2/2 Sunset Vista, Beach view! Treasure Island 401N

Come on down the weather is fine! Beach is open and gorgeous. Both pools are open and currently unheated (repair date unknown), and both hot tubs are open and heated, pavers in-between the pools are currently being worked on, and they're also working on restoring the Tiki Bar. There may be some construction noise between 9am-6pm, and the direct access to the beach has been diverted to the public beach access points, which are located at both the North and South sides of the Sunset Vistas property line.
The onsite Cafe is open with Tiki Bar service.

Sunset Vistas is a beautiful beachfront resort nestled along Treasure Island that features abundant guest amenities to make your vacation very special. This two (2) bedroom/two (2) bath, 870-square-foot suite is located on the 4th floor of Sunset Vistas North and faces west. Enjoy quiet evenings of gorgeous sunsets and cocktails on your private balcony. Able to accommodate up to six (6), it features a King in the Master, a Queen bed in the second bedroom, and a Queen sleeper sofa in the living room.

The living accommodation offers a dining area that seats five (5) along with a breakfast bar that seats up to two Additional Guests, and a fully equipped kitchen with cooking and eating utensils for preparing your food, with a microwave, refrigerator with ice maker, oven/range, washer/dryer, and dishwasher, and coffeemaker.

A variety of upgrades have been added to maximize your comfort.
The suite includes free high-speed wireless internet, large-screen televisions, and ceiling fans throughout.

Guests enjoy a host of resort amenities, such as a large private resort pool, whirlpool spas, and a children's pool. You'll have access to the fitness center, the tropical courtyard, and one (1) reserved parking place (parking pass to be put on dashboard). Parking is covered and located entirely under building cover. Sorry, we cannot help with parking for any additional vehicles, however, check with the front desk, and they may possibly issue a parking pass for an additional car, however this is not guaranteed.

Sunset Vistas amenities include an adult pool and a kiddie pool, 2 hot tubs, an onsite Cafe, a pool/beach Bar, an onsite gym, an office workstation, but, of course, the best part is that you will be staying directly on Treasure Island Beach, named one of the nicest Beaches in the World! The main pool is geothermal heated. Amidst the pool area is a tiki bar for immediate cocktail indulgence. The onsite café serves breakfast, lunch, or casual dinners. There are 2 Surf Shops nearby where you can buy beach supplies, and a bin by the Tiki bar in this resort where guests leave all sorts of beach supplies to use and return.

A Pack-n-Play and a highchair is provided for use during your stay.
This beautiful suite is located on Treasure Island Beach, which has been named one of the best beaches in the nation and top five on the planet. Your days can be thrilling, tackling water sports like parasailing, jet skiing, and swimming. Or spend each day chilling, mixing it up with local tours, animal-watching, and shopping. You'll be within approximately an hour's drive to nationally renowned family venues such as Busch Gardens, Lowry Park Zoo, and Tropicana Field. Johns Pass Village & Boardwalk is a mile away, and Splash Harbour Water Park is a 9-mile drive.

Toiletries/Essentials - The items below are meant to serve as a START-UP to your stay.

To help you settle in comfortably, we will provide the following essentials:
Two rolls of toilet paper per bathroom
One roll of paper towels
Hand soap at each sink
Dish soap
A few trash bags for each trash can
A few laundry sheets
Dish detergent and sponge
Ground coffee or coffee pods
Dish towel(s)
In addition, we will provide one full set of bath towels and one beach towel per person, based on the number of guests the home or condo accommodates.

Please note: We do not provide extra supplies during your stay, regardless of its duration. Some of the main items that we DO NOT provide are shampoo, body wash, conditioner, tissues, oils, spices (salt, pepper, etc.), coffee filters, cream or sugar, tin foil.

The nearby towns of Clearwater and St. Petersburg offer an eclectic mix of local cuisine and international flavor. A thumping bar and nightclub scene will keep you can keep you moving till the wee hours. This location is easily accessible from Tampa International Airport and St. Pete-Clearwater International Airport.

IMPORTANT: IF YOU BOOK THIS UNIT, YET ARE HAVING ANOTHER PARTY MAKE PAYMENT, YOU WILL NEED TO ADD THE EMAIL ADDRESS OF THE PAYER ONTO THE BOOKING, AND THE PAYER WILL NEED TO E-SIGN OUR RENTAL AGREEMENT. ONLY THE PERSON WHO PAYS IS AUTHORIZED TO E-SIGN THE RENTAL AGREEMENT.

Age minimum: One guest must be at least 25 years old. Under the ADA and Florida law, owners of public accommodations are not required to allow emotional support animals, only documented service animals. Rates on OPEN DATES are often subject to change. TRAVEL INSURANCE IS RECOMMENDED, AS THERE IS A STRICT NO REFUND POLICY!!! IF YOU NEED TO CANCEL, YOU WILL NOT BE REFUNDED. THE NO REFUND POLICY INCLUDES NO REFUNDS DUE TO HEALTH CONDITIONS OF ANY KIND, WEATHER CONDITIONS OF ANY KIND, WATER CONDITIONS OF ANY KIND INCLUDING COLD WATER OR RED TIDE, OR TRANSPORTATION OR ROAD CONDITIONS OF ANY KIND INCLUDING FLIGHT CANCELLATIONS. A CHANGE IN YOUR BOOKING DATE MAY NOT BE POSSIBLE OR ALLOWED, HOWEVER, SHOULD A DATE CHANGE BE ALLOWED BY THE OWNER, BOOKING DATE CHANGES WILL BE SUBJUECT TO A $50 CHARGE FOR EACH DATE CHANGE. Should a booking date change be allowed, the difference in rates, if lower, will not be refunded, and if higher, will be charged. AGAIN, due to the no refund policy, travel insurance is highly recommended, especially if your stay will fall around Florida's Hurricane season, which falls annually around June 1 through Nov. 30. We cannot guarantee pools will be warm during cold weather months and will not give discounts or refunds should a guest experience cold pool water temperatures.

Please understand what can come with the potential aftermath of a Hurricane. There may be closures of the following, that could possibly last weeks, if not longer: restaurants/shops, roads, certain amenities offered, beaches, Wi-Fi/cable, pools, elevators, etc. Our owners will stand behind their no refund cancellation policy for any of these inconveniences, and will not be making anyone the exception. Again, this is why we HIGHLY recommend purchasing good travel insurance. There should be a few policies offered towards the end of your booking process. One of which should allow you to cancel for any reason (CFAR). However, it is important for you, to do your proper research in confirming what exclusions, if any, exist for that particular policy. If none are offered to you, you can always contact another 3rd party travel insurance company. Date changes, rain checks, or compensation will also not be options under these circumstances! Hurricane season, again, falls between June 1st and November 30th.

Garage clearance is 6ft 8 inches. If you have a vehicle that is taller than that 6'8'', you will need to try to find an open "guest parking" spot which are super limited. Sorry to say that we cannot help you with parking if your vehicle cannot clear 6'8''.

EARLY CHECK-IN:
Because we have a high amount of same day turn overs, we kindly ask that you would PLEASE refrain from asking for an early check in. Check-in is at 4PM Eastern or any time thereafter. Should the unit be available for early check-in, it will be offered to you on the morning of your arrival for a $50 early check-in fee. Thank you for understanding!

We require the payer of the booking to sign our rental agreement, which insures the guest instructions will auto-send at 3PM on the day of arrival.

Family Celebration -Sunset Vista

We met a larger group for a special birthday. This condo was was a good size and slept 6 quite comfortably. being on the end gave you another window for light. It's right near the stairs and not far from the designated parking spot. One spot for a place that sleeps 6. The pool size was great - be sure to go early if you want a table. There was a little issue with the keypad - sometimes didn't lock and sometimes when you touched ANY number -it would unlock. The picture given wasn't taken from this room - we were much farther from the pool. All-in-all - we did enjoy this property and would definitely revisit.

Trip to treasure island

The inside of the condo was veey clean and beautifully decorated. The manager was very responsive and Treasure Island is lovely. However, this room is very close to the busy street, so it was noisy on the balcony. There was also a large trash collection nearby where the birds like to gather and forage for food. They were very loud as well and it was an unsanitary sight. This is definitely an island view, although we could see the ocean from our windows. There were orange cones and tape around the pool from damage from the hurricane which couldn’t be helped, but it made our view from the room less than ideal. The Clearwater Aquarium was close by and we had an amazing visit there. Their mission is astounding!

Great Getaway

We rentwd thia place for a cousin trip, party of 2. We loved the fact it had two bedrooms which offererd more privacy than a hotel. The kitchen was beautiful and clean. The property managers are working tirelessly to recover from the hurricane. There was one working elevator when we arrived and another was fixed before we left. The beach is just simply amazing. elevatores

Great beach property for everyoneo

Our family had a wonderful time at Sunset Vista. The property was as described and was a breeze to check in and out. It was nice and clean with many thoughtful items provided or included for use during our stay that made life just a little bit easier. The resort is great and access to the beach is perfect for everyone in the family. We would definitely return.

First time on the Gulf Coast

We loved our stay. Everything was as described and the unit was well stocked. The resort itself had a few things that could be improved, like more luggage carts for check in and check out. They were very limited and some that were available had flats and were useless. One elevator was down for half our stay but didn’t affect us much. We stayed on the 4th floor and were right by the stairs so that’s what we chose to use. We would definitely return for another visit at this resort and unit

Nice getaway

Overall property was nice. it was very nice to have all the beach chairs, towels etc in closet. The place did have a overall smell, like stahl smoke and/or mustiness. Once doors were open it wasnt as bad. But was very clean. The showers from beach were not working, so couldnt wash off feet or chairs. off feet and stuff
