Based in Seaford's famed Park St - you can simply walk out of the back fence across a park to shops, gelato & of course Seaford Beach.
The Space:
The space is an intimate self-contained newly renovated bungalow. A super modern studio type space with vaulted ceilings and exposed beams over a combined bedroom/living area and modern kitchen including oven, dishwasher and coffee machine! Tastefully decorated and fitted with split system air conditioning, your stay will be comfortable and relaxing.
The property is tastefully landscaped with its own entrance and is fully fenced and completely private. The courtyard garden features a luxurious full size jacuzzi, perfect for a relaxing end to the day.
Guest Access:
Walk up the side of the front house, you will be given a code to enter.
The Neighborhood:
Renowned for its beachside location, there is plenty more to this area. While you are only 10 minutes walk from Seaford Beach and Pier, even closer are a selection of handy dining options including outstanding cafe's and take away options, and a drawcard Gelateria! There are a wide range of parklands ranging from sports fields to Kananook Creek Reserve which offers almost endless walking & running trails. If travelling further, Seaford Station (5 minutes walk) easily connects you to the entire Melbourne Public Transport system.

Less than 500m (5 minutes) walk from Seaford train station, and nearby facilities including cafes, shops and the beach.
