We have a clothesline for drying clothes, towels, etc., stretched between two palm trees next to a wooden table with four rustic chairs. We're sorry, but your description is extremely exaggerated. A pipe broke and we fixed it; no shots were fired, no injuries were reported. The compensation we awarded is the cost of four nights. The toilet was unblocked several times, and after you checked out, we had to dig up and open a pipe that was full of material not suitable for flushing. We are not asking for any extra payment for this extraordinary work.. Writing that we didn't offer an apology is incorrect. Here's our messages regarding the pipe under the sink and the TV.
