Notre condo est parfaitement situé au 12ème étage coin côté est convoité sans vue obstruée sur la plage et l'océan. Nous avons également une serrure de porte d'entrée sans clé de sorte que vous ne devez pas suivre toutes les cl��s pendant votre séjour! Vous pouvez profiter d'une vue spectaculaire sur le golfe depuis le balcon ou à travers les fenêtres du sol au plafond de l'unité. Avec plus de 1,980 pieds carrés l'appareil est très spacieux, nouvellement meublé et nouveau sur le marché de la location !!

Les équipements sont abondants dans ce condo Phoenix Gulf Shores: l'unité est équipée avec appareils pleine grandeur, bar avec machine à glaçons, 60 "TVHD à écran plat dans le salon et un écran plat 50" téléviseurs haute définition dans le maître et 2ème chambre et 42 " téléviseurs haute définition dans le 3ème et 4ème chambres, salle de lavage avec laveuse et sécheuse. Il y a un lit king dans le maître, un lit King size dans la 2e et deux grands lits dans les deux 3e et 4e chambres. Nous avons également mis en un canap��-lit dans le salon qui peut faire sortir d'un lit queen si vous avez besoin du lit d'appoint.

Il y a une entrée zéro piscine extérieure impressionnant avec un toboggan, chauffée dans la porte piscine, deux jacuzzis, centre state-of-the-art surplombant le golfe, 2 saunas et un court de tennis.

Il y a un 25 ans d'âge minimum pour réserver l'unité qui sera appliquée sans remboursement en cas de violation.

Phoenix Fun

This was a wonderful place to stay. The unit had a beautiful view, was clean, and comfortable. The manager was very efficient with a response to some minor fixes. The pool area was clean, and I loved the shady indoor section. I did slip on the tile by the pool when it was wet, so be sure to be careful there. The fitness center also had good reviews from our group.

This property was very nice! I wish there was more than starter packs so we wouldn’t have to go shopping for toilet paper and other necessary amenities, but overall we really enjoyed it!

Beautiful corner unit

I loved that it was a small condo building and the end unit with floor to ceiling windows were a beautiful view. Beautiful decorator furnishings and the big leather couch and 2 lazy boys were very nice. Beds were super comfortable which was a shocker bc most places do not have comfy beds.

We loved this place!

We have stayed at a larger 4 bedroom condo, but we liked this one better. It was plenty big, with seating for everyone, but the elevators ran quickly and the beach wasn't overcrowded.

Perfect Week

The property was everything it was advertised to be. Beautiful view from the balcony as well as the floor to ceiling windows in the dining/sitting area. The staff was exceptional, kind and informative. The condo was clean and perfect for our family. Would definitely recommend this location to others.

Perfect vacation spot

We had the absolute best vacation here. We did a friends vacation so we have 6 adults and 5 children. The location was great for beach access, walking distance from restaurants (less than mile), and entertainment for everyone. The place was clean, had plenty of cookware and towels, and seating. We will definitely be back!

Senior Trip - with Adults

This condo is the perfect place for any trip to the beach. We chaperoned 8 high school graduate boys and everyone had a blast. It is within walking distance to several restaurants and even some novelty shopping. Everything was as described and would HIGHLY recommend it to anyone!!!

Spacious condo

The condo was lovely and we enjoyed the views from the balcony and the amenities of the property. Would have liked more utensils and flatware for the kitchen. The ice maker was a great addition.

Family Vacay

This is our 2nd trip to the Phoenix. Location is great, no crossing a busy street, just down the elevator to the sand. Kids loved both pools, enjoyed crab hunting. We had plenty of room in our unit, nice sized bedrooms & baths, with plenty of space in the kitchen/living room area. The patio was a great place to sit and look for dolphins, which we seen several times. My only negative would be the one kitchen towel.

summer family trip

our group of 7 (3 children. my husband and i and my parents) the property needs a really thorough cleaning. its really dirty and dusty. clumps of hair piled up under chairs. but we love staying at phoenix and the size os great.

The overall review.

Phoenix Gulf Shores is a lovely property with fabulous views.... and don’t laugh.... no long waits for elevators! We were on the 12th floor, about half-way up, and we didn’t spend lots of time waiting and waiting on the elevators. : ) The beach access was great. The pools were lovely and well maintained. There were a few small issues with the condo - but perhaps we are some of the few people who stay and actually cook. The stove/oven needs replaced as does the dishwasher, and the equipment in the kitchen is woefully inadequate, but maybe most people eat out? The beds were comfortable and we had lots of room for all of us. It was fairly quiet and we enjoyed our visit!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This condo was great! I was looking for something that would work for all ages, including my 84 year old mother. This condo and the property were perfect. My Mother enjoyed the view and my 3 year old grandson loved the slide at the pool. We also rented chairs for the week and Dillon took great care of us. A real treat for the week was seeing nesting sea turtles hatch and make their trek to the ocean. This was a trip to remember. We will definitely be coming back!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Beautiful corner condo with spectacular views! The balcony is oversized which gives a little extra room to enjoy the views. All bedrooms were comfortable and condo was clean. The ice maker did not work while we were there so that would have been very nice to have. An email was sent on Sunday but no response was received. The kitchen faucet needs replaced as it is not attached and the stove needs replaced as it takes too long to heat and cook. It would also be great to have some kitchen towels and potholders in the kitchen! Overall, we had a fantastic time while in Gulf Shores.

Gulf Shores Get Away

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This condo is a great place for a family get away!! If you look past the dirt, it is everything you need. The condo is in dire need of a deep clean. Mold in showers, dust and dirt everywhere! But it’s a perfect location! The pool has nothing to do with the condo, but the pool needs to monitor the food and people throwing food around the pool. Plus they need to lighten up on guests throwing a ball. We are there to have a good time. I witnessed the security guard trying to place a child in time out for going down the slide too fast.

Great Potential

This place could have been magical for our week long family stay. However it was filthy when we got there and it was really hard to feel comfortable and relaxed in a dirty rental. It started during the check in process when the extremely unwelcoming front desk lady met us with an unfriendly poor attitude. Felt like we inconvenienced her while no one else was around to check in. Once in the room, we found nasty face and hand prints all over the windows, sand in the beds, cabinets contained diapers and vapes. Counters and bedside tables hadn’t been wiped down and were covered. We did contact the management company on these issues, he showed up the next morning to give us a new coffee machine since the one in the building was missing the pot. He refused to come in to look at the poor quality of cleaning in the room. Told us he is aware of what the cleaners do, and that the site had been inspected twice lately (whatever that means). At this point we didn’t want cleaners in the room as we had already unpacked and made plans - didn’t want people in the room with all our belongings with us not being there. The manager offered to refund the cleaning charge. The property is beautiful, and you can tell at one time was a star, but poor management and cleaning practices are noticeable. Having the 4 bedrooms with multiple bed spaces and the 3 bathrooms were perfect. We really enjoyed the outdoor balcony and spacious living room and kitchen/dining spaces.
