We’ve rented the house for the early days of November 2022, a short month after hurricane Ian stroke Cape Coral. John (the owner) did an incredible work to repair, paint, renew … just everything in a very short time and the result is amazing: a clean and tidy house, fitted with everything you may need (and even more!). Heated pool, barbecue, huge living room, 4 very comfortable bedrooms, garage, garden … and a big deck on the canal where we did dock our 24´´ boat easily. Direct access (5 minutes) to the river is an incredible advantage for boaters. We can only strongly recommend John and his house: you can’t be disappointed!
