Whether you're here to unwind or explore, this home offers the best of laid-back luxury in the heart of Newport Beach.
Step inside and you'll be welcomed by a spacious open-concept living area, thoughtfully designed to bring people together. The large sectional couch is anchored by a stunning stone fireplace, creating a cozy atmosphere that flows effortlessly into the gourmet kitchen. With sleek stainless steel appliances, custom cabinetry, and seating for eight across two dining tables, this space is perfect for family meals, entertaining, or simply relaxing after a day on the sand.
From the living room, step outside to your oceanfront patio, where plush seating and a built-in gas firepit set the tone for peaceful evenings under the stars. Whether you're grilling on the BBQ or sipping wine with your toes in the sand, this space is made for unforgettable moments.

HOME LOCATION
Located just a few minutes from the Balboa Pier and just a quick walk to the Fun Zone, & Balboa Island Ferry you are never far from the Action. Directly out in front of the Home is miles of beach where you will find Volleyball Courts, Fire-Pits, and the occasional flag football/ultimate frisbee tournament just off to the Right.
From our home, you can safely walk or ride bikes anywhere on the peninsula, balboa island, or down to Huntington Beach (45-minute ride 1 way) along the oceanfront boardwalk. However, with more than 30+ restaurants & bars, shops, electric boat/jet ski rentals, Surfboard/Paddle-board Lessons all within a 2-15 minute walk, you will never need to travel far.
For those of you seeking a Daytime adventure, the Catalina Express, Whale Watching Tours, and Sailing Adventures all depart from the docks across the Street. For those of you with kids, the Balboa Fun-Zone is also just across the street making this home an ideal location for families. For those of you with the itch to shop, we recommend hopping on the ferry to Balboa Island. If you can't find what you are looking for, the world-famous Shops at Fashion Island has it all located just a 5-minute taxi ride from the Island.
IMPORTANT HOME NOTES:
- Upon completion of reservation tenants will be required to comply with the HOUSE RULES (including additional rules) outlined in our online Advertisement. Please review prior to submitting your booking.
-Tenants will be held responsible for any/all penalties and fines incurred during their stay as well as loss of rental revenue resulting from the suspension or revocation of the Property City Lodging Permit.
- Upon arrival, the guest will be greeted by a staff member to verify identification matching the primary reservation holder. The primary reservation holder must be present throughout the duration of the reservation. Any exceptions must be approved in writing by Tower 17 Properties & Management.
- This property does not allow pets of any kind but will accommodate service animals. If a pet is brought to the property without notification, a charge of $499 plus tax and applicable fees will be charged to your reservation.
- Must be 30+ Years Old to Rent
- City of Newport Beach Quiet Hours 10 pm - 7 am.
- No Patio Access after 10 pm
- Please review house rules regarding noise, day/nighttime occupancy, etc.
- Noise from surrounding homes, adjacent units, and beachgoers should be expected.
- High Chair & Pack n' Play must be requested 48 hours prior to your stay and are provided pending availability.
- You are provided 2 Parking Spots in the two-car garage. Mid-Sized SUVs and compact cars are recommended.
- Fireplace must not be left unattended while ignited for any reason
