This was a very nice place to stay in the heart of Princeville. The location said it had AC, but there was no AC to be found and we could have used it as it was hot and we could not cool down the house. Otherwise our stay was wonderful and we enjoyed the outdoor shower.

We loved this charming, clean and comfortable home in a quiet neighborhood. The screened in back lanai was amazing to linger and listen to the peaceful sounds of the island. The house has everything one needs including great beach gear. Mahalo for a wonderful stay.

Wonderful stay

Very nice little house with a good outdoor and patio area. Hosts were very helpful and responsive and even went out of their way to return a item that was left behind.

We really loved staying here. The house was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The kitchen was very well stocked, which made cooking easy, and having laundry was a huge help since we traveled only with carry-ons.The neighborhood is very quiet and peaceful, with a big driveway and a beautiful veranda where we spent almost all our time when we were home and not sleeping.The mattresses were comfortable, everything was neat and well cared for, and overall the house just felt easy and relaxing to stay in. We truly enjoyed both the home and the whole surrounding area.

Everything about this house was perfect for us. Nicely equipped kitchen. Three bedrooms, 2 bathrooms. A wonderful screened in Lanai in the back. Weber barbecue grill in backyard. Nice quiet neighborhood. We couldn't have been happier with our stay.

Beautiful Bungalow

Our family loved this cozy home with all the amenities you need and nothing you don’t. A beautiful space and location near the golf course. 10-15 minute drive from Hanelei. 10/10 would stay again.

Lovely Place!

Fabulous home, clean and comfortable. The lanai was truly amazing to experience. There is a lot of grass and a shared field behind the house. The street is peaceful and perfect for morning walks. Wish it was my permanent home.

Fantastic

We were immediately comfortable when we walked in the door. The house was wonderful and has a well stocked kitchen. We drank the wine with dinner the second night and it was such a treat. We have a rental in Saratoga WY and will use some of your great ideas in ours. The beach chairs and cooler were also such a thoughtful thing to have available. Mahalo!!

Beautiful, clean, and relaxing spot!!

My family and I had the best time staying here!! It was clean and bright, with fans in every room and very close to local beaches and locations. We had many day trips to hanalei bay, Anini beach, Hā’ena state park, Waimea canyon, and so many other amazing places! We cooked constantly and the kitchen perfectly met our needs! We relaxed and enjoyed ourselves immensely and having this sweet little house in a safe and friendly neighborhood was key! We played games we found at the house and read the guide books we found there. The Host was extremely responsive and friendly…we had zero problems! Thanks so much for a great time!

The property is well managed and we received well-timed communications that provided helpful information. It is located in the gorgeous community of Princeville. At times we could hear the surf from the back deck. The long driveway provides plenty of room for parking 2 vehicles. There is also a residential "park" or open space easily accessible from the side of the back of the property. Our boys wish we had brought a frisbee, as it is perfect for running around. The spiral staircase up to the bedroom in the loft is charming. The rice cooker, stove, and outdoor grill made it easy to prepare evening meals when we returned to the house in the evenings.

5 stars. The communication with the property management was exceptional- resolving a concern we had. The home was probably one of the cleanest VRBOs we've ever stayed in. They had all the kitchen appliances we needed to make meals at home. Super grateful for the beach chairs/umbrella. Only suggetsion would be a couple extra sleeping pillows and maybe its time to replace the umbrella/chairs? Overall would definately stay here again!!

The home has cockroaches and lizards. Neighbors have roosters and birds who makes noise starting from 2:30am so it was sleepless nights, not quiet environment. Plus no ac or cooler so harder to sleep in humid and hot weather. Fen were too slow. Plus no broom, dustpan or mop to clean floor. Pots were sticky which had to clean before each use.
