't much of an issue. We were provided a plug-in electric heater which worked well but contributed to feeling a bit more cramped. The hairdryer blows only cold air, the towels were rough, and wall hooks to hang coats would be useful. Finally, there was some construction occurring in the store front adjacent to the apartment. It was only during the day but it made it impossible to return for a nap or quiet lunch. Luckily, we had great weather and could be away all day. This is most likely a short-term issue and will be resolved when the store renovation is completed.

I’m really glad you had a superb stay in Paris, actually the "Ville Lumiere" is a fantastic city indeed and as said, our flat is located in a strategical position closed to everything you need or want. Our "pied à terre" is small as described in our listing and photos on VRBO accurately reflect the current status. At the beginning of the year, small renovation works were carried out such as painting and electrical installation. Cleaning is a key point and we always pay an extreme attention on offering a healthy and livable environment to our guests. Once a month, we use a mildew remover to remove it but, we also ask to our guests to always ventilate the shower by opening the window after having a shower. This cooperation helps us preventing the mildew. In any case, since we take all the constructive reviews into consideration, from now on we will use the mildew remover more often. We really love being in contact with our guests, before and during their stay, in order to give support, assistance or just advise on major events. For this purpose, we use Whatsap to have smooth and quick exchanges and I’m really sorry that you did not get in touch with us when hairdryer broke, we could have immediately replaced it as we did after your check-out or eventually we could have explained you how the decorative electric fireplace works . Concerning hooks, actually there are 3 in the bathroom. Before next arrival, I will check if they need to be replaced either. We will continue to make every effort to make your holiday a superb memory

Appartement que je loue depuis 4 ans à la même période et toujours aussi sympa. la réception se fait toujours dans la bonne humeur. Situation géographique idéale pour les visites parisiennes. Proximité de la Tour Eiffel et du métro. Si vous avez envie de visiter Paris, n'hésitez pas, cette location est pour vous de part sa qualité intérieure et de sa situation géographique. Triste et mal entretenu bien que la personne (Elena) qui reçoit fasse de son mieux.

Fenêtres en partie aveugles (stores hors de fonction) et ne pouvant à peine s'ouvrir, télévision marchant un coup sur deux, crochets en bois dans la douche... cassés, bref si tous ces inconvénients étaient réparés, ce (très) petit studio serait correct. Nota bene: mon mari a réparé et collé 2 tabourets servant de sièges!J.Ruffianati

Chere Mme, merci pour votre commentaire servant a maintenir un standard de qualité. Le store et les crochets dans la salle de bains viennent d'être réparé. Pour ce qui concerne la télé elle marche très bien, il suffit de ne pas toucher les cables de connexion. La fenetre s’ouvre bien et n’est pas aveugle du tout car elle donne sur la court, bien sur on n’as pas la vue sur les toits de paris! Merci a votre mari pour avoir revissé la vis du tabouret Je suis désolé que des petits détails ont rendu votre séjour si Triste.

Excellent accueil! L appartement est bien situé, et donne sur une cours intérieure très calme. A 5 minutes à pied de la Tour Eiffel et a 50 metre de la station métro Dupleix. Dans les environs on y trouve de tout, boulangerie, pharmacie, supérette,.... L'appartement est petit mais très fonctionnel et bien décoré. Super pour 2. C'est un appartement très très propre, on s'y sent directement comme chez nous ! La literie est super. Petit livret "guide pratique" fait par Anthea très sympa. Je recommande sans hésiter et à refaire je reprend ce studio. Très satisfaite de mon séjour. Merci Paolo et Anthea.

Appartement bien situé

L'appartement est localisé au cœur de l'action. Confortable et moderne, il aurait cependant besoin d'un peu d'entretien (fissures au plafond, moisissures dans la salle de bain, céramique brisée). On y dort bien la nuit. Cependant, de part sa localisation au rez-de-chaussée, il y a beaucoup de bruits de fermeture de porte dès 7h30 le matin, ce qui est très dérangeant. Un ferme porte et une meilleure insonorisation de la porte d'entrée de l'appartement aiderait sûrement à atténuer ce problème. Les commodités comme le téléphone et la télévision sont très appréciés. En général, on a aimé notre séjour à cet endroit.

La description de la location était comme on a vu dans l’ internet. Avait tous que nous avons besoin pour une très bonne séjour. Il y a des supermarchés tout prés et restaurants aussi. Paolo nous a donné, à notre arrivée, tout l’ information nécessaire et avant ça pour e-mail. Les propriétaires sont très sympathiques et professionnels. Je recommande vivement cette location.

Un séjour super !

This apartment is perfect for a couple of people in Paris - it is cozy and well-equipped and we had an excellent stay here. I love the 15th as well, it's a great neighborhood and you can see the Eiffel Tower from out in front of the builiding! The only downside was the noise of people coming and going in the morning, since the apartment is on the ground floor. It was fine on the weekends but Monday morning it was really quite noisy. I would still highly recommend staying here and I'm sure we'll be back. A great deal for the price and Paulo was so patient with me with all of my questions, very quick to respond always, and extremely professional. The apartment was very clean and well-maintained, and the shower is AWESOME.

Was a dream come true

I stayed for a month and got a discount. The host and staff are wonderful. They answered all my questions. The kitchen is well equipped and clean. The beds are comfortable. The shower is very nice, there is a room heater in the bathroom. There are laundry mats and grocery stores in almost every direction. Rue de Lourmel is 1 block away, has specialty food stores to make a gourmet meal. Duplex metro station is across the street. Use the metro and you can get anywhere in the city in less than 30 minutes. 10-minute walk to the Eiffel Tower and river. Point de Bir-Hakeim on the river is one of the most beautiful areas along the river. Wednesdays and Sundays, pop-up market across the street at Duplex metro station is one of the best in the city. I felt like I was living in a neighborhood. Area is so centrally located to the city but not touristy. This place was a dream.

This little flat was perfect! It has everything you need and Anthea and Paolo were very helpful.

The flat is located half a block from a Metro station in a little neighborhood with EVERYTHING you could need. Lots of cafes, bakeries, pharmacies, little markets, fresh food shops and a laundromat. It was a quiet condo building with all the conveniences. We highly recommend this flat!

Great location and Cozy

Fantastic place for our Paris Trip. The owners and Yves were fantastic to deal with. The apartment is so close to the Metro and within walking distance of so many landmarks. Ideal for restaurants close by, as well as a grocery store, bakeries, cheese shop, meat shop and wine. There is a Market twice a week basically at your doorstep, with tons of offerings. The owners were very helpful in recommending how best to get to the apartment. They also provided us with information on what wonderful sites and experiences to see and do, and this was our 5th trip to Paris. They recommended some weekend stuff to do and where to go to relax, bring a picnic (wine and cheese) and act like Parisians do. They even provided me with a contact number via the Whatsup App so we could communicate, and I could use wifi to save on costs. The place is very cozy so if space is something you need this might not be what you’re looking for. However, for us it was almost perfect, the location could not have been better. The courtyard worked great to enjoy a French wine and do our daily updates from a day’s touring. Based on price, location, the owners and Yves we would definitely stay there again. It was a totally wonderful experience.

Great location, efficient space, and wonderful assistance from hosts.

Anthea and Paolo went out of there way to help us on our visit to Paris - maintaining contact with us before, during, and after our stay. The location of the flat was perfect for us and it was quiet and welcoming. Two fans in the unit helped take the edge off the Paris summer heat. The kitchen was well equipped for making simple meals and the bed was comfortable. Mercie beaucoup et mille grazie!
