Situé dans la belle Playa Langosta, au Costa Rica, ce condo merveilleusement lumineux, propre et spacieux, peut accueillir confortablement 5 personnes et comprend 2 chambres et 2 salles de bain complètes dans une nouvelle construction située en face de la plage et à 10 minutes à pied de la petite ville animée de Tamarindo! Si vous êtes à la recherche d'une aventure, c'est l'endroit! Qu'il s'agisse de rafting en eau vive, de tyrolienne à travers la jungle, de surf (débutant ou confirmé), de visites en jeep de volcan ou de découvrir la culture que le Costa Rica a à offrir, vous pouvez le trouver ici! Si vous préférez vous détendre, il n'y a pas de meilleur endroit pour profiter de certaines des plus belles plages du monde. Met all our needs

Jon’s property was perfect for our stay. It had everything we needed. The unit and building were very nice. The pool was excellent and our kids enjoyed it very much.

Nice place in Playa Langosta. 20 min. walk to Tamarindo. The grounds and building are well taken care of. The property management is available to help you with any issues or help quickly. We all thought that the condo is in need of a little TLC. The little things that make a vacation perfect. Shower heads ,plates and cups, etc. and a safe would be a nice addition. Overall nice place and area. Mike .

Perfect place to stay!!!

My family and I absolutely LOVED our stay at Naxos 6!! The condo was super well decorated; so eco-chic, just like I dreamed a place in Costa Rica would be! Loved the style so much! The place was also very breezy, so peaceful and serene. It was a super clean condo, and building. We loved the big beautiful pool, spent most of our afternoons there after the beach (which was just across the street). The condo location is also superb! Next door to the best restaurant in town (make sure to reserve ahead), but in the beautiful Langosta Bay so away from the busy Tamarindo centre. Also our host, Jonathan was great, answered all our questions right away. My family and I found it very hard to leave this dream location and can’t wait for our next stay at Naxos 6; our now favourite place to stay in Tamarindo! We highly recommend this rental!!

A most enjoyable 2 month stay!

This was our first time to Costa Rica. Our accommodations were definitely adequate for our needs. And the pool...oh my, it was our relaxing paradise for many hours almost daily. The ability to have restaurant options only steps away as well as the neighborhood market and bar all within easy walking distance. Our walks on the beach and to downtown Tamarindo filled our days as well as several tours that Marcela at Watermans next door helped facilitate. She was also incredibly helpful for guest transports to and from the airport along with couple days of a car rental and a short term golf cart rental. We loved this location to be able to walk over to see the sunset almost every single night at Playa Langosta but several sunsets from the many beach restaurants on Tamarindo. The tide charts online are so easy to follow and you quickly learn to watch those for your style of beach walking or playing. This owner was always responsive to our questions and Kattia, as the local management company rep was great to work with as well. We had a balcony that overlooked a new home construction project so were able to watch that develop over the two month period. The crew was so hardworking from 6 in the morning to almost 6 every evening 7 days a week. We did borrow a fan for our bedroom for extra white noise to cover the construction noises in the morning but the pool area with the waterfall was sufficient for outside. All in all it was the greatest 2 months!! Gracias

Great Langosta Condo stay

Naxos 6 was wonderful for our family of 4. Short walks to several beach access points along Langosta Beach for surfing, swimming, etc. The condo had what we needed and was as advertised. The pool and hot tub were nice to use after we returned from being out. Highly recommended!!

Beautiful Adventure

Wonderful stay at Naxos 6. I spent a month there and would rate it high on its location, its casual comfort and amenities. Beds are comfortable with washer /dryer on site which was very useful. The open kitchen, living room concept offers good living space. The grounds are immaculately kept by Horizon Pacific, whose staff are onsite or close by should you need assistance. The location of Naxos is walking or cycling distance from Tamarindo centre and the oceanfront / Langosta beaches are a close walk down a variety of beautiful paths. The oceanfront is spectacular and is a rugged beauty compared to Tam beach. I walked into Tamarindo by beach regularly so you have choices. Sunsets are beautiful with the sound of howler monkeys in the distance. I would recommend the place highly.

Lovely property

Great unit in a beautifully maintained complex and the property manager Katia goes above n beyond. . Beautiful pool and enjoyed the bbq. Very quiet at pool. About a 15 minute walk to Playa Tamarindo and 5 minute walk to Playa Langosta which was great for sunsets it's a rocky shore but there are some nice tide pools for dipping. Some good restaurants in area and we had a few fun nights at the surf club. Very hot in March so beach mornings and pool afternoons. Pura Vida.

Naxos ~ Pura Vida !

We had a wonderful time at Naxos 6 ! We had everything we needed. The pool is beautiful, we love it. We had it all to ourselves most mornings. There is a barbecue at the pool which was great for when we ate at the our condo. Our balcony didn't have a great view but there is an empty field right beside it and there were birds, horses, squirrels and an iguana that visited us each day. There were lots of Howler Monkeys near by. We could hear the howling when we were on our balcony. Amazing ! When the sun came up our bedroom was pretty bright … up early every morning. Playa Langosta Beach is less than a five minute walk (awesome sunsets) and Tamarindo Beach is less than a ten minute walk. There is a grocery store a couple of blocks away which also sells alcohol and 4 restaurants really close. Fish 'n Cheeses is a great place to eat as well as Surf Club Bar & Grill. We met a lot of really nice people staying in the building, everyone was so friendly. We had such a great time … we will be back ! Thank You Jon for everything.

Better than described!

We loved Jon's condo-- so comfortable, clean, incredibly well-stocked kitchen, extra towels and sheets, beach chairs... Location is excellent-- short walk to the beach, 15 minute stroll to the center of Tamarindo. Jon was very helpful with a couple of questions we had. Overall, it was a great experience staying at this condo, and we highly recommend it!

Great Place to stay near Tamarindo

Our family of five was very comfortable at Naxos 6 where we had the pool almost to ourselves. This was a great location— a short walk to Tamarindo and a shorter walk to the Playa Langosta beach and accessible to everything we wanted to do. Secure parking was a bonus that we hadn’t counted on.

Beautiful Condo, Great Value

Location is perfect, highly recommend staying in Langosta Bay as Tamarindo Bay is now very busy. Plus it's right next to two of the best restaurants around and the best beach spots are just steps away! Great place and space overall, we enjoyed hanging out during the day time, also at night as the place is beautiful at all times. A/C keeps the whole unit cool and comfortable. There's a BBQ grill space downstairs for hosting and a large pool area for lounging on afternoons when you need a break from the beach and activities. Spacious, two large bathrooms and very large bedrooms. Good sized kitchen with dishwasher and the washer/dryer were a nice bonus. There's a large balcony with view of the jungle. Loved having morning coffee (and afternoon cocktails and beer) there. Highly recommended and definitely coming back!

Property is secure and good location. 2nd floor unit is easy to access and spacious 2-bedroom unit.

The condo’s complex is very safe and convenient walking distance to 2 restaurants (‘Fish & Cheese’ and ‘The Cave’- both very good & literally next door to the condo complex.) The unit is well maintained but “Luxury” is a bit of a stretch. Granted if you’re vacationing in Playa Langosta, Costa Rica-you should be spending majority of your time on the beach or river! So this condo serves its purpose well - it is a simple, practical space and laundry is a plus but plan on giving yourself plenty of time for the unit to cool down as the living/kitchen in-ceiling A/C unit is non functioning and it takes a while for bedroom units to cool the whole unit down during 90° days. (It helps to place portable fans in bedrooms blowing cool air into living/kitchen area.) Also owner should install blackout curtains in the 2-bedrooms as these windows face east & rooms get very bright early in the AM. These blackout shades would also be useful to use during power outages to shield sun to keep unit cooler when A/C is out. Both bathrooms are small & dark with little surface area for toiletries but again very practical & well maintained. There is no view from this unit but again we used it primarily for sleeping and breakfast so spent majority of day/evening out and about! Overall we had a great stay!

Quiet and very comfortable in Playa Langosta

A quiet building in Playa Langosta (which is much quieter than Tamarindo). There are a few friendly full time residents, and the occasional family passing through on vacation. The condo is well outfitted with everything you would need for either a short-term, or long-term stay. The management company is very quick to respond to any issues or inquires. Queen in the master is very comfy, and the three single beds can be configured however you like in the second bedroom. The balcony in the front is great for enjoying your morning coffee, listening to the howler monkeys, and for watching the multitude of birds and lizards within an arm's reach. There's a fantastic, big, pool and hot tub right downstairs, and an area where you can grill your fresh fish that you can catch in the ocean right next door. For those new to surfing, you can take the 10 minute walk to the gentle swells at Capitan Suizo's, or hit the more advanced breaks a 10 minute walk in the other direction near the estuary. 5 minutes walk to the playa at Cala Luna, or the San Francisco green space, offer the most incredible spots to watch the sunsets. Tide pooling for the kids (or adults) is great all along Playa Langosta. Check the Swell Dealer for the tide/swell charts. Within 10 minutes walk, or less, you can eat at Walter's Fish and Cheeses right next door, Cala Luna across the road, Matty's Deli, Capitan Suizo's, or El Sapo Pizza (our favorite). There's a small super market - Super Langosta - for any of those types of needs, and the condo has all the kitchen necessities you'll need. Waterman's, right next door, is a great spot for a cold treat, surf board, bike, and golf cart rental, or to book your local (or further out) tours. Marcella will have them pick you up right at Naxos. Tamarindo is a 20 minute walk - shorter if you take the beach from Suizo's. Lots of restaurants, souvenir shops, surf lessons and rentals, etc., etc. There are a couple of banks for your ATM needs, and a few super markets. No shortage of sights to see and things to do. I'd highly recommend this condo for 3 to 5 people, and is great for young families. Langosta is much more laid back, and quieter, than Tamarindo - so more tuned to a relaxing stay.

Best Condo in Tamarindo.

Having stayed in various resorts and condos around Costa Rica I must say, Jon and Anne's place is my favorite. It has everything we could need or want. From arrival to departure everything was pre-arranged through Jon and Anne. Transportation to the confo was waiting for us upon our arrival. The condo was very well eqiuiped along with a great pool for the times you didn't quite feel like walking to any of the nearby beaches. No shortage of amazing resturants or food markets for the nights you wanted to stay in. Felt extremely safe after walking home from enjoying some of the local night life. Can't wait to go back next year. Thanks Jon and Anne!
