Villa Teneguia, villa de luxe de 3 chambres avec vue sur la mer

La Villa Teneguia est à seulement 30 minutes de l'aéroport d'Arrecife. Avec 3 chambres climatisées et deux salles de douche "walk in" de plain-pied facilitant l'accès. Situé dans un endroit privilégié dans un cul-de-sac tranquille dans la belle région appelée Montaña Roja, à environ 10 minutes de la plage Playa Flamingo, avec d'excellents restaurants et supermarchés. Le quartier est très familial avec le parc aquatique à proximité.

Il comprend une cuisine entièrement équipée, un salon et un coin repas avec télévision et chaînes anglaises pour le cinéma, le sport et les animations pour enfants. WIFI gratuit est également disponible.

La villa dispose d'une piscine privée chauffée avec une main courante et des marches romaines facilitant l'accès. Avec des jardins isolés et des chaises longues, ce qui en fait le cadre idéal pour profiter au maximum du climat chaud toute l'année. Avec une terrasse orientée plein sud, un barbecue et une salle à manger en plein air donnant sur la piscine et les jardins. Villa Teneguia vous permettra de profiter d'un repas en plein air de première classe.

Il y a une agréable promenade côtière de 20 minutes, qui vous emmène dans la ville de Playa Blanca avec ses nombreux magasins et restaurants. Il y a aussi une gare routière, un port, une station de taxis et des ferries réguliers pour Fuerteventura.

The villa was exactly as described but even more spacious.With 3 dining tables,one indoors,one under the veranda and one in full Sun there was always a perfect place to eat.Allowing us to check in early and out late was icing on the cake.( We were lucky no-one had booked those days.)We were only two but the villa would easily accommodate many more.

Lovely spacious villa in good location

We had a lovely stay here in May, Villa was clean and in a perfect location just a short walk from shops and beach. The only 1 thing to critique was the 2 single beds in the twin room, unfortunately the mattresses were not very comfortable and need replacing but other then they everything was perfect and I’d highly recommend a stay here

Great villa

The villa was in a quiet area very close to flamingo beach. We really enjoyed our stay. The villa provided all we need. Communication with Hazel the owner was great and the local manager Suzanna was amazing.

Enjoyable Stay

The villa is in a great location with easy access to the water park (just across the road) and a short walk into town. Hazel kept in regular contact prior to our stay. Suzanne was also very helpful and on hand when shortly after we arrived. We would definitely stay in this villa again.

Playa Blanca villa

We had a wonderful stay in this villa in Playa Blanca. Short walk to Flamingo beach and the nearest shops, but it was very pleasant to be in the less touristy area of town. The villa had everything we needed and good facilities including plenty of loungers by the pool.

One of the best Villas we have stayed in. Suzannes communication was excellent, cleanliness and pool man did a fab job. Everything you could wish for in the Villa, comfortable, warm pool, what more could you wish for. The area is fab, location with everything on the doorstep within a short walk. We will be back again!

Playa Blanca is a wonderful place to stay. Villa in a quiet cul de sac, not oveelooked and well maintained. Manager on hand if required. Comfy beds, plenty of seating in and outside, great pool and bbq areas for outside entertaining. Close enough to the town, but far enough when you want to enjoy peace and quiet, you won't be disappointed with this area. We always come back to the same area, a home from home with sunshine. All in all a perfect villa and location. Good local taxi service and bus stop a couple of hundred yards away. Can't wait to return to Lanzarote. Thanks to the owner, great communication, would definitely return. Many thanks!

Just returned from a fabulous 10 night stay in this beautiful villa. Hazel was fantastic communicating with us prior to our stay and the villa was extremely comfortable for us to stay in as a family of 4 (2 adults and 2 older teenagers). The villa is very well equipped with everything you need, we really appreciated the supply of beach towels as this saved valuable space in our suitcases! The pool area is much bigger than the pictures show and the pool was lovely and warm throughout our stay and plenty big enough for all 4 of us to enjoy at the same time. Great location, lovely and quiet and not overlooked at all, just a 10-15 minute walk down to Flamingo beach. The welcome pack of wine, juice and milk were also a lovely touch. Highly recommend this villa to anyone visiting the island.

Wonderful accommodation and perfect location

We’ve stayed in Playa Blanca 3 times previously but this one was definitely the best. Lovely villa and location was perfect. Vilka isn’t overlooked so there’s a lot of privacy in the outside space. Communication between Hazel has always been great. We also had great communication with villa manager Suzanne on the day of checking in and during the vacation. Will definitely return.

Great villa in a great location

Brilliant villa. Lovely welcome pack. Everything you’d need in the kitchen plus pool towels and hand soaps. Great contact with Hazel and Suzanne was very welcoming too. Pool was lovely and a good size too with comfy loungers. Plenty of space overall and would stay there again. Location was 10 mins slow walk to beach and some shops then another 20 to other restaurants and shops along the front. Relatively flat walk too.

Great villa

Lovely villa will everything you need within walking distance. The pool gates are an absolute must for us so it’s great that this villa has them. Gorgeous sea views and sun all day on the patio. Excellent can’t communication from Hazel the owner and Lynn the housekeeper. We’re not even looking at other villas for next year, just booking this one.

Gorgeous villa!

We have stayed in many villas in playa Blanca but this one definitely at the top of my list. Beautiful spacious villa, perfect location in a quiet cul-de-sac, 5 min walk to the gorgeous flamingo beach and local restaurants. Waterpark at bottom of the road. The owner was quick to answer any questions I had and recommended a transfer from the airport that we used. A lovely welcome pack also which was lovely. Villa was lovely a clean. Really recommend this beautiful villa and thank you to Hazel for letting us stay xxxx

The perfect stay

Villa Teneguia is a fantastic villa which is situated in a prime location in Playa Blanca. It was only a short walk to Playa Flamingo beach, shops and restaurants. Our stay was absolutely perfect, and the villa exceeded all of our requirements for our family. The villa is very clean and welcoming with lots of space. The pool was brilliant, and our young kids (ages 6 & 3) loved every second playing in it. The villa included all the amenities required to aid the prefect stay and communication with the host was fantastic. I would highly recommend staying at Villa Teneguia and would book again next time we visit Playa Blanca.

Beautiful villa!

Beautiful villa, very spacious lounge area. All spotless with good quality furnishings. Good sized heated pool. Very private and in quiet surroundings but only 15-20 min walk to sea front. Our villa manager, Suzanne, was brilliant. We had a couple of occasions when we need help immediately, and both times Suzanne responded immediately and quickly dealt with the problem. Thank you Suzanne! Will definitely stay here again.

Excellent Villa in Great Location

The villa was spotlessly clean on arrival, and check-in instructions were easy and clear. The villa is very comfortable, with everything needed for a pleasant stay. The pool was beautiful, crystal clear and refreshing! The house is located in a built-up neighborhood, and although you can occasionally see your neighbors by their pool, it does not feel overlooked. It's only a 10min walk to Flamingo Beach, which has a few restaurants and shops, and lovely views. Thanks to Hazel and Suzanne for their excellent service - we had a great time and would love to return!

Amazing 2 weeks here

This place was more than perfect, absolutely a dream, so spacious, so private not overlooked, we used the pool every day and the views out to sea while having our breakfast or tea watching the sunrise and sunset every day was unbelievable, we took two members of the family who were first time flyers and they just kept saying wow at everything each day they were there, Suzanne was amazing and was there whenever we needed her help, and not just for the villa but help if we needed anything, we would definitely book this villa again next time we are in Lanzarote and i know the others are looking forward to going now they have tasted it

Great stay

Unfortunately we had a few issues with water, eventually after 4 days Carlos fitted a new pump and it worked after that. The layout of the villa was good, as was the pool. The shower in the family bathroom didn’t have much force and the dishwasher needs a bit of sorting. We didn’t let any of these issues worry us and really enjoyed being away in nice warm weather.

Perfect Villa for our stay in Playa Blanca

This property is in a prime location when staying in Playa Blanca. The beach is less than a 10-minute walk away with a couple of supermarkets, restaurants, and a great little coffee shop that serves iced lattes made with oat milk (very important for this reviewer). If you don't mind walking another 10 minutes, you'll reach the main town along the coast road. The property itself was perfect and one of the best we have stayed in Lanzarote. The furniture was comfortable and the outside private. The welcome pack left for our arrival was unexpected and much appreciated. We are planning to return next time we are in Playa Blanca.

Our favourite villa

For the second year running we were blessed with fabulous weather in which to enjoy this wonderful villa. We love everything about it- location, facilities, equipment, cleanliness, security etc. The pool is pleasantly warm and was cleaned twice during our week’s stay. The manager, Lynn, called in on the first day to ensure that all was well. We had a late flight back and, as the villa was not booked out for the next day, the owner, Hazel, allowed us to stay throughout the day, which was really helpful. We would thoroughly recommend for friends and families, as the villa and surrounding area are suitable for all age-groups.
