I have to say the photos of the sea views on the property announcement do not do it justice, they were A-MAZ-ING. My favourite time, well, was every time I looked out of the huge floor to ceiling windows at the view. It was quite simply just stunning. The rest of the photos of the property were correct and in keeping with the announcement with no hidden surprises. The main house, gardens, terraces and swimming pool were all well equipped and well maintained. Everything was perfect. Located in a upscale residential area within easy walking access to a small supermarket and a few bars and restaurants. For those without a car, a tram station is accessible 5-10 minutes by foot for a little bit more adventure / entertainment / shopping / sightseeing and for visiting larger towns. Quick and friendly communication with the owner for any queries we had. Thank you so much Daniel for a wonderful and relaxing holiday. We will most certainly be back!!

Excellent emplacement

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour !! La residence et l emplacement ont ete conforme à nos attentes. La piscine un vrai plus. Les enfants ont adoré. Nous avons alterné avec la plage et profité des activités environnantes (parc aquatique notamment). Je recommande !!

La villa est bien placee entre benidorm et alicante.. Parfaite pour 2 couples avec 2 enfants. Tres agreable , propre avec toutes commodités dedans et une superbe piscine.

Tout était parfait . Accueil et disponibilité du propriétaire. Appartement bien agencé, d'une propreté irréprochable, bien équipé. La terrasse et sa vue dégagée sur la mer que du bonheur. Excellent emplacement au calme avec toutes les commodités à proximité.

Appartement très agréable ,très propre ds une résidence tout confort : piscine avec maître nageur, terrain de basket avec vue sur mer . Grande terrasse , chambres climatisées , cuisine équipée , box pour la voiture bref tout pour passer un très bon séjour!
