We had a great stay. The condo had everything we needed for the week. It was roomy, the beds were comfortable, it was well stocked with towels, and it was very convenient to the public beach. We had a few minor problems and the manager was extremely helpful and prompt with her response. My only complaint is that there is not much flatware available, but we just hand washed frequently. We would definitely stay here again.
We loved this condo..me and my husband came down for an anniversary. The location of it was perfect, beach was beautiful, it's close enough to everything to do, but just far enough away its quiet.
We loved this property and would stay again without hesitation. Well appointed, big kitchen and plenty of dishes, pots and pans. A short walk to the public beach parking lot.
I really liked this place and thought it was perfect for our family. Our kids loved the playground and easy access to the Bay and Surf sides of Pensacola Beach. I'd definitely stay again.
A few things at the condo could use updating (balcony furniture, bedding) but overall it's really comfy and nice. I'd totally stay here again.

Very style appartment, clean with view on beach. Two covered parking spaces help keep your car cool. Two balconys are great for morning coffee. Beautiful sunrise and sunset. White send on beach.
Our stay here was great! The condo had plenty of space for us (3 adults, 2 kids). As others have mentioned, the communication process with the property management company is automated responses. Thankfully we didnât have any problems with the unit or need to reach out. The communication from the automated texts and emails provided all the info we required to get logged into the rental portal to retrieve gate and door codes. There are two beds and it doesnât appear the couch folds out so to sleep six, youâll need to share beds. Kitchen has all the tools necessary. If I had to nitpick or say something negative, there arenât any books, magazines, or board games to play but everything else was great! Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay here!
The stove was broken and the company told the first day. Their solution was to turn the breaker on and off for use. The oven would not shut off when turned off. After knowing that it could not be fixed during our stay nobody contacted us to follow up. Also our door lock was broken. Every time it locked it had to be reset or you would be locked out of condo. We finally just quit locking it. When the company was notified again of stove and lock their reply was in so sorry..... thatâs pretty much the reply we got every time. We have had previous problems with southern resort rentals and was hoping it was just that house however it proved to be a company issue when it happened again. From now on Iâll stay away from southern rentals!!!!
This condo desperately needs owner time and care along with a good deep cleaning.
This condo advertised as set up for 6 people but it is only set up for 4. The pictures posted on VRBO are out of date and show a 4 top table with 2 bar stools, the bar stools are not there and there isn't replacement seating. The pictures and info show a sofa bed but the springs that hold the mattress in place have been lost or broken so the end of the bed has no support. This lack of support on the sofa sleeper makes the couch cushions sink into the couch when you sit on it. The furniture in the front room is old, worn, and out of date. The kitchen was not well stocked or cleaned. The back splash around the counter tops was dirty, basic items such as measuring cups and measuring spoons were missing. items such as a large pot to cook seafood only had the strainer but the pot was missing, and in place of seafood/claw crackers they only offer nut crackers (not the same thing). I was shocked to see a blood stain on the pillow covering when I took a pillow out of its pillow case in the master bedroom. This was not a stain that would not wash out, but a stain where it had not been changed. The pillow shames were also stained and dirty in this room so I put all of these items to the side and stopped looking afraid of what else I would find. I was also surprised that the king size master bed did not have king sized pillows, there is not a lot of cost difference here but it makes a big difference. in show I know that blinds can easily be damaged but not taking the time to use the same color or shade (white/beige) shows that no one really cares. It would not have taken much effort to at least group the white together and beige together or alternate the colors so that it didn't stand out as being randomly done. There is also a large area of the ceiling that has water damage that needs to be fixed. I hope this is just a new owner that is trying to make changes over time and not just another case of no one who cares because this condo has a lot of potential.
The location and layout of the property was amazing. The condo is being renovated, which meant drilling during the kids nap time, and no view of the beach. The obstructed view was expected, but water being shut off and significant noise was not. There was no communication about water being shut off, which made for a rough transition for the kids. We had an issue with the fan not shutting off, this took about a day to get resolved. Light still did not work properly after the fan was fixed. Pool was also not available for 2 days.
Early check in is available at a fee, and check in time isnât until 4 cst. Other locations and nearly all hotels are free if the room is available.
Overall, great experience.
Things I liked - 1) There were 3 of us (2 adults and a child) and the place was pretty big (2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, large livingroom, kitchen, 2 balconies), 2) pool access (there were barely anyone there), 3) very close beach access.
Things I did not like -- 1) communication, everything is automatic, no one greets you and answers your questions. When you text the number, they give you the wrong answer 2) Not walkable to the restaurants/stores/cafes. 3) It could use a paint job.
Really nice Condo but the check in door code would not work, called and they gave me a new code. The master toilet did not flush but was fixed the next day.. Everyone was helpful and professional.
Beautiful property!! Everything we needed was onsite to make our stay comfortable. Had a minor issue and staff was there in less than an hour to check and fix. Very happy with our stay.

The place was fine after the first day, described to follow. We had a little problem with door code when we arrived (our fault...it locked us out for about 10 minutes for not putting the special character in). We began texting the management with this problem as requested in email and other issues that followed.....we did this on and off the rest of the day and only got automated replies until the next day. It's a good thing we figured out how to get in! I called and stayed on hold for about 30 minutes and accidentally cut myself off....decided not to call back. The place was not cleaned well. We went in because of COVID and disinfected everything ourselves (supposedly again). We found (OPP) other peoples "hairs" in the tub and on the toilet. There was sand all over the two small balconies, sand on the bottom layer of the coffee table, sand on the dining room chairs, sand on the condo floor. I found a broom and swept up a large amount of sand from the balconies. I found a vacuum cleaner in the closet and spent about 30 minutes repairing it so I could get up the sand inside the condo. The roller was completely clogged with what I would say was 4 cups of human hair (no joke). The canister was also full and the "filter" that allowed air flow was completely clogged. I was able to get it working and finish cleaning the condo. The washing machine was full of damp wet towels and the washer would not work....put in another text about this. After we got the place clean and moved in our stay was very pleasant. The kitchen was pretty well stocked (we cooked every day) but no measuring spoons other than the 1/ 2 teaspoon and only a huge cup measuring cup with no 1/2 cup marking. We made it work. The next day a very nice gentleman from Southern came to attend to the washer and removed the soiled towels. He explained something about the door being locked but open. The next time we tried to use it we had a problem but after fidgeting with the door and the dial we got it working again. After a not-so-good start we enjoyed our stay and the place is nice.
We booked this condo at the last minute and was so delighted by the accuracy of the listing. The unit was lively, clean and very spacious. It was also the perfect location on Fort Pickens Road. Last condo in the strip, very beautiful beach directly across the street - 2 minute walk to shoreline. Would certainly rent again!

Renting the unit on line was easy. I think the cleaning staff has gotten lazy. We have stayed at multiple units st Palm beach club over the last 7 years and had never had a unit lacking so much maintenance. The screen door is awful
