The Space:

Bedrooms:

The main floor boasts a comfortable queen bedroom with an en suite bathroom featuring a convenient bath/shower combo. A desk/work space is also provided in this room for your convenience.

Upstairs, you'll find a serene king bedroom with its own en suite bath (the Banana Leaf Room with the Doorman bed), ensuring utmost privacy and comfort. Additionally, there's a charming "pink room" with a king bed and a colorful twin room, all featuring premium hybrid mattresses and luxury sheets.



Bathrooms:

Enjoy the convenience of three full bathrooms throughout the house, each stocked with body wash, shampoo, and conditioner.



Laundry:

Keep your wardrobe fresh with the full-size washer/dryer located on the first floor. An ironing board, iron, and handheld steamer are also available in the laundry closet for your use.



Cooling and Heating:

Stay comfortable year-round with two central heating and cooling systems and multiple fans. Adjust the thermostat upstairs and downstairs to your liking for optimal comfort.



Coffee:

Although we do not provide coffee, we have drip, kuerig and French press for you to use!



Kitchen:

Whether you're a culinary enthusiast or prefer dining out, our fully stocked kitchen has everything you need, including a blender, mixer, toaster oven, and various baking/cooking/serving ware. Don't forget to check the hidden drawer to the left of the refrigerator for utensils!



Outdoor:

We offer an off street parking pad for one car, and usually ample street parking for extra vehicles. We also have a lovely back courtyard for relaxing near the Magnolia Blossoms!

Guest Access:

Guests have access to the entire home, parking pad and backyard.



The Neighborhood:

Uptown is a great New Orleans neighborhood between the Garden District and Tulane University/Audobon Park. Live like a local and stroll down the block for an expresso drink at Cherry Coffee, or Hansen's Snow Ball in the afternoon. Walk up to Magazine street for shopping, galleries or restaurants. You are so close to the French Quarter, but can come home to a quieter neighborhood at the end of your night.



Getting Around:

We have an off street parking pad and two street parking spaces in the front of the house when available. It's easy to get an Uber if you need one. If you are more adventurous, walk up to the streetcar line on St Charles and take it down to the French Quarter for a picturesque trip.



Other Things to Note:

This home contains a decibel monitoring device. The device is located in a common area and not in any bedroom or bathroom.

Interaction with Guests:

We give our guests privacy, but are available via messenger when needed.
