Cozy 2 bed w/fully equipped kitchen less than block to beach family & budget friendly
*E side of Padre Blvd - all tile floors & high ceilings
*Queen in master, full sized adult bunk beds 2nd bedroom + pull out couch & airbed
*2nd floor - quiet spot. 2 off street parking spots
*Pool in back great after long day at the beach
*Up to 8 allowed - washer/dryer in unit

The space
Beach & Palms is an awesome & cozy 2 bedroom / 2 full bath condo less than 1 block to the beach
You will enjoy the open concept kitchen that flows to the 6 person dining table as well as the large couches for family movies after a long day at the beach
This 4 plex offers 2 off street parking spaces as well as a pool in the back after a day at the beach and your kiddos aren't quite worn out yet. There is a convenient patio 2nd floor off the pool to watch.
As of today the bedding is as follows:
queen in master / 2nd bedroom is 2 single beds, and there is a pull out couch in living room plus an airbed. Please bring bedding if you plan on using. If you arrive after may 15th the owner is trading out the 2 single beds for an adult sized airbed with 2 full sized beds.
There are also 2 full bathrooms, with one off the master bedroom. The stackable washer & dryer makes cleaning up before going home very handy. The 2 bedrooms afford extra privacy fora true family vacation. Each bedroom as well as the living room has a smart TV flat screen.
Please note this is a 2nd floor unit you must go up a flight of stairs to enter unit. We feel this is an upgrade as no noise from downstairs. The condo is all tile with high ceilings, stainless steel appliances and the kitchen is fully equipped for easy meals for your family.
While BBQ ing here is not allowed, this property is so centrally located it is perfect to walk to dozens of bars and restaurants.
Condo has linens and towels included. High speed wifi internet though net on island is less than perfect. Free off street parking 2 spaces we do include.a golf carts a vehicle and you cannot park on side of street or you will get towed
Please read and agree to all house rules prior to booking. It is also required you sign a docusign digital rental agreement prior to arrival by providing your email address to us - a pic of your photo ID must be uploaded to age verify.

You must read & agree to ALL house rules prior to booking - failing to do so is not a reason for a cancellation nor refund request.
We provide an electronic code to enter the property prior to 3 pm day of check in to the number on file, not before.
You must have completed the docusign rental agreement and attached a photo of your picture ID, read the house rules
We will not provide door code for entry without these being done nor will we offer a refund for this. Please contact us prior to booking if questions
We provide all bed sheets, blankets, bath towels, face towels, hand towels, basic soaps & shampoos and a starter pack of dishwasher pods, trash bags, coffee, filters, creamer, and sweetener. These supplies are a starter pack and not unlimited nor re supplied.
