Directions and parking instructions incorrect/incomplete

A lovely property but was given the incorrect address at checkin which resulted in a lot of confusion, and incomplete parking instructions which resulted in a very expensive parking ticket. The property owner agreed to pay half of the parking ticket.

Beautiful light filled apartment in the heart of Calgary overlooking ( and easy access to ) the Stampede grounds. Lovely, tasteful western decor and kitchen and bathrooms thoughtfully stocked with everything one would need to make it a home away from home. There were even umbrellas there for us to use. Which we DID! Thanks, if we come out to Calgary again we'd try to stay there once more!

We enjoyed the quaint condo. It was close to downtown attractions and very clean. It would be perfect for going to a Flames game!

This place was absolutely amazing!!! The location is perfect, close to many amenities. It has everything to make your stay comfortable. The hosts have thought of everything that you may need or want in your stay. Will definitely look to see if this place is available next time I'm in Calgary.

Visited Calgary for the weekend with my husband. We couldnt have asked for a better place to stay. It was spotless, bed was so comfy plus the unit had everything you could think of and some. All the little extras we so nice to have. Felt spoiled at Mike and Paulines

Stayed for 2 nights and it’s very well decorated. Kitchen very well stocked. Coffee & creamer was provided. It is small but nice. It does need blackout shades in bedrooms as it doesn’t get dark from lights around the area. Unfortunately while there only 1 of the 3 elevators were working and it caused long waits & lines. This unit is on floor 14 of 40 floors. Was very frustrating & according to folks that live there it happens frequently. No ice machine in the building so plan ahead.

Good Times

Three of us stayed for 2 nights. The views were great! Def awesome to wake up to.The place was clean and tidy. Had everything we needed. Location was good. We were able to take the train into the city. Communication with the host was quick and easy. Overall we all had a blast.

Good stay, no communication

We stayed for a total of two nights. Location was great for what we were in town for. Check in process was not seamless. Tried to contact host by message and calling with no response at all. Directions were given to locate the lockbox that holds the key but the lockbox description was not accurate. We spent entirely too much time trying to figure out which lockbox was the correct one. Again, no response from the host when we encountered problems so we eventually tried all the lockboxes on the fence until one worked. It was a stressful situation. The unit was small but served our needs. Although I wish there was some notification that this unit had no blackout shades. The windows are floor to ceiling and the sun woke us up entirely too early. If they don’t plan on installing black out shades/curtains, there should definitely be a disclaimer. Or maybe a note to potential clients to bring sleep masks. We checked out 2 days ago and still have not received a call or message back regarding issues that we tried to address privately.

We had a wonderful time staying at this place. The host was very responsive and easy to communicate with. The apartment is very cozy and extremely clean. We were very pleased overall and appreciate the chance to stay here.

Fantastic Calgary Experience!

We came here with our teen to check out AUArts and Calgary as a possible city for university. We were pleasantly surprised by both Calgary and our wonderful stay at Mike & Coleen's place. The suite is exactly as shown in the photos: brilliantly decorated, thoughtfully stocked, comfy beds, relaxing space, close to great restaurants & Cafes (ZCrew Cafe - a must try!), easy to access, in walking distance to downtown and the C-Train, and right next to the Stampede grounds. Being located directly above Cowboy's Casino, the loud dance music thumps a bit until the wee hours of the morning so if you are a light sleeper, bring some ear plugs and a face mask to block out noise & light. If you're an early riser, you'll be delighted by the incredible morning sunrises as the views are breathtaking! We recommend checking out the fun 17th Ave, Inglewood and Kensington neighbourhoods for restaurants & shops. Would hands-down come again!!

Simply Amazing!!!

Communication and check in was a breeze. Bit of an adventure but I had a blast locating the lock box. My family was wondering what I was doing, I just smiled and said “come with me”Once we got to the room it was so clean and the view was the best. Will stay there again. Thank you Mike and Pauline.
