Child, Dog, and In-law Friendly Getaway
Enjoy a holiday with family and friends with the option of spending time in your own zones.
This modernised two-level home is ideal for extended families or families holidaying together â thereâs even a dog run. You can enjoy the best of both worlds here, separate entrances to each level gives you lots of options.
With two bedrooms, a bathroom, living and a kitchen (kitchenette downstairs- bench, microwave, fridge, toast and grill - no sink) on each level, you and your holiday companions can enjoy togetherness with the opportunity of taking time out.
The social hub of the home is the modern, air conditioned, sunny kitchen/living space, complete with a Coonara, which flows out to the sunny wrap around BBQ deck which oozes holiday vibes.
Sit and read a book or play one of the many board games or X-Box. When itâs time to hit the beach, help yourself to a boogie board or beach chair from the storeroom â enjoy! The kids can play in the back yard with the dog between trips to the beach.
Everything you need for an enjoyable getaway is here and all only a few minutesâ drive from the Rye Beach and strip, or beautiful 16 Beach and 16 General Store in the other direction â you choose!
Pets are very welcome, however please pick up the poop and no pets on the furniture or beds. No access to the two locked rooms - one on each level.
Wineries are abundant on the Mornington Peninsula and a short 15 minutesâ drive up into the hills will get you to some of the finest restaurants and wineries on offer. Boating, fishing and all the beach has to offer is a short stroll away. Mini golf, tenpin bowling and other amusements to keep the kids occupied are all within a 15 minutesâ drive down south. Situated on the beautiful Mornington Peninsula, with everything at your doorstep - wineries, beaches, spas, tourist attractions.

Linen and towels are provided, BYO beach towels.
Strictly no parties, functions, events or Schoolies
Guests are responsible for the cleaning of the BBQ, if it does require cleaning there will be a fifty-dollar charge deducted from your bond.
