Cette villa est située à côté de l'une des 3 piscines communautaires, avec la commodité de la piscine étant à quelques pas.

Cette villa a été récemment meublée en juin 2018. Il a tout le confort de la maison. Profitez de tout ce que South Forest Beach a à offrir. Avec des vélos gratuits et des chaises longues, les plages de l'océan Atlantique sont à une courte distance en voiture.

Que vous recherchiez un endroit près de la plage, un cadre tropical tranquille pour se reposer ou des vacances à haute énergie / haute activité, notre maison de ville peut tout offrir. Il y a beaucoup d'activités à choisir. Pourtant, cette luxueuse résidence privée offre de nombreuses possibilités de détente.

Le premier étage dispose d'une cuisine bien équipée, salle à manger, et un salon avec une télévision à écran plat et une terrasse avec un barbecue électrique et un ensemble de patio.

Chaque chambre a sa propre salle de bain complète. Le maître à l'étage a un lit queen-size. La deuxième chambre a des lits jumeaux. Toutes les chambres ont la télévision par câble. Il y a des draps et des serviettes dans toutes les chambres. La conception de maison de ville de deux étages veille à ce qu'il n'y a personne qui dort au-dessus de vous - pour garantir un repos nocturne tranquille.

Good rental with good location

One is the requirement to have to take out the trash considering that there is a cleaning fee charged to the rental. Master bedroom mattress needs to be upgraded to a queen size and newer. Otherwise really good unit with good location.

Great Vacation Getaway

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved our long weekend at 48 Ocean Breeze. The unit was spacious and very clean. It had everything we needed and then some! The beach chairs/wagon were great and we took advantage of having the bikes. We did contact the management company about one minor thing and they were super responsive. If you need a large/sturdy umbrella I would suggest renting that, there is one in the unit but it isn't great if it is a bit windy. Perfect time on Hilton Head.

Over 10 days plenty of sand accumulated on the floors. The provided bikes are ok, but in desperate needs of maintenance - pedals grind/click, head tube is stripped.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I really enjoyed my rental experience with my family. The place was clean and inviting. There was a pool directly behind us but it didn’t cause noise issues honestly. We also didn’t go to the pool because we spent most of our time at the beach and on the bicycles. Once we got to the location, I pretty much parked my car for three days and used the bicycles. That was a nice inclusion to the property. Bikes only took 5-10 min to the beach or other locations. I didn’t have any contact with staff outside of people coming to clean the last day. While I wish they didn’t show up at 0915a when checkout is at 1000a (anxiety and all) I do understand a bit. The young ladies waited patiently for us to exit though. Overall i would definitely return to this location. The only thing I could recommend for the property is possibly a dog park nearby or if there is one... directions to it.

We had a great 3 weeks. The unit was very clean, well equipped, well located for walks to the beach and Colligny Plaza. Would happily re-rent this unit another year.

A great getaway

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great week at this condo! The location is just a 10 minute walk from the ocean. If you prefer a pool, there is a pool just out the back door. This is a quiet neighborhood and we couldn’t hear the neighbors. The condo is well stocked with plenty of kitchen items if you decide to stay in and cook. We would certainly stay here again.

The villa was spacious, clean, and well-stocked with clean towels, kitchen items, and beach supplies. There was plenty of space for all. The location was perfect- a short walk or bike ride to the beach, close to shopping and restaurants, and the community pool is right out the back door. It was so nice to have 4 bikes available which my family used every day! The only small problem, was that our grill was not working. Management responded promptly and brought a replacement grill the following day.

Hilton head beach walk

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house was plenty big enough and was as described. The living room is very small and very odd shape making 1/3 of it unusable. The entire downstairs was awkward and felt claustrophobic.The home appears clean when we walked in, however, the doorknobs, doors, kitchen cabinets, various walls and baseboards were not clean. They were grimy and dusty -obviously the cleaning team is not ‘deep cleaning’ nor are they washing light switches, doors, cabinets or knobs.The bedrooms and bathrooms were clean. Toilets, tubs and linens were clean. The beds had nice linens and were clean and comfortable. There was plenty of closet space.Under the stairs was a huge closet full of beach items, which was nice.The pool is very close and we enjoyed using it.Parking leaves something to be desired. No places are marked with unit numbers but several people complained to us saying we were “in their spot”. We politely moved our cars, but if they were marked, it would be much easier and less stressful.The walk to the beach is quite a bit longer than it appears from looking at the map. It takes a good 15-20 minutes to walk to the beach - public access. The beach was lovely! Easy access and bathrooms!Overall the house was fine. We did have one small problem but the property manager took care of it right away and answered his phone every time I called him.

Fantastic location and great amenities

My wife and I stayed here and had a great vacation. Everything was as described and the inclusion of beach chairs and bikes really made our stay perfect. The short walk to the beach is something that you do not get at many places. I would highly recommend this unit and return to it in the future.

Great Trip

My husband and I took our two year old lab with us, and enjoyed our stay. Location is great. The grounds are beautiful and well kept. Unit was nice; we had no issues.

It’s a short bike ride to Coligny Circle/Shopping Center and the Alder beach access. We very much appreciated and enjoyed the stay. In fact, we are looking to return in January 2023. If not to this property, then one and the same vicinity that allows dogs.

Reviewer Comments: We stayed here and the master bedroom bed, was not in a good state. It had us caving toward the middle and needs to be switched out. It was not the best sleeping experience. The unit was dirty upon arrival and other past guest socks were found under the tv. The location was great, but we will pass on this unit next time.

Wonderful getaway

We had originally booked this listing but the owner was having work done on it, so they set us up in a different, larger unit. We were thrilled with the property - very spacious and came stocked with all the essentials (more than just started packs as described!). Few issues arose with the dryer and disposal and they sent maintenance out very quickly to fix the problems. Management was very friendly and helpful. We had an infant, toddler and grandparents with us for the week and the condo was set up so well for everyone to be comfortable. We will definitely be back!

Great family vacation

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The property was as described. Our choices were somewhat limited due to having our dog with us. We rode bikes to the beach (5-10) minutes, walked (10-15 minutes), or one of us dropped the others off. We appreciated the bikes (2 of the 4 worked well), the 4 beach chairs, and most importantly, the rolling cart to lug everything to the beach. The twin mattresses need replaced, the sleeper sofa is your typical uncomfortable sleeper sofa, and the carpets could use a good cleaning. The backyard pool was nice but too hot to enjoy (it was August and the weather was very hot and humid.) Watch out for cabinet wall that juts out when you enter the kitchen...had a couple bumped heads on that. The rental company quickly brought a toaster and sheets for the sofa bed when requested. Watch out for the jelly fish in August...apparently they migrate to warmer water in Aug/Sept. highly recommend a sunset cruise.

Consider others before unit 48

Cleaning service only cleans in open areas. A lot of hair and dirt in corners and behind things. Dirty coffee grinds left in maker AC did not work upon arrival but maintenance fixed relatively quick but took 8hrs to cool down Toaster didnt work so we spend half of time there holding down toaster button Refrigerator did not stay very cold and was on highest setting Dryer squeaking very loudly. Maintenance showed up and unplugged so we had no dryer for last 5 days Only had soap by kitchen faucet so had to purchase for bathrooms Porch steps very slick when wet. Fell twice on way down w flip flops on
