Pigeon Forge location de chalet: Crestview Chalet 355 est une chambre 3, 2 chalet de bain complète situé à environ 4 miles du centre-ville de Pigeon Forge. Ce magnifique chalet a une vue panoramique sur le mont LeConte et toute la gamme Smokies. Le Crestview 355 chalet dispose d'une cheminée à bois (Bois non fourni) , avec câble 4 TV couleur (3 des téléviseurs sont des écrans plats, on est un 42 "plasma). Il y a une cuisine pleine grandeur, entièrement équipée avec lave-vaisselle, micro-ondes et cafetière, lave-linge / sèche-linge et la cuisine de charbon de bois. Les chambres ont des lits queen size et il y a un futon aussi bien. Aussi, il y a un canapé-lit dans le salon. La suite principale dispose également d'un bain à remous intérieur 2 personnes baignoire. Il y a un bain chaud 6 personnes sur le pont, avec quelques belles, vastes panoramas de montagne. Profitez de l'accès à Internet sans fil gratuit à ce Pigeon Forge Trois Chalets Chambre. Et, dans le salon, est une table de billard réglementation, aussi. Crestview 355 va dormir jusqu'à 9.

Good location and fair price

Overall the place was what we were expecting and the location was great, and the space was enough. Though the water was basically 50% sulfer so nobody could shower or drink the water. And there was only 2 trashbags and 1 roll of toilet paper and paper towels for 8 people over a whole weelnd

Breathtaking view

The cabin is an older cabin but clean with plenty of towels and linens. Kitchen is large and open to the dining and living area. The best part was the view from the large deck that looks out to a mountain. Beds were comfortable and plenty of room for a large group. Area is very private and check in was easy and contactless. Highly recommend.

We loved the cabin and the location. It is very family friendly and we had a ton of fun!

We had a wonderful experience staying here. The cabin was perfect for our family and all amenities were there. The view is incredible from the deck!

Family Mountain Trip

Cabin was beautiful, roomy. Good location for all our stay to Pigeon Forge, Gatlinburg, Parrot Mountain was amazing, going Dollywood Halloween to see decorations was a first for us, did not disappoint. Howard's Steakhouse was great. Can't wait for our next visit.

Never again

The day before we went they told me the air was out and it was very hot. The cabin wasn’t clean the frig didn’t get cold. The grass was high and never offered a discount or a different cabin. Will never stay her again. Beware.!!!!!

Great place to stay

Check in was smooth and easy, upon arrival the place was clean and the Mountain View was amazing. The only thing I was disappointed about was we had no dish towel, dish soap or paper towels. Other than that everything else was great!

Family Spring Getaway

The view and location were excellent. Property manager was responsive and friendly. It was ready at the time promised for check-in. The inside of the property was run-down and dirty and the sulfur smell was strong.

Enjoyed our stay.

Nice place. Disappointed to learn that the hot tub is apparently seasonal. We could have used more blankets (better once the heater was fixed, but still.) I was surprised that we needed to bring our own salt and pepper, coffee filters, etc. We do thank you for your prompt attention to the heater.

family vacation

We were happy with the cabin overall. The beds were comfortable. Our family enjoyed the pool table. We used the washer and dryer, which worked well. The hot tube was nice but we did wish the porch was covered because it rained almost everyday we were there. The kitchen was spacious and had all the things we needed to cook meals. The only negative was the water did have a sulfur smell to it. We will definitely rent this cabin again. It was easy to get to and close to Pigeon Forge.

Family Vacation.

Over all we had a blast this past week. But they was some issues that caught out attention. The grass was never cut. The beds arent queen they are full. The lights needed changed and we found several bugs within the cabin.

Biltmore Hideaway

My family and I along with some friends stayed at the cabin but it was not as clean as it should be. It was hair in the sink and on the main floor. The bedding was not clean and neither was the hot tub. The outside lights did not work on the deck and the overall cleanliness of the cabin was subpar.

Not good experience.

The upstairs was hot most of the time. Needs another air conditioner for the upstairs. Beds had nats in the ones upstairs. You couldn’t play on the corn hole boards they were very weathered. Would not recommend this cabin to my family and friends.

Home rental

A lot of things were not working properly in the home IOP arrival. Lightbulbs out, under counter lights in kitchen not working. Outside light on corner of house had no bulbs. Very dark out. Chandelier was broken.

Week Day Getaway

Great location and views. Large size cabin perfect for 4 adults on trip. Inside was clean and most part working order. two items not working. Notified by management at check in that microwave could not close. They were going replace it before we got there but did not occur. For us no big deal we taped it shut. used cabin mostly as sleep/relax stop. 2nd item: Hot tub did not heat. Great service on management part. Called us back and immediately sent maintenance over to fix while we were in town. Came home and all was working great. Exceptional response by management team!!!!! Area around cabin was quiet and neat to see all the glow bugs in the woods driving to cabin. I would recommend this cabin to anyone needing a nice place to relax. Pet Friendly a huge plus for us. Looking at our schedule to book again in Fall.

NEVER AGAIN!!!

We’ve never rented a mountain home and was very displeased with the smell of the sulfur water. Having talked with several people in the area, the smell was extreme due to the lack of maintenance of the house. In the future, that needs to be disclosed to the rentees. Another issue was the cleanliness of the home. We were told we couldn’t check in until 4pm due to the house being cleaned. We found that to be disappointing once we entered the home. To start, the inside of the front door (in the kitchen) was filthy. The dish washer had so many dishes piled in there that is was impossible to load our used dishes. The sofa’s could have been cleaned to remove the stained food. We actually had to go out and buy chair throws. The back door inside of the living space was just as filthy as the front door. The carpet between the master bedroom and the bathroom could have been vacuumed, and the outside jacuzzi (the only water that didn’t smell so strong did not work properly. The pool table provided was disgusting with drink rings and food imbedded in the material. As a company, I would have never rented something like that to someone without inspecting it first. We made due on the trip because of the amenities surrounding the area, but all in all, this is not the caliber of home we would have agreed to lay our heads. So to rate our stay, we will NEVER rent with this company again. I had to clean the doors and vacuum just so our family could feel a slight of cleanliness and comfort. And with COVID amid, we made sure to sanitize and disinfectant everything. I have video footage of me cleaning the house. Before and after on the day we arrived.

Pigeon Forge vacation

Was a great place and great location , close to everything. Property was nice the cabin kitchen needed more light especially at the stove. Cleanliness was a bit shabby we moved the couches to get a pacifier and the dirt was unbelievable , the oven was dirty and there were carpet shavings on bedroom floor upstairs. The heating system worked okay but didn't warm up much at night. Overall we enjoyed our stay the cabin just needed a little bit more tender loving care.
