The cabin I booked wasnât the cabin I ended up staying in. We were moved because of no water so we moved to Majestic poolside which was a great upgrade. I loved the cabin so much that I contacted John who owns the cabin we ended up staying in to let him know how much my family and I enjoyed the cabin and that we look forward to booking his cabin again. So for his cabin I give 5 stars on everything the other ratings are for the 1st cabin Treeside so Iâm glad we got moved to Johns cabin
We had a great week.Wish it could have been cleaner .Never did find the remote for the fireplace downstairs.Location was great close to everything.Would stay there again.
Very disappointed with this cabin. The cabin was very dirty. Hot water didnât work in one of showers, both commodes stopped up the night we arrived. The cabin needs allot of cleaning and TLC.
Arrived to find front door standing open and trash left on deck. Deck and front entry in need of replacement with decayed and broken boards. Entire cabin needs paint and refresh. Mattresses uncomfortable and we all slept poorly. Bedding worn and needs replaced. Underside of toilet seats broken in both baths. Kitchen poorly stocked and cookware poor condition. Hole in exterior of cabin at end of deck with animal fur noticeable inside hole. Hot tub not very clean as well as deck. No hairdryer or sink/tub stoppers. Will not return!
This was such an awesome cabin to spend the week in! Loved loved loved the hot tub, jacuzzi tub, washer/dryer and pool access! It's close to everything, yet, feels like you are in the woods alone. We were sad to leave... We would definitely stay here again!!!
I loved our stay. Both bedrooms are nice sized with big beds. Hot tub was very nice. They even paid attention to the small things like having measuring cups for the kitchen. Nice view off both balconies. I really donât have any complaints about the cabin. Would recommend it for anyone.
Convenient... didn't have to spend time driving up the mountains like I done in the past. Great Value... not expensive but good amenities. No problems... everything worked fine and water was a pleasant surprise, no smell with great pressure.
Location, location, location!!! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. This cabin is located at the end of a row of cabins so it has more privacy than some others on the street. There was plenty of room for the 8 of us (4 adults and 4 children). And the hot tub is not accessible from inside the cabin, however, the walk down is not far at all (itâs on the lowest deck of the cabin). We will definitely be back.
Great cabin! Would definitely stay again! The location was perfect for kids, didnât have to drive for miles at the end of the day. The king bed mattresses werenât the greatest and 2 of the fireplaces didnât work but we would definitely stay again. Also both bedrooms didnât have smart TVs like loft and living room and only had about 10 local channels, but we didnât have time to watch much tv anyway. Super clean!!
We enjoyed our stay here. When fireside chalets called to tell us we could check in they told us that 2 of the fireplaces had broke & they had been trying to fix them but couldnât get them fixed & they wouldnât be in before we left , which is fine whatever, but reading other reviews the fireplaces have been broken since February way before our stay.
Great location and close to Pigeon Forge. The community pool was a plus and it's right across the street from the house and it's not a lot of people to share with. The only real issue we had with the house is the outside decks we're not clean at all, it was months of buildup so we didn't go out there. I suggest to anyone who's renting the spot request that the outside decks be swept off or power washed.

Overall our stay was very good. Comfy beds, clean kitchen and bathrooms, saw a dog toy near part way behind hutch and found that it was dirty behind/under hutch. Kitchen lights needed light bulbs changed out. The pool table was a childâs toy size and broken. The hot tub was not easily accessible, you had to walk a long deck path to get to it. However, the jaccuzzi tub in loft was very nice. Wifi was good and so was the cable TV.
Great location close to downtown. Parking is limited to two spots and itâs tight. Right across from the pool which wasnât open but still. Only two drawbacks were the upstairs bedroom TV which had Comcast cable but all but 4 channels said âNot Subscribedâ and the fireplace on the lower deck near the hot tub. Remote didnât work for it. Another plus is the massive stainless steel grill on the main deck. Donkey Kong high score was 42000.
This was the perfect location. You are close to the parkway and all restaurants and activities and yet it's still private. The pool is literally just a few steps out the front door. The cabin was also perfect size for my family of four. It was clean when we arrived and well maintained. Our only real complaint but an important one is the beds. Both king size mattresses need replaced asap. It felt like we were sleeping on waterbeds and always felt like we were rolling off the bed. They were so uncomfortable. Other than the beds it was a great stay.
We really enjoyed our stay. The location worked out well for us and the pool was close by. We had 6 people with us but the negatives would be the sofa bed was not comfortable. You could feel the metal bar through the mattress and there was a TV room upstairs that would have been perfect for a sofa bed because it provided more privacy. Instead it had 2 recliners....Being in the location that it is you would think that you would have spiderwebs outside which was fine but there were long spiderwebs hanging in the bathroom. Do not read this and think its a bad stay because it was not it was great. A few extra thoughts in this place and it could be a 5 star instead of a 4... We enjoyed it
Located 1 mile from downtown Pigeon Forge and within walking distance to seasonal outdoor pool, screened-in back deck with hot tub, seasonal gas fireplace, 2 year-round electric fireplaces, cocktail style multi-cade arcade machine, Whirlpool tub
