Pigeon Forge Two Bedroom Cabin-Unit 131- "A Smoky Getaway" est une excellente Ă©vasion pour une famille. Cette cabine dispose de 2 chambres chacune avec un lit King Size dans les chambres, 1 canapĂ©-lit et un futon situĂ© dans la zone loft. Il y a des salles de bains complĂštes. Avoir toutes les commoditĂ©s de la maison avec A Smoky Getaway. Il ya une cuisine entiĂšrement Ă©quipĂ©e avec cafetiĂšre, micro-ondes, lave-vaisselle et rĂ©frigĂ©rateur. Il y a mĂȘme un gril Ă  gaz. Cette cabine dispose d'un accĂšs Internet sans fil, d'une table de fooseball, d'un bain Ă  remous, d'un accĂšs saisonnier Ă  la piscine extĂ©rieure et de l'accĂšs au foyer de la station. Quick response times. Super friendly. The cabin is so cozy. Beds aren’t the best. And parking cars was tight. Overall it was nice.

There are multiple issues that I listed in the email to them yesterday evening. We did not use a hot tub as it was cold and we did not know how to warm the temperature. The staff was very friendly.

Wonderful get away location

This property was perfect! Close to all the fun but out far enough to enjoy the quiet mountain life. Lovely cabin and perfect for a small family!

Great location to Pigeon Forge

Really enjoyed our stay. Convenient location to the things we wanted to do. Friendly and helpful staff at Fireside Chalet
.. my ONLY complaint was the mattress in the upstairs bedroom was awful
. If you roll to the middle, you may never be seen again

Nice location/Just okay

The cabin was cozy and clean. There were a few Cobb webs but we were able to deal with it. The only complaint is downstairs living room area and bedroom area was freezing. You can’t adjust the temperature much bc the upstairs is so hot. The loft area where the bunk beds are, it was so hot and our girls had to sleep downstairs on the couches because they were burning up. The mattress in the upstairs bedroom was terrible. Me and my husband’s back was hurting every night. We did not rest well at all. I think if these things were corrected it would be an amazing cabin. Check in was easy and smooth and it’s so easy to get to the main strip in Pigeon Forge.

Nice Cabin; Needs Better Cleaning

The cabin is cute and well laid out for a small space. It could stand for a bit better cleaning. Had to call to get upstairs sheets changed as they were a bit dirty. Also the hot tub was dirty and we had to request a cleaning. Customer service was awesome and they got right to cleaning everything and it was perfect from there on out. Location is great. And it was fully stocked with everything we needed. Everything worked; no issues with appliances. All in all we would stay here again.

Nice cabin for a family vacation

The cabin was nice, it was well maintained and it fit our family perfectly. We did not try out some of the amenities - the fireplace and PS 3, but the hot tub was great for the kids and they loved the foosball table. The location is convenient to the "main drag" in Pigeon Forge and to Cades Cove which we loved. The only suggestion I would have is that it is time to switch out the cookware in the cabin.

Sweet And Comfortable Cabin Close By

The cabin was very cute and comfortable. Very close to the strip in Pidgeon Forge (about 4 miles away). I had no problems with the cabin except it could have used some steps as I was too short to get into it. The bed was comfy and believe me, that was really all I needed.

Very good location, easy to get to Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. Slept very good. Just need update on lighting(Not bright enough), windows cleaned and dusting behind master bed. All in all was good.

The area was great. The cabin was pretty clean, but needs some updating, and beds were a little rough. The mattress upstairs was sunk in the middle.

Very cozy

It was a very nice cabin and in a great location not too far from the towns we wanted to visit but in a quiet laid-back location. I was disappointed that it did show a picture of a pool and pond on the pictures just to find out it was not even on the property that it was a public pool and 10 minutes away from the cabin. But overall we had a great vacation and would stay again.

Nice cabin for a family traveling with a pet

Overall it was a very nice little cabin, it was clean, beds were comfortable, the subdivision was very nice and well kept. The main living area was a little smaller than I expected but it wasn’t really a problem because the kids loved hanging out in the loft when we were there. One thing that could’ve made it better would’ve been better shower heads that had a little more water pressure. We will definitely keep this cabin and complex in mind next time we travel to the area with our pup.

Cute Cabin

Our cabin was cute and it was as per pictures. It had plenty of utensils and Extra towels and blankets. I was little apprehensive after reading some of the review on cleanliness but ours was pretty clean on the inside, the bedsheet and linen were spotless. The only complaint is I wish the outside deck was swept as well as it was covered in pollen and the carpets in the family room had pet hair. Apart from those two things, we had a great time.

A great family vacation

We had such a great time staying in this perfect little cabin. It was a beautiful property located in the scenic mountains. We enjoyed walking to the pool and checking out the nearby stream. We did not have much time to explore since we went to Dollywood 2 days (very short drive). My only complaint was the upstairs TV would not work, I believe it just wasn't getting a signal (not a big deal) and if you have small kids you may want to bring something to block off the stairs (I have a 6-year-old sleepwalker). We used the grill on the porch for burgers one night and I am still dreaming of swinging on the front porch. We look forward to coming again and making more family memories.

Unclean and smells

We were here for a formal event. As soon as we walked in we could smell remnants of a smoker and not the legal kind. Everything stunk. No real help from the management company. They knew about it because whoever cleaned had hung up a car air freshener from the ceiling fan. Cobwebs, dust, and just overall clutter. Filthy blinds. Dishwasher leaked and from the damaged flooring has been an ongoing issue. Mold in upper bedroom and bathroom. If you plan to sit on the commode, I hope you’re short. Unit is in desperate need of a deep clean, clean out and repairs. Will never stay here or at one of these managed properties.
