A 2 minute walk takes you to the estuary and boat launching facilities, or for those that dont mind stretching their legs it is a 20 minute walk to the surf beach and the start of the great Coastal Walking route. Cafes, takeaways, shops and a supermarket are only a gentle 10 minute stroll away.
Ideally suited to a small family this property is fenced with a flat landscaped area in front of the bach with plenty of play areas for kids plus room to park up your boat/cars and and access to the laundry facilities in the double garage. The house has large wrap around decks providing a sheltered sunny or shady spot depending on the time of day. There is a large outdoor table (seating up to 8) with sun umbrella and it is a great place to have a few quiet ones with friends at the end of the day.
All beds are fitted with quality comfortable mattresses for a good nights sleep and a Nespresso coffee machine is available for your use, BYO capsules. A kayak with trolley wheels is also available for use and is great for exploring the estuary. A second TV with (freeview)and DVD Player in the second bedroom is also great for entertaining the kids on rainy days.
