The DeWitt Home is nestled in the woods near the SML State Park area of the lake. This cozy rustic home offers the true meaning of unplugging and getting away from it all! This cabin is perfect for those who like to be in the trees and on the water!
There are two bedrooms one with a queen bed the second has 2 twin beds and one large bathroom with a shower and laundry area. The kitchen is simple but has all you need to cook, clean, warm and keep cold treats for your group.

The true charm is on the outside of the home! Sit on the deck and exchange stories of the day while cooking on the gas grill. You will certainly enjoy the private dock where fishing and swimming are readily at hand and you are able to get your boat under cover! This home does have good cell service but no wifi and an air antenna your televisions needs. If that is important to you, you may want to bring your own mobile hot spot! DeWitt will transported to a simpler time and get reacquainted with nature...and your loved ones in this vacation home!
House Rules for Your Stay

Responsible Renter: You must be at least 25 years old to rent the property. Proof of age may be requested. A parent or legal guardian must accompany guests under this age.

Occupancy Limit: The property is strictly limited to the number of guests specified in your reservation, as listed in the house advertisement (ages 2 and above). This maximum occupancy cannot be adjusted. Exceeding this limit is a breach of contract and may result in immediate eviction.

Pets Policy: Only dogs are allowed in approved pet-friendly homes with a paid fee. All pets must be leashed and under control at all times. Emotional support animals are not permitted unless explicitly authorized in writing with a fee.

No Parties or Events: The property is for residential use only. Parties, events, or loud gatherings are not permitted and may result in immediate eviction.

Quiet Hours: To maintain a peaceful environment, please keep noise levels to a minimum between 10 PM and 8 AM. Respect the neighbors’ right to quiet enjoyment.

Trash Disposal: Guests must remove all trash upon departure and dispose of it in the designated facility. The cleaning fee covers routine cleaning only and does not include additional cleanup.

Property Respect and Maintenance: Report any maintenance needs immediately to ensure a prompt resolution. Treat the home as your own; any damages or excessive mess may result in additional charges. Please return all furnishings to their original positions upon checkout.

Follow Local Regulations: Abide by all local laws and regulations. No parking on lawns or adjacent properties; please respect all parking restrictions.

Emergency Preparedness: Familiarize yourself with emergency exits and procedures. Keep emergency contact information accessible during your stay.

No Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property. Please use designated outdoor areas for smoking and dispose of all cigarette waste properly.
