Proudly hosted by Island Rentals of Hilton Head, this spacious and pet-friendly three-bedroom villa offers the perfect blend of comfort, style, and convenience for your next island getaway. With accommodations for up to 12 guests, the home features two king bedrooms, a queen-over-queen bunk bed with a full trundle, and a queen sleeper sofa—making it ideal for large families or group vacations. Guests will also enjoy thoughtful extras like four complimentary adult bicycles, four backpack-style beach chairs, and access to the community pool (open April through September).

Inside, the villa boasts nearly 2,000 square feet of beautifully maintained living space, designed with both relaxation and functionality in mind. The updated kitchen is equipped with modern appliances and granite countertops, flowing seamlessly into the open living and dining areas. Comfortable furnishings and plenty of natural light create an inviting atmosphere, while the expansive back deck offers a peaceful spot to unwind with peek-a-boo views of the golf course and pool.

Perfectly situated in the heart of Hilton Head Island, this villa places you just steps from the beach and nearby bike paths, making it easy to explore everything the area has to offer. Enjoy quick access to golf courses, tennis courts, dining, shopping, and outdoor adventures ranging from nature trails to water sports. With over 50 miles of bike paths and a reputation as one of the country’s top family beach destinations, Hilton Head provides endless opportunities for fun and relaxation just outside your door.

• Up to 2 well behaved dogs are permitted with payment of an additional pet fee.
• 1 Car Pass for Palmetto Dunes is included with your stay. Additional passes may be purchased from Island Rentals prior to arrival. There is a limit of 2 car passes allowed at a time.

A wedding stay to remember

We had a great stay! Excellent communication with the rental agency and Villa is exactly as pictures posted. The only negative is that the maximum number of car passes is 2.

Very nice place

The condo was very clean & decorated nicely! The beach was a short walk from the condo. The shared bathroom upstairs was a little tricky because it was shared with two teenage boys & their dad and step mom and the barn door left a crack allowing the person inside to be seen in certain instances from the bedrooms. Our only other issue was that 3/4 bikes were too small for adults.Had we known that, we would’ve brought ours from home.

The shower in the master bathroom was not pleasant. The water pressure was so hard it was painful. The unit was spacious and we felt enough room. The washing machine was very noisy and small. But overall it was a nice stay.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This unit is in the best location. We have young children and need something convenient to activities and the beach. This unit was perfect for us! It was fully stocked with beach toys, chairs, a wagon, umbrella, and lots of little extras. The back deck area and common ground was really nice for the kids to go out and play catch or kick a soccer ball around. Both kids and adults loved the pool area as well.All the windows on the main floor made this unit feel much lighter and brighter than other units we have stayed in. The beds were comfortable and the kids loved the bunk room! We had a wonderful trip and will definitely be returning to this unit next time!
