Close to Dollywood and very comfy!

We had a nice relaxing stay! Parking was tight but manageable. Cabin was amenable and convenient. Would stay again!

Pigeon Forge Gem

This place has a wonderful location near Dollywood with a view of the lush green hills in the springtime. We enjoyed the private hot tub, with panoramic views and visited Dollywood, had dinner in nearbye Gatlinburg, and took road trip to Cades Cove in the nearbye Great Smoky Mountains National Park. An unforgettable trip, with incredible accommodations.

Love staying at Golfview resorts. This particular cabin overall was nice but was in need of updating. The living room furniture was old and smelled. Parking was horrible. We have stayed in the upper cabins before and was told each one had 2 parking spaces, 1 to the side and 1 in front and if more than 2 vehicles then they were to park in the overflow parking lot. Apparently this is not the case for the lower cabins. We had cars parked directly in front of our cabin door and when we inquired about reserved spots was told it was first come first serve. We will stay at that resort again but will make sure it is either in the condos or upper cabins.

Very nice. Overall the property was in great condition. One toilet was loose and rocked when we sat on it and couldn’t get the jacuzzi tub to work but the hot tub was great and the property had everything we needed. We were very comfortable. Thank you!

Birthday and Anniversary

Cabin wasn’t clear it’s a duplex so you can hear the neighbors through the wall which was annoying since they were very loud. Didn’t realize both bedrooms was downstairs and upstairs. Very inconvenient. The grill was downstairs which was very inconvenient. The bottom bedroom bed is horrible for comfort. Mattress is wore out. Home is nice and area is convenient Hot tub lights don’t work but all the jets work. Hot tub is in an enclosed room so no view but it works. Very small parking area also. Personally I won’t rent again due to parking, beds, and inconvenience of all the stairs.

Property was nice:Issues were:Hot tub over filled without proper drainage. Instead it poured down on to lower level porch.Parking is not marked off and is not adequate for full sized vehicles.Traffic behind cabin is louder than expected.Carnival rides do not let you sleep In due to train Horn randomly. Back porch lighting is a joke for anything.
