This property was perfect for our family vacation. It was much bigger than pictured, newly renovated and clean, and the location was perfect and walking distance from the beach, restaurants, and shopping. We loved the rooftop and enjoyed the Bbq and fire pit. I would 100% book again!

Property and hosts were amazing! They provided everything you could need for a fun trip. Having so many beach equipment was so convenient as we've stayed other places that charge for chairs/towels/umbrellas. We had the best weekend!

Great location! Very clean! Fully stocked! Beach chairs, cruisers,beach towels- everything there! Loved the service of having the fridge stocked with our preordered groceries! Host was very responsive to any requests or questions/recommendations on the area! We would love to go back!

The beach house stay was great. Communication with the host went smoothly. The beach house was as advertised, clean, contained many amenities including air conditioning, bikes, beach chairs, beach towels and a wagon to get to and from the beach. Kitchen was well stocked with appliances (coffee maker and toaster oven) as well as dishes and pots and pans. The outside roof patio was great providing comfort and views. Overall the house was very clean and provided a great beach week experience for our entire family.

We had a great time at this beautiful property. The location is amazing and we loved the rooftop space. The property managers were responsive every time we reached out. Our one issue was we were not aware that there would be another unit on top of ours. Unfortunately the people above us had small children that constantly ran around. As the walls were very thin, it did impact our time inside the unit, especially creating early mornings. The property owners were quick to respond to our noise complaints and even gave us a small refund for the noise issues, but there was not much they could do to address the issue as it is a different management company.

Summer vacation

Property was amazing with update amenities and really clean. The location was perfect between both piers, and the staff was super responsive and helpful when we had questions. This will be our new vacation spot.

The place was immaculate. It was great to have beach cruisers available to ride although we didn't have time to do that. Good location within walking distance to beaches and the Fun Zone. Would have loved to use the deck but it was a bit too windy in March. We did hear the people in the other unit clomping around but it wasn't too bad. We had three cars so two had to park on the street but we had no trouble finding parking. Worked well for our group of six. Beds were comfortable. Bring eyeshades for sleeping though because all the blinds are white and don't block out much light, especially in the AM. A/C worked great.

Great vacation experience overall. The house was spacious and clean, and had everything we wanted / needed to maximize our enjoyment of the beach all week while we were there. Very short walk to the beach and well located for everything in Newport and the Balboa Peninsula. We really enjoyed our stay!

Amazing location one block from beach and one from the bay. The condo is two stories, with one bedroom down and two up. We stayed with five adults and four kids and it was easy to fit everyone with a few blow up mattresses. Do make sure you ask for a few extra towels. The garage is stocked with bikes, boards, and chairs for the beach! The wagon was amazing, we used it every day!
