Notre condo est parfaitement situĂ© au 12Ăšme Ă©tage coin cĂŽtĂ© est convoitĂ© sans vue obstruĂ©e sur la plage et l'ocĂ©an. Nous avons Ă©galement une serrure de porte d'entrĂ©e sans clĂ© de sorte que vous ne devez pas suivre toutes les clïżœïżœs pendant votre sĂ©jour! Vous pouvez profiter d'une vue spectaculaire sur le golfe depuis le balcon ou Ă  travers les fenĂȘtres du sol au plafond de l'unitĂ©. Avec plus de 1,980 pieds carrĂ©s l'appareil est trĂšs spacieux, nouvellement meublĂ© et nouveau sur le marchĂ© de la location !!



Les Ă©quipements sont abondants dans ce condo Phoenix Gulf Shores: l'unitĂ© est Ă©quipĂ©e avec appareils pleine grandeur, bar avec machine Ă  glaçons, 60 "TVHD Ă  Ă©cran plat dans le salon et un Ă©cran plat 50" tĂ©lĂ©viseurs haute dĂ©finition dans le maĂźtre et 2Ăšme chambre et 42 " tĂ©lĂ©viseurs haute dĂ©finition dans le 3Ăšme et 4Ăšme chambres, salle de lavage avec laveuse et sĂ©cheuse. Il y a un lit king dans le maĂźtre, un lit King size dans la 2e et deux grands lits dans les deux 3e et 4e chambres. Nous avons Ă©galement mis en un canapïżœïżœ-lit dans le salon qui peut faire sortir d'un lit queen si vous avez besoin du lit d'appoint.



Il y a une entrée zéro piscine extérieure impressionnant avec un toboggan, chauffée dans la porte piscine, deux jacuzzis, centre state-of-the-art surplombant le golfe, 2 saunas et un court de tennis.

Phoenix Fun

This was a wonderful place to stay. The unit had a beautiful view, was clean, and comfortable. The manager was very efficient with a response to some minor fixes. The pool area was clean, and I loved the shady indoor section. I did slip on the tile by the pool when it was wet, so be sure to be careful there. The fitness center also had good reviews from our group.

Family Vacation

This property was very nice! I wish there was more than starter packs so we wouldn’t have to go shopping for toilet paper and other necessary amenities, but overall we really enjoyed it!

Beautiful corner unit

I loved that it was a small condo building and the end unit with floor to ceiling windows were a beautiful view. Beautiful decorator furnishings and the big leather couch and 2 lazy boys were very nice. Beds were super comfortable which was a shocker bc most places do not have comfy beds.

Great Potential

This place could have been magical for our week long family stay. However it was filthy when we got there and it was really hard to feel comfortable and relaxed in a dirty rental. It started during the check in process when the extremely unwelcoming front desk lady met us with an unfriendly poor attitude. Felt like we inconvenienced her while no one else was around to check in. Once in the room, we found nasty face and hand prints all over the windows, sand in the beds, cabinets contained diapers and vapes. Counters and bedside tables hadn’t been wiped down and were covered. We did contact the management company on these issues, he showed up the next morning to give us a new coffee machine since the one in the building was missing the pot. He refused to come in to look at the poor quality of cleaning in the room. Told us he is aware of what the cleaners do, and that the site had been inspected twice lately (whatever that means). At this point we didn’t want cleaners in the room as we had already unpacked and made plans - didn’t want people in the room with all our belongings with us not being there. The manager offered to refund the cleaning charge. The property is beautiful, and you can tell at one time was a star, but poor management and cleaning practices are noticeable. Having the 4 bedrooms with multiple bed spaces and the 3 bathrooms were perfect. We really enjoyed the outdoor balcony and spacious living room and kitchen/dining spaces.

Spacious condo

The condo was lovely and we enjoyed the views from the balcony and the amenities of the property. Would have liked more utensils and flatware for the kitchen. The ice maker was a great addition.
