Notre condo est parfaitement situĂ© au 21e Ă©tage du coin Ouest, donnant sur la piscine extĂ©rieure de Phoenix Gulf Shores avec une vue panoramique incroyable sur le golfe et des couchers de soleil incroyables !! Nous avons Ă©galement une serrure de porte d'entrĂ©e sans clĂ© afin que vous n'ayez pas Ă  garder de clĂ©s pendant votre sĂ©jour! Vous pouvez profiter d'une vue spectaculaire sur le golfe depuis le balcon ou ïżœïżœ travers les fenĂȘtres du sol au plafond dans l'unitĂ©. Avec plus de 1,980 pieds carrĂ©s, l'unitĂ© est trĂšs spacieuse, rĂ©cemment meublĂ©e et nouvelle sur le marchĂ© locatif !!



Les commodités sont abondantes dans ce condo de Phoenix Gulf Shores: l'unité est équipée d'appareils électroménagers de grande taille, d'un bar avec machine à glaçons, d'une télévision SMART à écran plat de 65 pouces dans le salon et d'une télévision SMART à écran plat de 55 pouces dans la chambre principale et la deuxiÚme chambre et Téléviseurs SMART de 43 po dans les 3e et 4e chambres, buanderie avec laveuse et sécheuse pleine grandeur. Looks just like the pictures, love that it was not a far walk to the beach at all which is perfect for a big group, especially kids! Host made sure everything was taken care of that we needed!

Only issues we ran into were broken fridge shelves (maintenance fixed these quickly), water dispenser in fridge didn't work (was not fixed while we were there), and it could have been cleaned more thoroughly upon check-in. Not enough to take down the overall score.

Beautiful views

Beautiful views. Nice decor. Balcony is amazing. There are plenty of dishes for a large group. Elevators were in working order and clean. Phoenix grounds were clean and nice. Floors in the condo were dirty and sandy upon our arrival. Floors made your feet or socks black on the bottom. Couch was torn. Toilet slid around on the floor. Fridge had a couple of broken shelves. TV in one of the bedrooms was unusable because it is about to go out and the screen is blue.

They had everything you needed to start your vacation off right. I’d love to rent this unit again for our future vacations. There was enough room for everyone! The AC had a hard time keeping up. It was very hot when we went so when you opened the big beautiful sliding glass door the hot air came rushing in. Nothing we could really do about it though. The front desk was very accommodating with the parking. It’s says only 3 parking passes but we were able to purchase the 5 passes we needed.

This condo is right on the water but close to little shops and restaurants that you could even walk to. If you’re looking for a place to stay, I would suggest it.

Wonderful views

Upon arrival it was easy to check in and get our parking pass. We had a fantastic end unit with amazing views! Unit was clean found a few stains but nothing I couldn’t handle cleaning on my own. Unit was spacious for our family of 5, kids each had own bedroom and bed and bathroom, just like at home. Unit was as described and lots of seating! Would absolutely stay again!!

Fun at the beach

Overall very good. Only problem was cleanness in the kitchen. All dishes in the kitchen were dirty. The dishwasher was broken but fixed on Tuesday all and all a great stay. Would definitely stay again.

We were a family of 15. This condo was perfect for us. Elevators were fast never had to wait. Pools were perfect, I would suggest making the outside pool heated during some months. Had everything we needed! We will be back

Never going back!!

This condo was very spacious however, it was dirty upon arrival. I know it’s on the beach. I understand that however, it was way too much sand on the floors and even in the beds. Also, we encountered the fire alarm in our condo going off at 10:30 PM. It was a nightmare for us. However, the fire department came and cleared us to return to our room at midnight when I spoke to the property manager, Michael, he was very rude and told me that I was stupid for opening a patio door. Well, isn’t that what patio doors are for he insulted me personally to the level I will never return to this condo for vacation again. I would not recommend it to anyone.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great place to stay. Online pictures reflected Unit 2101 very well. This space accommodated our group of eight perfectly. Elevators had very minimal wait times. Great access to the beach, parasailing, jet skiing, restaurants and the Hang Out. Uber services were faster on a holiday week than we expected. Due to the size of our group and restaurant wait times we elected to eat in more often than going out. Kitchen provided all that we needed. I would suggest better pots and pans. The three bathrooms were perfect for our group. I would highly recommend this unit to any large group expecting all the comforts of home. Great accommodations!

Fun was had by all!

We stayed at this same property a year ago and found it not as well equipped this year. We were missing 2 pillow cases and there were no kitchen towels and no dish soap. The kitchen seemed to be in a bit of disarray as the pans and cooking bowls were just thrown in cupboards. Again, the location is awesome.

Family Vacation

We love to stay at this property. The two zero entry pools are perfect for the small grandchildren. They particularly love the heated indoor pool. Also, easy access to the beach. This unit was wonderful and decorated nicely. We had a great stay and we would definitely stay here again. However, just a couple of things needs to be updated. First one is the dryer desperately needs some work or even replacing. Each load of laundry took at least three cycles and sometimes four to get the items dry. Also, the kitchen could really use some new pans and cookie sheets. The ones there have seen better days. Oh and the balcony is so nice to spend some time on. We really enjoyed hanging out on it watching the stingrays and dolphins. Some even got to see a turtle. A great time was had by all!!!

People spend a lot of money and then you have to run around for toilet paper and coffee filters. I am sure you thru the coffee filters away we purchased. Also, the fridge had broken shelves on the door. And the headboards were not attached.
