Hi Stacy, Thank you for your review and for staying with us. We’re glad to hear you enjoyed the home, the beautiful views, and the hot tub. We were a little surprised by the comment regarding checkout, as your reservation was originally for two nights and you chose to depart after the first night. We’re happy to hear that overall you had a nice stay. Thank you again for choosing to stay with us. Best regards, Sonya

Jennifer, thank you so much for the wonderful review! I’m so glad you and your family enjoyed the pool, hot tub, and fishing off the dock — that’s exactly what we hope guests experience while staying there. I appreciate your patience with the deck lights as we work on them. We would love to host you and your family again anytime!

Thank you so much for choosing our home again for your stay! We truly appreciate your kind words and are so glad you enjoyed your visit. It means a lot to us to know you had a wonderful experience. We look forward to welcoming you back for your next getaway!

Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry the HVAC issue affected part of your stay, but we would like to clarify a few points for future guests reading this review. We were completely unaware that there was an issue with the A/C prior to your arrival. As soon as you contacted us, we immediately sent our HVAC technician to the property. He added refrigerant to the system in hopes of keeping that side of the home comfortable for the remainder of your stay. Unfortunately, when that did not resolve the problem, we were advised that replacement was the only reliable option. Rather than delay the repair, we authorized the replacement of the entire unit at a cost of more than $10,000 and arranged to have it installed as quickly as possible. Our intention was to correct the problem immediately rather than leave your family without adequate A/C. We also want to clarify that the loss of electricity during your stay was caused by a widespread utility outage in the area and was completely unrelated to the HVAC replacement. We do apologize that the installation crew arrived before you were aware of the scheduled replacement. Communication regarding their arrival could have been better, and we understand how that may have been frustrating. We take the condition and comfort of our property seriously and responded to an unexpected mechanical failure as quickly as possible. While we regret that the issue occurred during your stay, we feel we took every reasonable step to address it prom

Thank you so much for your review! We love our return guest which means you loved our property

Thank you for taking the time to review my property! We are so happy you had a good time and that it was perfect for your family. Sonya

Thank you so much for your detailed review and for staying with us. We’re thrilled to hear that your group enjoyed the home, especially the pool, dock, and those incredible sunsets and sunrises on the water. It’s great to know the layout worked well for multiple families and that the children enjoyed the toys and sand area. We’re also glad the kitchen, two refrigerators, and large dining spaces helped make gathering together easy for everyone. We truly appreciate you sharing your suggestions as well. We have passed your notes along to our housekeeping team so they can give extra attention to areas like blinds, corners, and bathroom walls during deep cleans. Guest feedback helps us continue improving the home for future visitors. The property is also on a routine professional pest control program and is serviced regularly. Because the home is located on the water in a coastal environment, occasional insects can sometimes appear despite preventative treatments. However, we have asked our pest control provider to perform an additional inspection to ensure everything is in great shape. We are so glad you had a wonderful stay overall and really appreciate you highlighting so many of the features that make this home special for families and groups. We would love to host you again on a future visit to the area.
