Great location

Our family had a great stay here. The host was super friendly and attentive. The location was also desirable as it is in walking distance to most tourist destinations. The apartment itself is modern and roomy, providing a comfortable stay. Overall great experience!

Great Apartment, Great Location

This apartment is very modern and very roomy. It was great for our family of 4. The location is great, easy walk to most of the Rome sites, but quiet at night. Really good AC for a hot summer visit and a nice spot to hang out. We really enjoyed our time there.

Great location with fantastic host

This was very conveniently located close to shopping and the Spanish Steps in Rome. Alessandra was very attentive and responded quickly. I would definitely stay here again-there was room for myself, husband and 2 teens (boy/girl)

Perfect Stay, Perfect Location, Great Host!

My family had a wonderful 3-night stay in this beautiful, clean, and conveniently located apartment in Rome. The apartment was modern and well-appointed, very clean, and had plenty of space for my family to be comfortable. The location was perfect for us with so many great attractions and restaurants within walking distance. Alessandra was a great host to work with, attentive and responsive before, during, and after our stay, and she made the check-in and check-out process smooth and easy. We will definitely stay here again if we make our way back to Rome.

Fantastic vacation place in Rome!

Our family just spent a fantastic week in Rome, despite the extreme heat! Alessandra was a great host with efficient communications. Her associate Umar was courteous and considerate, always available when we had questions. The place was clean, well stocked, and super convenient to every place we wanted to visit Rome. We would highly recommend this place to all our friends!

Comfortable Oasis In a Busy City

We adored this property. Very comfortable beds, lovely bathrooms and plenty of living space. Modern aesthetic on the second floor with a lift in the building. The surrounding neighborhood is fantastic and many sites are within walkin hmm distance. Checkin procedures were a breeze. Manager is extremely responsive.

Perfect Rome Apartment and Location!

Our stay here was just perfect in every way! The apartment is in an ideal location with an easy walk to everything and amazing restaurants just around the corner. The apartment is beautiful and there has not been one detail that has been forgotten. It is updated with all the amenities you could need. Should we be lucky enough to return, we will rent here again. Alessandra was so helpful and a joy to work with! We highly recommend!

Unassuming luxury

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The location was fantastic with easy access to great restaurants and sights of Ancient Rome. The building facade and entry are very unassuming and one may be quick to judge but once you enter the apartment you are surrounded with luxurious finishes. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend you reserve your accommodation here.

Amazing location in Roma!

This is an amazing apartment in Rome, just minutes from great shopping, restaurants etc. We couldn't have hoped for a better location. The place itself is updated and clean and Allesandra and her team are very attentive. Rome was hot, but the apartment has air conditioning so it was great to pop in and cool off as needed. The second bedroom can be configured as either a queen or two twins; I recommend noting your preference when you book. We would definitely stay in this apartment again.

Great location, beautiful apartment!

The apartment was perfect for our family of four (two adults, two teens). Alessandra was very responsive. We arrived early in the morning and she worked with us so we could leave our luggage in the apartment until it was cleaned and ready. There was a little space to spread out, the washing machine and dryer were very much appreciated. The most amazing thing about this apartment is the location. It is within walking distance to many major sites and activities. I would highly recommend this apartment.

Perfect space for our family

The property was great - we are a family of 4 (2 adults and 2 teens) and the apartment was spacious and well stocked. The beds and pillows was exceptionally comfortable - we all wanted to take a pillow home with us to Canada if only our suitcases would fit them! The shower and soaker tub were also very welcome and enjoyed after all the walking. Only thing keeping us from 5 star rating was lack of information/orientation during check in and the intermittent and slow wifi. Would recommend this apartment to any group looking for a place to call home while in Rome! Thank you

Perfect location in the heart of the Campo Marzio district

My husband and I and our two girls (ages 7 and 9) had a rough day of travel and arrived quite late. Alessandra, the owner, made sure that our driver was informed of our arrival time and waited patiently to welcome us with snacks and drinks. She was a wonderful host throughout our stay. The location is very nice and close to a number of the main sites to see, also directly across from the Bvlgari hotel, which has rooms starting at $3000 per night!! The home was very clean and had all the amenities, including an American size bath and steam shower which is a luxury in Rome!! We also felt very safe there. Thank you Alessandra for a lovely stay at your home!!

Fantastic Location

Great location, very comfortable apartment in very good condition. Importantly quiet at night in a busy city and the beds are very good. High-end appliances including coffee machine. However, WiFi is very slow and not reliable enough for Zoom or FaceTime. No cell phone reception either. Having a bathtub instead of a 2nd shower was not very practical.

Wonderful property

We thoroughly enjoyed our 4-night stay at Rione IV Campo Marzio. The apartment is beautiful and luxurious and in a fabulous location. It was perfect for mom, dad and two teenage kids. We went out to eat for most meals but cooked a few meals in the apartment, and the kitchen was well-equipped. The two full bathrooms were a gift in the midst of our long trip to Italy. Note for Americans: the washer is very much smaller than the washers we are accustomed to, so plan to wash multiple loads. That said, we were happy to have a washing machine. Note to owner: the kitchen needs an oven tray. Thanks for a lovely stay.

Lovely Apartment in Rome

This is a beautiful apartment in a location that is convenient to everything in Rome. Our hostess was lovely and answered all of our questions. The apartment is clean, updated, quiet, and outfitted with any appliances one could need for a vacation in Italy. The only downside was that the wifi did not work well and there appeared to be other networks that were reliable in the area. This was difficult for us as we did need to be able to respond to work emails and make calls. Other than that issue, we were thrilled to call this fantastic apartment home for a few days.

Beautiful Apartment in Rome

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. Beautiful place with many amenities and perfect location. We did have some mishaps take place with the power and the shower, but Alessandra handled it quickly. I'm not sure I can hold her accountable for that as sometimes things just happen. The more important part is that Alessandra responded quickly. We did book a driver through Alessandra. Next time I would just handle the transportation myself. The driver was not prompt and did not speak English well so it became a challenge. We ended up having to catch a taxi, but Alessandra responded to the situation. Overall, lovely location. Alessandra really cares about her guests.

Amazing Apartment in Rome

From initial contact with Alessandra, I knew our stay at her property would be amazing. She is kind and extremely responsive which is important when coordinating an 11 day stay in a foreign country. My wife and I were traveling with our one year old daughter. Alessandra insured that we had a baby bed for her when we arrived. This was above and beyond all expectations and greatly appreciated. The apartment was luxurious with all top finishes. The pictures do not do full jutice as the apartment was immaculate and one of the we've stayed when traveling abroad. Having 2 different bathrooms and 2 bedrooms was great! The bedrooms were comfortable and provided the best sleep we've had in years. The location could not have been better; close walking distance to the best shopping in Rome and to some of the best restaurants. We definitely recommend this property for anyone traveling to Rome - you will not be disjointed! When we're back in Rome we will definitely schedule our visit around the availability of this apartment!

Quick stay

Nice apartment, though AC inefficient until we voiced our demand for maintenance evaluation and were adamant that we would not be paying extra for maintenance person to come as initially sought (after which all of a sudden, the apartment temperature was much more palatable and suitable for a stay). Alessandra the host was nice but wanted the taxes in cash. Seems she knew her English for this but not for anything more but was sure to tell us that after 6pm any issue incurs a fee if someone was needed to come to apartment! Not nice. Apartment is in good location to walk around in. If we did not have to spend so much time going back and forth with Alessandra about fixing the air, the stay would be a 5-star rating. Bottom line, listen to the customer.
