***Mother’s Day available***Welcome to ‘Carolina Dreaming’, our beautiful newly updated 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath Queens Grant villa, featuring new washer and dryer, new sofas, TV, and new king size bed in master bedroom. Come relax and unwind in the desirable gated community of Palmetto Dunes on Hilton Head Island.

Our 2000 square foot villa provides plenty of room for up to 8 guests (max 7 adults). The 2 story entry sets the tone for the main level open floor plan that includes a living area with plenty of comfortable seating, a queen size pull out sofa, a flat screen TV, dining area with seating for 8+, and a fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops and your cooking essentials. The kitchen also features a washer and dryer and access to the storage area outside with an outdoor shower, perfect for rinsing off after the beach! The gated private deck, accessible from both the Living area and the Master bedroom, includes a patio table with comfortable seating for 6 (8 chairs available), 2 lounging chairs and a gas grill, perfect for your morning coffee, outdoor dining, or just relaxing.

The master bedroom, located on the main level, features a new King size bed, TV, work station, his and hers closets, and a beautiful newly remodeled master bathroom.

On the second floor are two additional bedrooms that share a Jack-n-Jill bathroom. One bedroom offers 1 Queen size bed, closet, dresser, TV and desk. The other bedroom offers a 1 Queen size bed, 1 Twin bed, closet, dresser and a TV. We limit the maximum allowed guest to 7 adults and 2 children.

The villa is just steps away from the pool and a short 7 minute walk to access miles of beautiful white sandy beaches. Explore 11 miles of lagoons where you can enjoy fishing, kayaking or canoeing. The villa is centrally located and provides access to miles of bike paths and is just a short walk to the General store, Alexanders Restaurant, The Outfitters and the Palmetto Tennis Center with tennis and pickle ball courts. The free Dunes Buggy will shuttle you to a number of areas including Shelter Cove where you will find shops, restaurants.

For your convenience we provide beach towels, 8 beach chairs, beach cart, beach umbrella and beach toys. Up to 2 parking passes are available for $35 each/week. Please let us know in advance if you'll need one or two passes. Note: Palmetto Dunes enforces a strict 2-car limit. For the security of our guests, we have an external security camera at the front entrance.
