Just as the name suggests, “Botanical Hideaway” is a tranquil oasis surrounded by trees, and backing onto the stunning Botanical Gardens. Private and peaceful, the only sound you will hear is that of birds singing. Nestled in the corner of the large sun-deck is the hot tub, which is the perfect spot to relax while the kids make use of the playground and swing-ball in the fully-fenced yard. The out-door area is an entertainers dream – so fire up the BBQ and enjoy the sunshine and privacy!

You can’t look past this spacious home for creating those lasting family memories. Inside and outside, you will find plenty of entertainment and games for both young and old. Everything has been thought of here.

Prime location – simply walk out the back gate and you will be absolutely spoilt for choice with the many wonderful walking tracks in the Botanical Gardens. A lovely spot for a picnic!
The lake is only a short 3 minute drive away, and town centre is at most a 7 minute drive.

The house itself boasts a large modern kitchen, 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, large lounge plus additional smaller lounge/sitting area and dining area. There is a heat-pump, underfloor heating (in the kitchen) and a pellet fire to keep you toasty during the winter months. During the warmer months, make use of the air-conditioning unit on the downstairs level of the house and the ceiling fan upstairs.

The master bedroom has an ensuite bathroom, and a small private balcony where, on a clear day, you can even catch a glimpse of the snowy mountains.

No hidden costs – Bedding, towels, wifi, and exit clean are all included in your nightly rate.

Bedding configuration is 1x Super King, 1x Queen, 1x Bunk (Single over Queen), 1x Queen, 2x Sofa beds.
