Récemment rénové et joliment décoré 2 chambres, 2 salles de bain à l'étage Condo. Il se trouve à quelques pas des plages de sable du golfe du Mexique et des accès aux plages 19 et 20. Comptoirs de granit cuisine entièrement équipée, écran plat T. V. dans chaque chambre et 55 ”dans le salon, câble, lecteur DVD, laveuse / sécheuse, lits queen et canapé-lit. Piscine et bain à remous avec beaucoup de coin salon, balcon privé arrière avec vue sur la baie et les feux d'artifice de Clayton et le deuxième coin salon à l'avant donnant sur la piscine. Nous aimerions faire de vos vacances à South Padre Island une expérience mémorable en vous offrant un condo qui répond à vos besoins! Situé à quelques pas du Wanna Wanna Beach Bar & Grill, à 1,6 km du Clayton’s Beach Bar & Grill, à 1,6 km du quartier des divertissements et des Stripes de l'autre côté de la rue. Wanna Wanna proximity

We enjoyed this property and stay at South Padre Island. The proximity to Wanna Wanna was a plus. The 2 bedroom condo was nice, clean and had all amenities we required. Paul was quick to reply to any concerns.

Clean and peaceful home

Stayed for 2 nights and all went well. Home was clean, property owner is very responsive. I didn't like the dried grass decor other than that I like the location and home.

Soft Sand Cozy Place!

My family of five had an amazing stay here. Loved the distance from the beach and the pool on site. Inside was clean cute and lovely. Will definitely be coming back.

Great location!!!

Experience was great. Location perfect…down the street from Wanna Wanna. The pool could have used some attention but was a busy weekend.

It was for a friend and her family. All went well. Simple misunderstanding (not reading) on myPart led to a pet problem. Not the owner by far. The dogs were removed and the rest went just fine.

If everything went well with the condo why was it rated a three star and not a five star. I communicated with you about the no pet policies and gave you sufficient time to make other arrangements. We pride ourselves in providing excellent service.

Great stay. Condo was close to beach and other amenities. Clean and well furnished. Host’s directions were clear and concise and responses were very timely. It would be nice to have access to the washer and dryer. Suggestion: Dry the towels in the dryer. The were very scratchy. Not pleasant to use on face or body. Otherwise we had a great stay

Holiday weekend

Perfect location and accommodations were nicer than I anticipated. Pool was nice also. Host got back to me immediately when I had questions. It was really hot for the first evening as they turn up the AC before check in but it went down by about 11 pm and was not a problem after that. Definitely recommend.

Property was clean and nice only thing was getting falsely accused of being loud and being up late on balcony and throwing trash down to the property down stairs when it was just a napkin took and sent pictures proof to property owner

No, I did not accuse my guest of being loud I was only notifying my guest that I was notified by the management company that the owner beneath my unit had called and complained about people being outside on the balcony being excessively loud at 3:00 in the morning and that it sounded as if the people were moving furniture at that hour. This is the only thing I relayed to my guest. Again the management company made the claim that was reported to them by the other owner. I notified my guess of the complaint and that Quiet time starts at 11:00 pm. To follow the rules.

Awesome stay !

My husband and I and our 3 adult children stayed for 3 nights. The condo was newly renovated and the decor was beautiful. It was very clean, beds were comfortable. The condo had everything we needed for our stay including a fully stocked kitchen. Paul was amazing host, very friendly and responded to my messages right away. Also in a great location, a block away from the beach and close enough to walk to restaurants and bars. Will definitely stay again.

Summer Trip

Overall location and cleanliness were great. Short walk down to beach and the Wanna Wanna beach bar. The Bar has Umbrella and Chair rentals for 35.00 per set up. Recommend if you bring your own to bring a beach cart as well. Parking is very limited at the beach access 19. The complex was secure but we had a rowdy group staying the same time below us and they stayed at pool with loud music till 1:30 in the morning each night we were there. Recommend bringing extra towels as the washer and dryer only available for extended stays. Recommend bringing an extra blow up mattress for extra guest as the sofa bed was outdated and not comfortable at all. The owner was very responsive to inquires.

Thank you for your review. As for the rowdy group you should have notified me or called the police department to report them. It’s posted around the pool area that quiet time is from 11pm to 8 am. As for the bath towels apparently there were enough because more than half of the towels were not used, plus we also provide six beach towels. The washer/dryer is provided for seven and more day stays, this information is posted on the website. The sofa sleeper sofa is five years old and it’s as comfortable as any other sleeper sofa.

When I booked this, I saw that a washer/dryer was in the amenities. However, on line 7 in the description, you can only have access to them if it's a long term stay. Unfortunately, I didn't see this in the manager's description and the washer and dryer were locked up. Thinking I had access, like it says in the amenities, I packed light, so I ended up going to a laundromat. I must be spoiled from previous VRBO bookings, there was a half roll of paper towels and coffee filters. I had to buy another roll, and if you want anything other than salt and pepper, there's nothing in the kitchen. We had a tiny bar of soap and a little shampoo. So back to the grocery store. The palmetto bug crawling across the silverware liked to scared me to death, so we washed everything right before using them.

I’m sorry you didn’t notice a clear description of the condo, but we try to be as clear as possible. The condo is also equipped with supplies to get your stay started, two rolls of toilet paper are left in each bathroom, shampoo, conditioner, body wash and soap. The entire complex is sprayed monthly, unfortunately some bugs will make their way in. The kitchen is fully equipped we provide coffee filters and salt and pepper shakers, plus it was never mentioned in the condo description that it’s an all-inclusive condo.

The condo was in a very nice and safe area. The added security of a locked tall gate and fencing around property was great. The condo grounds are nicely landscaped. The pool very clean and cold and refreshing during the hot days, but warm during the chilly nights. Hot tub was oh..so..warm and relaxing. The condo itself was decorated with great style and really, really clean. The Queen Beds in each bedroom were the most comfortable I have ever slept in. All of the furnishings were very tasteful. The washer and dryer were a welcome surprise. The condo even had beach towels for your use. The walk to beach is only steps away, with no major streets to cross. Everything you have at home, you have here, all dishes, utensils and pots and pans. All new condition. I can not say enough good things about this rental. Only that a weekend is not enough. We were all sad to be leaving. Paul the host was so helpful and if a question arose, he answered back within a few minutes, even texted us to see if we were happy. I am so spoiled now for anything else. Yes, I will re-book again, and if any of my family are going down this summer I already told them, this is the place to stay. Just be warned, they set the bar high, and you will be spoiled after your stay here. Thank you Paul for being so attentive.

Super Clean & Great Location!

Upon arrival, we immediately liked that the entrance to the condominiums was secured with a passcode. The courtyard was was well kept and the pull was clean and heated. The kids loved having a space to swim away from the beach! The inside of the condo was very clean and nice! We enjoyed having the space for the family to stretch out and relax. The condo being less than 100 yards away from public beach access was an added bonus. Overall, 5 stars.

The condo is very nice but the pool is very small fits about 3 to 4 people at time. The water is super hot of the pool. Owner is nice but at the end was rude. I left brand new shoes in the condo asked if he could mail them and his reply was he didn’t offer that service and that my brand new shoes were thrown in the trash bin. The shoes were brand new. Didn’t like that about the owner could have mailed them and I would have paid for the service. Very noisy outside you can hear everyone since the area is very small. Condo is good but overall I would give it a 6. The air is not very cold. Need updating of the toilets don’t flush too good.
