Proudly hosted by Island Rentals of Hilton Head, this exceptional Evian villa offers a rare and highly sought-after feature—complete privacy as one of the few standalone units with no adjoining walls. Designed for comfort and flexibility, this spacious 3-bedroom, 4-bathroom retreat also includes a second living area that easily functions as a fourth sleeping space, making it ideal for families or groups traveling together. Guests will enjoy thoughtful amenities throughout their stay, including four adult bicycles from South Beach Bike Rentals, four backpack beach chairs, cable TV, WiFi, and access to the Shipyard Beach Club.

The main level welcomes you with a bright and open living space, complete with a large flat-screen TV and a charming decorative fireplace. Just beyond, a spacious dining area comfortably seats six, while the adjacent kitchen features stainless steel appliances, crisp white cabinetry, and a cozy breakfast nook with seating for four. Two well-appointed bedrooms are located on this level, including the primary suite with a King bed and a private ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower. A second bedroom with two twin beds also offers its own ensuite bath, which conveniently serves the main living area as well.

Upstairs, the home continues to impress with a versatile loft space that includes a Queen sleeper sofa, flat-screen TV, and board games—perfect as an additional lounge or sleeping area. The upper level also features a spacious King bedroom with a luxurious ensuite bathroom, highlighted by a large glass walk-in shower with multiple showerheads, creating a spa-like experience for guests.

Located within the beautiful Shipyard Plantation, Evian Villas provide a peaceful setting surrounded by lush landscaping, oak trees, and scenic lagoons. Great place!

Very spacious home. The fourth shower was super nice to have. Location was great being in a dead end of the community. Very quiet. Amenities were all appreciated. Kitchen supplies could use some updating and enhancing (new pots and pans etc.). What was there worked fine, but just a suggestion. We very much enjoyed our stay. Thank you!

A perfect place to stay with a medium sized family or group

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This condo was the perfect place to stay for a get-away week. It is located at the end of the strip, allowing for more privacy than some of the other surrounding units. It is very close to the tennis (pickleball) courts and the pool, so you do not have to commute by car. The beach is also within riding distance via bike, if you don’t want to pack up a car and deal with finding a parking spot. Lots of great food in the surrounding area. Plenty of room for a medium sized family or group to sleep comfortably. Highly recommend a stay here and I will definitely be coming back in the future!

There’s a great outdoor back porch overlooking a the river where we enjoyed slow mornings drinking coffee and looking at wildlife. The kitchen, dining area, and living space is spacious and allowed for meals at home, game nights, movie nights, and comfort. Each room was clean, spacious, and perfect in every way. The cherry on top was how proximal the house was to the beach, stores, and restaurants. We truly can’t recommend this place enough!!

Reviewer Comments: We are current owners in Evian but needed more lodging for visiting family.This spacious villa provided three full size bedrooms that accommodated six individuals. However, the pullout sofa on the second floor was inadequate for two adults and not private. Owners should consider framing in the room, installing a door and adding a Queen bed.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had the best time at 177 Evian! It was spacious enough for 6 adults and 4 kids to have the vacation of a lifetime. There were so many amenities (pickleball! tennis! the pool!) at our fingertips and we were a short bike ride/walk/drive to the beach. The condo came stocked with 4 beach chairs and 4 bikes, which was such a nice touch to schlep fewer along with us on the drive down. The four (really nice) bathrooms made it so comfortable and easy for all of us to get ready for dinners out and the spacious kitchen made it easy to cook in, too! We will be returning every year! This was the best beach vacation we've ever taken :)

A Peaceful Location

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This unit in the Evian area of Shipyard has an excellent location. The pool and tennis courts are a short walk and it is also an easy walk to the beach. Our visit in early May was before the summer crowds, so the vibe in Shipyard was very mellow, even quiet.This unit is spacious and features newly renovated bathrooms. It has nice views of the lagoon and feels quite secluded. In fact, it really is a separate house, unconnected to other units. Some of the furnishings are new, and some are older which gives the feel of a family residence rather than a rental property. We had a relaxing and peaceful experience and would stay in 177 Evain again.
