Beautiful place to stay! Very clean. The kitchen was stocked with all the necessities and then some! Walkable to the pool but not to the beach So fun to bring our dog! I would definitely recommend!

End of summer getaway.

We had a great time. The property was clean, well equipped, and nicely decorated. The only negative was hurricane Helena. The maintenance crew did an excellent job cleaning up the mess the day after the storm. When they were done, you won’t even know we went through a hurricane. Hoping to return next year to this property.

Nice Villa about 6 minutes drive from the closest beach

Villa is as advertised, clean and in a nice beach community. Description should specify that to get to the beach you need to drive about 6 minutes. The host company is fast to respond via text, but they did not handle well a request for late check out (said yes first then no), creating a nuissance for our departure.

Terrible location and parking passes

Although this home was wonderful, we had 6 guests on this stay and was given only 1 beach pass. We had to make multiple trips back and forth to get everyone to the beach. The walk to the beach is about 25 minutes. We seen multiple spider webs throughout the home and the patio was covered with leaves which I swept myself after checking in. They base the amount of parking passes with the number of rooms in the home and I had to leave my car at another building offsite to allow my other family members to park at the home due to having 1 car over. I would not recommend to a large group of family or friends.

House was great!

Loved the location and the layout of the home. My only complaint was that the twin beds were super uncomfortable and the downstairs king was very squeaky. Bedsides from that we had a great trip!

We had a wonderful Thanksgiving week in Evian. Condo was large and the outside seating area was quiet, private, and allowed us to grill and enjoy the calmness of nature and the golfers teeing off. We have visited HHI and Evian many times and always have a great time. This was no exception. We never want to leave and will definitely be back.

Enjoyed our stay

Great stay. Good location. Loved the decor. House had the basic amenities needed. House needed some dusting. Wish there was a tv in the downstairs bedroom. If mobility is a concern, there is a big step up into the property, a step down from foyer to main living area and another step down from main living area to living room. Had to use a step stool to get into the downstairs bedroom as the bed is high. Loved the vanity and large shower in the upstairs bedroom. Kids room was nice and had some entertaining activities.

Great place, nice stay. 20- 30 min walk to the beach, 7 min if you drive ( to Ship yard each).

My family and loved this place. There were a few things not as clean, but it is fine we cleaned it. The only two things we had problems with was that the disposal in the kitchen sink did not work the while time, and the upstairs closet had a plunger in it, which to me was not hygienic, so we did not use the closet. But other than that it was great. There was no bugs in the house. The beach which is advertised with this property is a nice walk away about 20- to 30 minutes, or 7 minutes away if you drive you never leave Ship yard to go to the beach unless you want to. Or you can ride you bike there. Nice paths, the pool is also just a walk away, or you can drive there. We cleaned as we left except for covers and one towel, but that is because we like to leave places clean when we leave, but it does have the cheek- out list in the fridge. I would recommend it. Very homey. Only give it 4 stars because we had to clean and there was a broken plastic bowl in the property, and the disposal not working at all, before we used anything. But still reccomend it.

The condo had great bedroom and dining accommodation, but seating in den was uncomfortable.

There were bugs in kitchen and downstairs bedroom. Long walk to pool and had to drive to beach where there was very little parking. Bedrooms were lovely and included vanities. Wifi went out a lot as did TV. . Master bedroom TV had unusual channel selections.. enjoyed the large pool. Disappointed that tennis courts wouldn’t allow us to play Pickleball.

Immaculate and close to beach

It was such a nice feeling to walk into this property. Much detail to decor and very clean. Everything you need is provided; kitchen perfectly stocked nice and lush neighborhood with biking and walking trails. Very close access to beach you can bike if you’d like to. Absolutely loved it and the manager was very welcoming and informative. Thank you so much for allowing us to stay in your property! Would definitely go back!!

Clean and a central location

Very nice location, close to everything you want to explore in HHI. Rental process was easy, good value, and as presented in photos. Well appointed kitchen, comfortable beds and furniture. Recently updated master bath. Pet friendly but no obvious signs of pet wear and tear. Would rent again!

Week at Evian 139

We had a wonderful week staying at Evian 139. The entire family was able to relax and enjoy a quality unit in beautiful surroundings. This was the first time we stayed in Shipyard in many years, but because of our experience at Evian, we will look forward to returning there.
