Qu'est-ce que j'aime chez Roman Residenza ?
Roman Residenza est baignée de lumière le jour et parfaitement calme la nuit. Chaque chambre est équipée de volets électriques, vous permettant ainsi de profiter de matinées paisibles ou d'un sommeil réparateur après avoir exploré Rome. J'apprécie l'atmosphère tranquille de la rue privée – un luxe rare en plein centre-ville – et le mélange de charme romain classique et de confort moderne.

La Residenza est un appartement accueillant, lumineux et calme, avec des plafonds hauts de 3 mètres, deux chambres (dont une avec balcon), deux salles de bains avec fenêtres, un salon avec un canapé lit pour deux personnes, et une cuisine équipée.

L’appartement est au 5ème étage, et très lumineux.
Il se situe dans une voie privée: pas de voitures sauf celles des residents.
Ce qui signifie qu’il est calme – ce qui est rare en plein centre de Rome.
Vous avez WiFi et Netflix gratuit, 2 TV, 3 climatiseurs, four et cuisinières à induction, four micro-ondes, espresso machine et percolateur.

The location was excellent! The rooms and bathrooms were very clean, and the elevator was a huge plus for handling our luggage. Having access to a washer and dryer made it easy to pack lighter.The owner was fantastic—he met us upon arrival, walked us through everything, and made us feel welcome right away. He also helped arrange our transportation to the airport, and when I needed fresh sheets, he provided them promptly without any hassle.Overall, I highly recommend staying here. I’ll definitely choose this place again on my next visit.

The apartment is better than advertised. The location is outstanding - walking distance to all major attractions. There is a lot of light since it is on a high floor. Michele, the owner, is always available to help with potential issues.We were there for almost three months - a veritable home away from home!

Great property, within minutes of all Rome’s tourist sites and two minutes across the Ponte Sisto bridge puts you at the heart of Trastevere where you will find great food, music and nightlife. The property itself is exceptional and the host Michele made the experience completely worry free.

Did not want to leave

The apartment location was excellent, we walked everywhere, excellent restaurants all within a short distance. The owner of the apartment could not have been more accommodating, the apartment was clean and comfortable, and we were made to feel right at home. If we ever make a trip back, we’ll definitely stay here again!

Very nice apartment, ideally located!

My husband, our 2 children and I had a wonderful stay in this nice, very clean, well equiped and calm apartment, located in the heart of Roma, at walking distance of all great sites. Michele was very welcoming and we recommend this apartment, where we will be glad to stay again in the future.

It was everything and more...

The host was amazing. He met us at apartment, after helping arrange transport to and from, and was very detailed with walking us through. Location is amazing and just about everything you'd want to see in Rome was walkable. Just across foot bridge was an amazing community of restaurants and shops. Apartment was super clean and no noise. I highly recommend.

Perfect location, wonderful stay!

We picked this apartment based on location, the beautiful interior, and spacious rooms, and it fit our needs perfectly. Our host made the check in process simple, was very quick to reply to any questions, and we were greeted with a bottle of wine, which is just what we needed after a long day of travels. We were within walking distance of many restaurants and cafes. I would highly recommend this place if you need a clean, spacious, and great city location, as it will work great for your needs!

Roman Residenza

Michele was a fantastic host. He has compiled a booklet of activities as well as restaurants for a fun and enjoyable stay. The beds were super comfortable and there are two gelateria within one block radius. It is also situated close to both Trastavere and Campo dei Fiori. We had a wonderful time.

Great Stay in Inner City Rome

This stay was fantastic. The unit is central. We could walk everywhere! The linens were clean, the beds comfortable and bathrooms great. Michele was a fantastic host. He even found us affordable parking very close for a reasonable rate. I highly recommend.

Great apartment, great location, great host!

Fantastic location in a clean, roomy apartment. Michele made sure we had everything we needed from transportation to tofu (my wife is vegan). Our vacation was divided between Michele's place and a flat in Monti and we miss the morning grocery-shopping trips to Campo de Fiori and the evening strolls along the Tiber we enjoyed at Michele’s. I only hope his flat is available for our next stay in Rome.

Great apartment, convenient location

The apartment was great and was comfortable for five of us. The location was close to everything we needed (food stores, gelato, restaurants) and all the places we wanted to visit. The only downside was the elevator was out of service most of our stay, which was hard since the apartment is on the 5th floor. Otherwise, it was a fantastic apartment and the host and his daughter were wonderful!

I'm happy you liked my apartment and enjoyed your stay, Sara. I agree with you: the upgrade to the elevator was a nuisance. The upside of this is that we will have a better elevator. Hi,
I'm an executive who worked in Italy and in the US.
Together with my wife, we love no-frill traveling mixed with some comfortable accommodation. We particularly love Asia and Africa.
I lived in the US--NYC and Detroit--and I speak English, French, and Italian.
We have a very young daughter, and I'm open to families (I can empathize with you, and I do offer discounts).
I like music, dance, films, reading, arts, writing (occasionally), and exercising (a bare minimum to keep it up). Most of all, though, I used to love traveling.

The Residenza is a bright, quiet, modern apartment that is very well located: it's 300 m. to Campo de Fiori, 700 m. to Piazza Navona, 20' to the Fori, and at a 25' walk to Piazza di Spagna.
This is a newly renovated apartment with all the convenience of a home.
I live nearby, and I can provide you with a wealth of information and tips on things to do in Rome.
