It is in a very nice area and was perfect for our trip! It was wonderful to be able to bring our fur babies with us! We also really enjoyed hanging out in the hot tub after a long day of exploring! Would stay again :)
Me and my family stayed for two nights we absolutely loved the cabin. Such a home feeling and a nice quiet area . We wished we couldâve stayed longer will definitely visit again . Very nice and friendly staff.
We were very happy with our stay here through the Fireside Chalet's. The cabin was extremely clean and check in was really easy. They email you when your cabin is ready and they send the key code with that email.
Over all our stay was just really nice there :)
We enjoyed the cabin except there wasnât enough seating for more than four in the living room area, even though it sleeps six. We love Country Pines resort!
Cabin was spacious, loved that it was mostly carpet free. Nice drive, quiet area.
Only negative: better cleaning service was needed. Carpets and hot tub needed a proper cleaning. Would consider returning.
.
Perfect spot in between Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg
We loved our stay at "Owl's Nest". It was nice and open and I liked the master on the 1st floor. The beds were not too comfy but I slept like an Angel on the futon in the fun loft area. Kitchen was quaint and worked out good. Hot tub was the high light for sure, nice and enclosed too. The yard is huge but a bit steep. Super cute community. The main trouble was that every time the air came on the kitchen/dining room floor shook so we had to pause it here and there to enjoy meals. Some of the throw rugs need a good cleaning but the rest of the house was clean and welcoming. Puppy enjoyed her stay too!

Not Expected
The property Listed a King Bed & a Queen, only had queens.
Beds were rock hard.
Hot Tub was only filled up half way.
Did not advertise the rentals were so close to others.
The cabin was dirty, there was a horrible smell the whole time we were there, the rugs are old and dirty, not enough furniture in the living room only one sofa and a chair, one medium tv only no tvs in the rooms, hot water runs out after one shower , we had to take showers at different times each, very dirty needs care and updating.
Overall for a two day stay it was not too bad. We spent more time in town. Location was nice due to its proximity to both Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. However, there could be some updates done. First if you rent through vrbo that should be who you communicate with, having to call another party to get check in information was not awful but confusing when having to provide extra personal information. The cabin itself had a loose door handle on the upstairs bathroom, busted taped trash can and the cord in the upstairs bedroom was missing its knob to pull the blinds open. The sheets could use an update too. They were stiff feeling and not comfortable. It was nice that some items like aluminum foil, salt/pepper and paper towel were provided. But upstairs we noticed there was not even a full toilet paper roll when we arrived. There were several quarter rolls tucked away under the sink. It did say a roll would be provided but we assumed it would have at least been a full new roll or had a full new roll waiting to make up for what was actually left. Overall not bad for location and a short stay. Anything else I would look for some other options
Cabin was very dusty and all linen and bedding was dusty and smelly. Thereâs a large amount of mold in the downstairs bathroom. There were spiders and bugs throughout the cabin. The main TV did not work. The cabin was so bad that I couldnât even accept any other cabin or other property from this host because everything was so bad
This cabin was perfect for a get away for my husband and I. It also allowed us to bring our fur baby. If i were going to stay longer and do any cooking, it could use some better kitchen supplies, bowls, large frying pans, spatulas. Other than that, it is an amazing place!!
This cabin is located in Country Pines near the back gate of Dollywood. The cabin is beautiful with lots of space and it was clean when we arrived. It's located in a great area. It's not in the middle of traffic but only a 10 minute drive to the main attractions in Pigeon Forge.
The cabin was a good size for the 6 of us. There was enough space for 3 adults and 3 children, and probably could have accommodated a couple more children if necessary, though I don't remember the max occupancy so don't put that to the test if it is 6. We didn't eat there much, but for the few meals that we did eat there, the kitchen and dining was sufficient. We also had our dog with us and it worked well with her too. We had a small issue with neighbors letting their dog do his business in the yard, but when we contacted the company renting the cabin, they were understanding and friendly. The only two negatives I would give this place is that it's lacking some lighting in a couple places, the first floor shower for one, the kitchen isn't quite bright enough IMO, but that may just be me. And the other negative would be that while the place seemed pretty clean, there were some dead insects on a couple of the window sills (like piles of them), other than that I would say cleanliness was good. The cabin is starting to show it's age a bit also, but overall it's still pretty nice and was clean and inviting. I would definitely stay here again.
