The Space:

1203 Tennismaster is a spacious two-bedroom, two and a half bath villa located in the prestigious, world-class Shipyard Community! This is the closest villa complex to Shipyard Van Der Meer Tennis.

Relax in our beautiful villa with a newly renovated kitchen and dining space, spacious living room for the whole family, and 2 bedrooms upstairs- both with private balconies. *The back patio is currently being extended and screened-in for added privacy and comfort. The peaceful backyard with its lush landscape separates you from the Shipyard golf course.
The well-equipped villa is appointed with all of your needs in mind, including Samsung Smart TVs in the living area and both bedrooms and a great selection of board games for winding down after a day on the island. The spacious main level living area is open and inviting providing ample space to relax or entertain family and friends! The entryway provides space to store your sports and beach gear away in the hall closet and storage bins. A beach wagon and beach chairs are stored in the front courtyard for guest use. There is a main floor half bath located by the entryway.
The chef's kitchen is ready for all of your cooking and entertaining needs. Our kitchen is stocked with all the cookware and dishware you need including a coffee pot, crock pot, blender, and an air fryer.
Off of the kitchen is a great designated work space with a desk & printer.
The spacious master suite with its private walk-in shower is complete with a king-sized mattress in the bedroom and ample closet space. The second bedroom has a Queen-sized bed and a full-size sofa sleeper, as well as a second full bath with tub/shower ensuite bathroom and double closets! A queen sleeper sofa is located in the living area to for additional sleeping arrangements. Cozy linens, towels, and starter amenities are included with your stay. The full-sized washer and dryer are neatly tucked into a closet in the upstairs hallway!

Stroll down the bike path to either tennis or the Shipyard beach access, or relax at the Tennismaster community pool located just across the parking lot from our villa.
This villa is just a short walk down a shaded path to some of the best beaches on Hilton Head Island, Van De Meer Tennis Club, Shipyard Racquet Club, and Tennismaster's beautiful pool and sundeck. You can walk to Sonesta Resort and enjoy some of their restaurants and bar. Shipyard is laced with bike paths that carry over outside the gated community and across the island. Sight-see by bike to take in all the lushes landscape our island offers. The bike paths are a great way to get to your favorite restaurants and shops.

Just outside the gates of Shipyard, you'll find the heart of the south end... Coligny Plaza. There are tons of casual dining options and shopping that are all located directly across the street from Coligny Beach. Coligny Plaza offers nightly entertainment in the summer for families and adults.

Beach access at Shipyard Beach is a 5-10 minute walk from the villa. One beach parking pass is included, and parking is available on a first come first park basis. Your villa is so close to the Shipyard Beach, you'll want to enjoy to stroll. Our beach wagon and beach chairs stowed in the front courtyard make the walk to the beach a breeze.

Shipyard offers a 27-hole golf course, miles of bike paths, and the Sonesta Resort for the perfect family vacation, golf outing, or weekend get-away!

The pool is open daily from sunrise to sunset from April 1st through October 31st. The pool deck is open year round.

2 SHIPYARD PARKING PASSES ARE INCLUDED WITH YOUR RESERVATION TO GAIN ENTRY TO THE GATED COMMUNITY. PARKING IS NOT ASSIGNED IN TENNISMASTER VILLAS.

No Smoking. No Pets. The minimum age of the primary renter is 25. No E-Bikes permitted in Shipyard. No golf carts, trailers, kayaks, or canoes are allowed on the property. No Electric Car Charging permitted in Tennismaster. Bikes must be secured in the storage area.

Guest Access:
Key code access will be provided in the days prior to your arrival for seamless check-in. Two parking passes will be provided during you stay. Parking pass must be displayed in vehicle throughout your stay in Shipyard.

Getting Around:
The pool, tennis center, and beach are all walkable. Breeze Shuttle is available mid-March through October outside of the Shipyard gate to get you to shopping, restaurants, or the public beach. A parking pass is available for the Shipyard amenities, and the beach has public parking as well.
