La Suite Logger est un studio au 2ème étage confortable avec un lit double, salon, une kitchenette bien équipée et salle de bain privée assis. Il est meublé avec des meubles confortables, de nouveaux petits appareils et une cheminée électrique.

Toutes les Suites Acanthus peuvent être louées pour différentes tailles de groupes!

suites d'acanthe est l'une des premières maisons historiques importantes de Friday Harbor. Construit en 1913, il était un cadeau de mariage pour une fille riche marchands. Il a été magnifiquement restauré. Situé dans le centre-ville historique Friday Harbor; seulement 3 pâtés de maisons du quai des ferries et Port de Friday Harbor.

Perfect location

Nice and clean unit. The bathroom doesn't have a door but there is a curtain- that detail is listed under the photos and not the general description of the unit. Be careful if you are over 6ft the ceiling is slanted so depending on where you are you'll hit your head.

Great location and a small place

There were several unfriendly signs in the apartment , stating :If you move any cups or utensils to another place you will be fined $200. If you check out after 10 am you will be fined $200 . How about a sign saying Welcome and have a good time?

Short stay in logger's suite

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: QWe found this to be a small. cute space for a couple wanting to explore Friday harbor and San Juan island with friends. it suited out needs quite well. That said, we noticed a few things about this place that would improve it: there could be a door separating the toilet/bath space from the main room--wouldn't be hard to install. Even couples like us prefer a little privacy. also: add soap dish (plus soap) for the shower, light by bed, a few hooks for clothing in the shower area and perhaps a few more hooks on the wall in the refrigerator nook.

Ok if your options are limited.

The place is adequate but I wouldn't stay again. It's not a bad place, it's more hostel like than a BnB. The room was tiny and it is an old house. The rate I paid because I was last min booking was absolutely OUTLANDISH for the room. There's no privacy in the bathroom. It's a curtain. The signs around the place are less than welcoming. I ran into other boarders while I was there and it was unanimous. Nothing terrible but we'd never choose it again. No AC and it was hot! Pro: location was great. Everything was within a 5 min walk.

Close to town but so noisy, a no for me!

This place's location is the best thing going for it! The price starts out cheap but doubles after fees and taxes. It is a nice old house with no insulation and you can hear everything going on with your neighbors. The rooms just down the hall are meant to be connected but on the outside so there is noisy banging of doors at all hours as children go in and out of the main room. The first night there was a party that lasted till midnight. The proprietor said he would come over, but it was late and I did not think they would continue. I should have had him come. The little room is quite small and made even smaller by the slanting eaves. The house cleaner said she hates to clean the room because she is always hitting her head. If you only plan to stay a night or 2 and are not worried about noise and don't have a car, this place might work for you. But I do not recommend it.

Cons: if you're over 6' tall, be careful of the low ceilings - especially from the bathroom, got a pretty good gash on my head. The sound travels quite easily from room to room - so, bring earplugs/earphones.

Spot on in every way

Tony, the housekeeper attended to any minor need we had. The location was ideal, parking perfect for two motorbikes, and an endless supply of hot water for much welcomed showers after days spent hiking. The only minor issue is the real need for a blackout curtain above the sink. Lovely stay all around.

The room is nicely laid out, good breeze from the windows. It was nicely appointed with dished and such for two people. Sound does carry easily thru the halls, but everyone was respectful of quiet time and headphones easily blocked all sounds. I would happily stay here again.

Nice location, but rather dirty

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I appreciated the location and amenities at this vacation rental, and we did enjoy our stay. The unit was rather dirty, however, which was not apparent at first due to the dim light and the brown color of the floor and rug. I might not have noticed it, but my 3-year-old was on vacation with me. As toddlers do, he sat down on the rug after his bath to put on his pajamas. When he stood up, his bottom looked like an everything bagel, with clumps of hair (not ours!) in his butt crack! I was appalled and immediately put him back in the shower. I found a small vaccuum in the bathroom and cleaned the rug myself after that. The next day, the sun was shining in the unit. I looked up from the breakfast table and noticed cobwebs hanging from the ceiling, directly above the table at which we were eating. My rental cost included an $80 cleaning fee, which I believe I should be reimbursed for. Basic cleanliness was unfortunately lacking in the room we rented.

Great stay!

Management was extremely helpful throughout the whole process. Location is phenomenal. Prices are very fair. Lots to do in and around Friday Harbor. I highly recommend this suite.

The place is small, just as described (studio), but perfectly functional, comfortable, and in an extremely convenient location. Essentials were provided and the appliances (coffee maker, toaster, microwave, electric skillet) all worked perfectly. Check-in/out was a breeze with the electronic locks. Thank you for a lovely stay!
