Excellent stay. My wife and I and our small dog were there for a nearby wedding. Location wasgreat as was the outside area. Nicely furnished with good provisions. Would definitely stay again!

Perfect little get away!

Loved this place. It's super clean and just as comfortable as being in my own home. My favorite part is that I got to bring my fur babies with me. I highly recommend this stay!

We would’ve appreciated a heads up about the lack of wi-fi, but other than that we had an excellent stay at this property. Beautiful place to have a nice unplugged weekend.

Really accessible location, cute set up with lots of provisions. The water however had a really strong smell of sulphur, but was informed that it was part of the amenities of having well water.

Retreat from life

We truly enjoyed our time there. It was what we needed after a very stressful month. Internet would have been nice, but not having it helped us unplug. We had no problems with water after purchasing 2 gallons for our morning coffee before arriving. It is a quaint little house well worth the price.

Peace and quiet

I was looking for a quiet place for some solace and time to unwind. This filled the bill. I will say it was closer to the road than I expected but inside I never heard any road noise and when outside it was not bad. I enjoyed my stay and would stay again. I would add that internet would have been nice but truly, I never missed it.

Good location

This was in a good location to get to different parts of town. The main downside to me is the fence is not suitable for a small pet which they only allow small pets to stay there. There's large gaps in the gates and around the perimeter. Additional fees for the pet should go towards the repair and update of these Gates and fences. Besides that everything was okay.

Great little house but one drawback

House was nice and cozy but we had issues with the water. Water smelled so bad and when we used the hot water the water turned black with sediment. We stopped using it after the first day, not even to shower in. Otherwise the house and property was great, just as described in listing. Except for the one issue we loved it.

The sulfur smell of the water is extremely common in the hill country and letting the water run for about 10 minutes is a good way to get rid of it.
