Positioned just 60 metres from Shoal Bay Beach and a short stroll to the calm waters of Little Beach, this light-filled 3-bedroom unit is the perfect base for families, couples or friends chasing the perfect beachside holiday.
The vibe here is all about simplicity and serenity. Wake to the sound of waves, sip your morning coffee on the breezy balcony, then wander to the water for a swim, paddle or lazy picnic in the sun. The open-plan living space is bright and inviting, with soft coastal tones, comfy seating, and plenty of natural light. With a neat kitchen, an internal laundry, and a relaxed layout, your stay is as effortless as the summer breeze.

• 350m to the historic Nelson Bay lighthouse, tea rooms and panoramic lookout

This process includes an agreement to adhere to our terms and conditions, along with the submission of valid photo identification, such as a copy of your driver's license or passport.
Additionally, during completing the online registration process, the primary guest is required to provide a comprehensive list containing the names and mobile numbers of all accompanying guests. Please be advised that access details for the day of your arrival will be withheld or subject to delay if your online guest registration with Belle Property Escapes remains incomplete.
Servicing of the accommodation is not provided during your stay. You will be provided with limited supplies for your first night's stay, and we recommend organising a shopping trip to pick up any additional items you may require.
Payment for the booking warrants that you and your guests confirm that you will abide by the terms and conditions of your stay and have read and understood your obligations as a guest under the NSW Code of Conduct for Short Term Rental Accommodation.
