Our apartment was completed in 2024 and is located in the Beltline area of Calgary, which is adjacent to downtown Calgary, just a 15-minute drive away.

The Beltline is an area where fashion and retro vibes intertwine, with many trendy boutiques, vintage furniture stores, vinyl record shops, and unique stores.

The area boasts Calgary's renowned food street, 17 Ave, offering a diverse range of cuisines from stylish Mexican restaurants to local favorites and Korean eateries.

Please treat this space with care and keep noise to a minimum to avoid disturbing neighbors. If you have any issues, please contact us, and we will take action promptly. We apologize, but parties are not allowed. Upon departure, please ensure doors are closed and locked.

Smoking, vaping, and any type of drugs are prohibited.
Parties are strictly prohibited. Moderate alcohol consumption only.

Every time you leave the house, please turn off all lights and gas stoves, and close and lock all windows, sliders, and doors.

Arrival and check-in:
Check-in anytime after 4:00 PM.
Departure and check-out:
Check-out by 10:00 AM.

Please maintain the condition of the house. We will perform a deep clean after your departure.
Please sort out the garbage generated during your stay:
Blue trash bin, for all recyclables such as paper, plastic, and glass bottles.
Green trash bin, for leftover food, please use the compostable plastic bags provided next to the sink.
Black trash bin, for other waste.

If there are dirty dishes upon your departure, please place all dishes in the dishwasher and start the "auto" wash cycle. You will find dishwasher detergent capsules under the kitchen sink.

Please turn off all lights and gas stoves, and close and lock all windows, sliders, and doors.
Please leave the house key on the table.
