Souvenirs Waterfront - Un merveilleux emplacement pratique - Cette belle maison au bord de l’eau comprend 4 chambres à coucher, 3 salles de bain complètes, un salon avec une belle vue dégagée sur le lac depuis les portes coulissantes en verre, une cuisine avec coin repas, un salon avec table de billard et 2 espaces de buanderie. Cette maison peut accueillir 8 personnes confortablement. Il y a aussi accès à un futon et à un lit bébé. À l'extérieur a une allée à tirer, porche couvert, pont à deux niveaux et grand quai avec électricité. Situé dans une impasse très calme, si vous aimez vous promener ou faire du vélo, c'est un endroit idéal pour votre famille. 6 télévisions! Cette belle maison est située à environ 3 minutes en eau de Waller et à environ 5 minutes de Mango. Situé dans une crique avec très peu de trafic de bateau, c’est un endroit idéal pour flotter et nager.

Weekend getaway

Great house on SM lake. Our college age kids enjoyed swimming off the dock and relaxing on the dock and decks/porches. We did a 1/2 day fishing charter and caught a lot of fish! Nice home in quiet neighborhood, would definitely stay here again.

Very nice house, clean and comfortable. I would suggest getting trash pick up as we were unable to take the trash to the weigh station.

Amazing view

We had the most amazing week at your home. We saw a family of otters on the dock next door, lots of deer and even a couple of minks. Caught some nice fish. Will definitely be coming back.

Lake Time

Great lakeside home

The house was perfect for 3 couples. The owner was wonderful to communicate with and was flexible with adding a pet at the last minute. House was well equipped and supplied everything we needed to make our stay pleasant.

Great Stay!

My family/friends had a great time at this property! We played pool on the pool table in the basement and had a great time spending time together! The property was very clean and comfortable! Ryan was quick to respond to messages I sent which was greatly appreciated! We didn’t catch any fish in the lake but we captured great photos of the deer that frequented the front yard and the neighbors yards!! We would definitely consider returning to this property! Thanks Ryan!

First time at SML

Pros: Loved the lake and surroundings. Neighborhood was great, full of deer! House is nice with almost everything you need. Enjoyed the pool table. Nice dock. Cons: 52 stairs to dock (beware if bad knees). Upstairs deck is splintering. Upstairs master bed is extremely squeaky.

Awesome little house

The house was very clean and well maintained. It is a lot bigger inside than we expected. Linens were clean and fresh smelling. The dock is great with plenty of room and the cove is very quiet, great for just floating around. Ryan is great, very responsive and answers any and all questions in a timely manner. My son left his necklace and owners called immediately and said they would mail it next day.

It was a wonderful place to stay. The owners were great! We would rent it again. There were only a few things to improve. The dishwasher didn’t get the dishes clean so we washed by hand, but that was ok. The downstairs washer has be run on drain and spin after it washed the clothes because the clothes were still really wet. There was nothing to clean with, so we bought a broom to sweep the place before we left. We’d rate it 4 and a half stars, because it was a great place to stay, and we’d rent it again.

Very small and dated. Not well kept.

I had been expecting so much more based on the earlier reviews and was incredibly disappointed. Contrary what others said, the house was verry small. I highly suggest examining the photos closely. Plus the property was not in good shape - one of the toilets was broken, old food was in the refrigerator, the lower floor smelled moldy and the property was very dated (especially the bathrooms). Also large portion of the dock is taken up by the owner’s 2 jet skis and owner's boat dock. Further communicating with the owner was very unpleasant. As an example, when we arrived, we noticed that one of the toilets was broken. Instead of fixing the toilet in advance, the owner had us coordinate with a plumber (the last thing you want to deal with on your vacation) to fix the toilet. Plus the plumber did not show when the owner said he would, and instead, just walked into the house without any notice. No mask. No care about covid. Not a good vacation experience. Overall, the lake was beautiful, but I would chose a different place to stay next time.

Great fishing stay

We had 7 guys come in for a bass tournament, plenty of room for 4 bassboats, clean and would definitely recommend this place.

This lake house has done just that and we hope that you and your family enjoy it as much as we do and make your own Waterfront Memories while staying here.

Location - Spacious - Clean - Convenient

Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?

Convenient location, minutes from the grocery store, Waller’s Marina, and The Bridge. A few minutes further down the road you will find a movie theater, Kroger and other little local shops. Located on a dead end street, great for walking and riding bikes. Wonderful place to swim, located in a cove with very little boat traffic and just 3 minutes by water to Waller's and 5 minutes by water to Mango's.
