Upon entering the main floor, you'll be greeted by a spacious living room featuring a flat-screen TV and a cozy gas fireplace, perfect for relaxing evenings. The living room also includes a sleeper sofa for additional sleeping arrangements and an arcade game for some fun-filled entertainment. Adjacent to the living room is a charming dining room that comfortably seats six people, ideal for enjoying meals together.

The fully equipped kitchen boasts modern appliances and all the necessary amenities, allowing you to prepare delicious meals at your convenience. Additionally, a convenient half bathroom with laundry facilities is available on this floor. One of the highlights of the main floor is the screened-in deck, where you can unwind in the inviting hot tub to soak in.

On the top floor, you'll find a King bedroom with a flat-screen TV for your entertainment. This bedroom offers privacy and comfort, complete with its own private bathroom and a delightful deck where you can enjoy a cup of coffee while taking in the morning sun.

The bottom floor of the townhouse cabin features a spacious studio style bedroom with 2 King beds and a cozy Queen, accommodating a total of six guests. A full bathroom is conveniently located on this floor, ensuring everyone's comfort and convenience. For added convenience, a kitchenette is available. The bottom floor also boasts a deck with a gas grill, perfect for hosting barbecues and enjoying the outdoors.

- Well-trained, housebroken pets are welcome. Dogs only. Must be over the age of 18 months and vaccinated. Dogs may not be left alone in the home unless crated, there is a crate available for use. $35 per dog, per night. Dogs only, no cats due to the owner's severe cat allergies. Due to insurance policy breeds with a bite history may not stay at the property. No dogs with a personal bite history are permitted. This is an insurance limitation and not negotiable. When booking please message with the dog's age, vaccination status, and breed.

Please note that we do not provide baby gates and do not allow them to be pressure-mounted due to damage to tongue and groove.

NOTE: Guests are required to sign a rental agreement, send a photo ID that matches the name of the primary booker, credit card holder and signor on the rental agreement, along with a guest list within 48 hours of booking. Failure to complete these tasks will result in cancellation of the booking and cancellation policies will be upheld.
