Welcome to our spacious gated home located on Jefferson Avenue, just a short walk to the vibrant Cherokee Street and a quick drive to the famous Budweiser brewery, the historic neighborhood of Soulard, and Busch Stadium. If you've been looking for a unique and special place for your group to stay, look no further!!

The Space:
With multiple gathering areas around the home, including two separate kitchens, a gas fire pit in the gated yard, and even a bar and lounge area, our guests love having so much space to enjoy the vacay life. Come experience the best of St. Louis and stay in our unique vacation home.

This luxurious home is the perfect mix of elegant and comfortable. The interior features rich hardwood floors and natural light reaches every corner of the home through numerous large windows.

Upon entering you'll find an open-concept living area on the first floor. The living and dining rooms are conveniently connected and extend into a fully equipped kitchen. Multiple, spacious bedrooms are available on the second floor.

LIVING ROOM
Sit back and relax on one of the beautiful and comfortable sofas or armchairs that circle the large, wooden coffee table. This is the perfect setting to destress, relax, and debrief your day out on the town. Spacious and inviting - the perfect place to relax and unwind.

KITCHEN & DINING
There’s room for the whole family at the large, wooden dining table. Here you’ll have everything you need to prepare homemade meals for your friends and family.

Between the dining room, kitchen island, and living areas, there is no shortage of space for meal preparation and family dining.

SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS – 4 BEDROOMS
Enjoy maximum comfort and convenience with the elevated amenities and complementary essentials in each one of the four spacious bedrooms in the home.

The first floor Primary Suite includes it's own private living room with two sofas that convert into beds, a kitchen, two Queen Beds, a full bath, and a washer/dryer set! This space alone could rank as one of St. Louis' best vacation homes, but we have A LOT more in store!

On the second floor we have three more lovely bedrooms for you to choose from:

BATHROOMS (1st Floor)
Discover the perfect blend of comfort and convenience. Every bathroom is stocked with essential toiletries to ensure a seamless stay! A stylish half bathroom is located along the stairwell from the 1st to 2nd floor. A spacious full bathroom is connected to the back bedroom for added privacy.

BATHROOMS (2nd Floor)
A lovely full bathroom with a shower/tun combo can be found at the top of the second store landing. And don't miss the home's second primary suite with an amaaazing spa-like full bath with his and hers sinks and walk-in shower.

LAUNDRY
Enjoy two washer/dryer sets (one on each floor). All detergents and laundry necessities are included to make your vacation laundry a breeze!

PARKING
When pulling into the private gate, you'll see that the sprawling driveway has room for 8 vehicles! There are also two more spots on the private parking pad behind the home.

The Neighborhood:
Benton Park is conveniently located within minutes of Soulard, Busch Stadium, and Anheuser Busch. Best of all, it's walking distance from the unique Cherokee Street District known for authentic Mexican Food and antiques.

The best way to get around is by car with most highways conveniently nearby. You can also use the Metro link light rail system to get to many major attractions.

St. Louis also has both UBER and Lyft available. You'll also see lots of Lime and Bird electric scooters throughout the city, so you can zoom wherever you'd like!

Getting Around:
Coffee shops, restaraunts, and bars are all walkable. Street parking is free on Jefferson Street but not necessary as this home's gated driveway can hold 8 vehicles. There is a double parking pad in the alley as well!

The best way to get around is by car with most highways conveniently nearby. You can also use the Metro link light rail system to get to many major attractions.

GUEST VETTING
ABODEbucks loves hosting guests of all creeds, races, and nationalities. This said, to protect neighborhoods and properties from parties, reservation inquiries from local guests with few or no reviews will likely be denied.

PRIVACY-SAFE NOISE MONITORING
This home is equipped with NoiseAware monitoring devices that alert us if noise levels increase over reasonable levels. This allows us to reach out and request that levels are reduced to reasonable levels. To protect your privacy, the monitors do not record audio.

GUEST VERIFICATION
SafelyStay, Inc., verifies the identity of guests, and checks criminal databases in order to confirm reservations.

TRUST & SAFETY
The SafelyStay, Inc. Trust and Safety Fee includes up to $10,000 of accidental coverage for contents damage and up to $100,000 coverage for accidental property damage and bodily injury.

The Trust & Safety Fee allows the security deposit to be waived, while protecting you, your group, and the property should an accident happen. The $88 fee is collected at the time of payment and may be labeled as “Trust & Safety Fee” or “Management Fee”.

NIGHTLY PRICING
Our goal is to provide each guest with a wonderful stay at a great value. The nightly price has been pre-discounted based on the market value of your requested dates.

EXTRA GUEST FEE
For groups of more than 7 guests, please note the extra guest fee of $15/person/night starting with the 8th guest. This fee is automatically applied based on your guest count.

COVID-19 CLEANING CERTIFIED
The entire ABODEbucks team has completed "Health, Cleaning, Disinfecting and Personal Protective Equipment for Workers who Clean Vacation Rental Homes" certification and have been trained on today's best practices to keep guests safe and healthy by following strict and elevated cleaning guidelines. You can rest a bit easier when staying with ABODEbucks.

HOUSE RULES
This home has been carefully designed and outfitted for the comfort of vacationers and business travelers. Please do not inquire if the following items don't work with your plans.
- Primary renter must be 25+ years old
- Pets are not permitted on the property
- No smoking inside the home
- No additional guests - If more guests are expected, please add them to the reservation
- No Parties - If the guests exceed the number stated in your reservation, it will be considered a party
- Quiet time is 10pm - 9am (including weekends). The neighbors are proud of their quiet, peaceful neighborhood and we ask our guests to be respectful. Please keep voices and music down during quiet hours.
- Outdoor areas off-limits after 10pm
- Nothing can be taped, pinned, or attached to walls, ceilings or hung from the lighting fixtures. Absolutely no glitter or confetti.

I will not be available in person, however, I have partnered with ABODEbucks Management in order to provide you 24/7 support. If there is anything at all you need, please feel free to let us know! :)

Lots of room for kids to play, cozy, comfortable! Everything we were looking for our family vacation! Felt very safe in the home and on the property! Love the gated area for our cars!

Amazing House

We were a group of 12 that stayed at the house. What an amazing time. The house looks as the photo's and was very nice and clean. There was plenty of space for all of us and many spots to sit and relax. This home could easily accommodate the 12 of us and more if you needed. The owners are very nice and very clear with the directions and entry into the house and we had everything we needed. I would highly recommend this place and would stay here again next time we are in St Louis. The property has plenty of parking on site and can be protected with the private gate.
