Maison de ville nouvellement louée située à l'extrémité calme de la plage de Pensacola. Profitez d'une vue directe sur le détroit de Pensacola et le golfe du Mexique. San Deluna est un petit complexe proposant une piscine et des courts de tennis privés. L'unité est un décor moderne cÎtier mignon décontracté et entiÚrement fonctionnel pour un séjour à court ou long terme. Tous les éléments nécessaires pour profiter de votre séjour sont disponibles: glaciÚres, paddleboards, vélos, chaises de plage et parasols. L'unité a une chambre king avec une salle de bains attenante et une chambre queen avec une salle de bains attenante et un lit de repos supplémentaire. Il y a un nouveau canapé-lit et la moitié de bain en bas. La laveuse et la sécheuse sont situées à l'étage principal. Contactez-moi pour toutes questions.

So glad we found this spot for our last minute trip. The owner was very responsive and the unit was comfortable and well stocked with games, rackets, paddle boards, and beach gear. The beach was an easy walk across the street and not crowded. It was our first time checking out the sound side and we loved it so much we can’t wait to return.

Loved everything about the condo! The proximity to the beach and the sound was literally steps away from either the front or back door. Anything you could need for your stay was provided from super soft beds to sand toys for the beach and all things in the kitchen to cook if you choose. Super clean, and updated throughout the entire condo. Super relaxing and quiet location but still not far from everything. Keith was great to keep in touch and provided great recommendations for some places to eat. He was beyond accommodating the entire stay from beginning to end. We will definitely be back!!!

Everything & More!

What a nice surprise! Everything you could need was on site. From beach chairs to pickle ball to the two cruisers. We found and used it all! All of the baths and the kitchen were set up perfect. It will be hard to find a better place to enjoy coffee on the deck in the mornings also. Keith stayed in touch with us the entire trip making sure we had everything we needed and even helped with a small wifi issue. We can't wait to come back!!

Gulf Coast Getaway

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The location at the end of the island development brings minimal crowds on the beach and sound. We enjoyed both sides nearly every day. My son (14) and I fished everyday from the property on the sound side and across the road at the Gulf. It was our first time in Pensacola Beach. We were already talking about coming back while loading up the vehicle on departure day. Keith is also an excellent host!

Great vacation!

We had an amazing time! The location is the best, beach across the street and the sound in the back with a little beach as well. Not a crowded area either which is so nice! The condo has most things we needed stocked. Keith was a great communicator, we kept in touch. We will definitely book again!

This property was excellent. The location is perfect with close proximity to the beach, bay, and pool. The owner supplies all the things you need to enjoy the beach which was so helpful. The view of the sunset from the deck is gorgeous. The communication from the owner was thoughtful and helpful. We loved our trip and highly recommend this rental! Cheer Competition 2025

We had a Cheer Competition in Pensacola, we are a family of 6 and needed something to accommodate all of us. Even though at first things didn't match up, Keith made up for it. We came home to a surprise crumble cookie delivery and in another night dinner on him. There was so much available for my family to do, from fishing, canoeing, paddle boards, seats to sit and tan. We grilled our catch of the day. Everything was perfect, so much that we want to come back.

Perfect All Around

Keith was an amazing host! Everything was exactly as stated! The condo was in a perfect location. It was beautifully updated and super clean. Many extras (such as beach towels, a cooler, beach chairs, paper towels, paddle boards, garbage bags, toilet paper, shampoo, soap, sun umbrella, and more) were provided which made our stay even better! When we asked for a possible early check in, Keith made sure it could happen! Crumbl cookies at the end to thank us for choosing his condo was an extra special treat! Thank you Keith for everything!!!There’s plenty to do to enjoy Pensacola to the fullest!

Great Location!

Keith’s condo is the perfect drive down the coast. Great location with beach on one side and bay on the other, both within walking distance. The house was a good size for my family of four. The back porch was AMAZING. The sun hits it all day but does not at evening. Definitely great place to relax in the evening listening to the waves. Bonus is the amenities Keith provides. My kiddos enjoyed the paddle boards. We never made it to ride the bikes but will do next time we come for a visit. I enjoyed the covered parking and the shower outside to wash off sand. I highly recommend staying here. Will definitely be coming back!

Perfect Stay

We had a wonderful time at San de Luna 18. Check in was easy, Keith was courteous and thoughtful, and the condo was fantastic and well-stocked. The location can't be beat! We look forward to returning.

Location could not be better!

My family and I stayed a week here for fall break. The location is perfect. We were a very short walk over the dunes to the beach, or just down the back steps and past the tennis court to the sound. We used the provided paddleboard, balloon wheeled cart, chairs, and umbrellas. Keith was easy to reach and was very timely in replacing the washer/dryer. I really don't want to advertise this place, because I don't want to have to share it - it's that good! We can't wait to book again!

Beautiful and restful vacation spot!

My husband and I had a great stay at Keith’s condo! Pictures show exactly what it looked like! Very comfortable place! Beautiful views of the gulf and sunsets and a quick walk across the street to the sandy gulf beach! Lots of nice restaurants in the area but plenty of kitchen space and utensils to cook at home, which we did! The only sad part was that it rained a lot but we still went to the beach. Keith was responsive to any and all questions. And he even surprised us with a bottle of champagne and a nice card at our door for our anniversary!! We would love to come back again! Thanks Keith!!

My wife and I are both local and enjoy introducing people to Pensacola Beach. We bought San Deluna to enjoy for ourselves and share it with guests. When remodeling and decorating we chose items we felt everyone would enjoy. We don't like to pack to spend the day at the beach so we decided to include everything to make it more of a home. We both understand how important a family vacation is so I personally check to make sure each stay is attended. We hope you enjoy your stay and make Pensacola Beach your family's vacation spot.
