Relax with the whole family at this modern serene family home. Behind a simple facade lies a tranquil oasis right in the centre of Mosman.
Inside the recently renovated 4 bedroom home you can open the stacking balcony doors and welcome the sun into the living area, enjoying the peace and quiet that the beautiful setting has to offer, and yet if you need to collect some groceries or fancy that morning coffee you have the benefits of a supremely central location, with easy access to Balmoral beach and the City.

Spacious four bedroom, two bathroom home in Mosman, with off street car parking for one car.
Level garden with large trampoline and heavy duty climbing frame with monkey bars and swings.
Bright, large undercover balcony, perfect for entertaining with ceiling fan.
Upstairs living contains:
Master suite with walk in wardrobe and en-suite bathroom, separate balcony with views over middle harbour.
Light filled work station with desk and monitor should you need to send a work email or join a work call.
Bedroom 2 with king single bed and air conditioning.
Downstairs accommodation comprises:
Open plan kitchen and living area with folding doors leading out to balcony with dining area and rear garden, with large family bbq.
Family bathroom, with bath, over the bath shower and heated floor
Bedroom 3 with king single bed, large double wardrobe and air conditioning.

We are a 250m walk to Bridgepoint shopping centre that includes 3 supermarkets, good coffee, take away food outlets (sushi, Vietnamese and dumplings) a pharmacy and bottle shop (beer, wine, spirits)
Beyond Bridgepoint is Spit Junction, which is the entrance to Mosman Village, from here are frequent buses to the City or Manly beach. If you prefer, after a short bus trip to Mosman Bay wharf, a delightful ferry trip across the harbour to the Opera House and Circular quay awaits.
1.2km from your front door is the delightful family friendly harbour beach, Balmoral, with its beautiful outlook and plenty of cafes and restaurants to grab a bite to eat.

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?
We love heading down to Balmoral beach any time of the year, but especially enjoy heading down early evening when the crowds have departed in the Spring / Autumn and grabbing a take away or having a picnic on the beach
Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?
Our four bedroom property has a fantastic location with everything that Mosman has to offer on our doorstep. We regularly sit on the peaceful back deck, overlooking the beautiful greenery with a glass of wine or a beer with friends. With four bedrooms there is plenty of space for a family of five so that everyone has their own space. The large kitchen and living area that opens out to the outdoor dining space is great for entertaining.
